Spa var väldigt höjd ljudvolym, kanske man hade kunnat dela så barn var där dagtid och endast vuxna efter kl.16.00 på så sätt skulle set passa fler. Kunde göras mysigare med lite växter, kändes mer som en badhus än spa.

Room was clean but located opposite a service room so every time a service person went in/ out the door banged. We were staying only for a few days so couldn’t be bothered to pack everything and ask for a new room. I was really looking forward to the food but I was really underwhelmed. In the buffet, a lot of the fresh meat/ fish was bland. I found things to eat but can’t say I enjoyed every meal. The meal in the à la carte was definitely the best meal we had. Spa staff were friendly and I had a nice massage. Reception staff could change pounds to local currency but weren’t able to change the other way round. Either change small amounts at a time or spend all of the local currency before heading to the airport to avoid getting your money taken. Ok for an affordable break but wouldn’t say I’d return.

Voyage en famille Le logement est acceptable Plusieurs piscines, dommage qu’elle ne soient pas chauffées en mai 2026 L’équipe d’animation est très motivée et cela est agréable car ils font tout pour vous solliciter Il y a de l’ambiance et beaucoup d’activités proposées. Cette organisation est bien faite Le restaurant est très bon, la qualité des plats est un sans faute et les cuisiniers sont supers sympas !!! Toutefois, quelques bémols expliquent la note. Pour un 5 étoiles - à l’arrivée pas de service disponible directement Logement qui se font un peu abîmé et qui devraient être rénovés ou rafraîchis Il n’y avait pas de restock des shampoings gel douche en systématique chaque jour 1 seul restaurant, nous avions l’habitude d’expérience dans des hôtels 5 étoiles avec plusieurs lieux pour manger ce qui est plus agréable car donne moins l’impression d’une cantine « four » et d’un service blindé Il y a sur place un médecin mais la consultation est payante de 25 e comparé à d’autres hôtels où c’est gratuit si vous avez un pépin sur place (accident du quotidien), le fait que cela soit en extra est dérangeant car le 5 étoiles doit prendre en charge des services qui expliquent son prix Chambre correcte mais parfois les draps étaient trop tachés (propres), ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un 5 étoiles tout comme le fait de ne pas remettre de produits chaque jour malgré notre demande.. (Nous étions 4)
