I was surprised there wasn’t an ice machine. Also, when the heater kicked on the air it blew was heavy with cigarette smell.

Excellent staff. Ashlynn was professional and kind. The area was safe. They are pet friendly. I would stay there if I was in the area.

Overall this property is a good choice to stay. Room is clean and spacious. Easy and free parking is a plus. The breakfast is minimal, and orange and yogurt are all gone by 8:20 and no refill, although the breakfast should open until 9:30. Only coffee and muffin left.

Bring your own ice. There are only two ice trays in the freezer and they are not filled. No ice machine on site, was told the gas station was the closest sorce. Note that if you want dishes, coffee maker, pots, pans etc. you have to ask for them at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast, not great, bring your own fruit, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, if you are prepared for the above stuff its a good place.

I enjoy this hotel. Its at a good distance from the city. It has excellent parking space. The place is clean and feels clean. The price is quite reasonable. The staff actually remembered me because i stayed here back in September. This place is amazing

An older man at the front desk was very helpful and hilarious! Great sense of humor and had excellent customer service. Parking was free, which was awesome! The hotel room was also very clean and quiet. Definitely worth staying here if you’re just trying to find somewhere nice to crash for the night.

Decent place. However, lack of comb and need a bit more soap. The studio I rent has a small kitchen and have cooking pot & silverware (no charge). They also have laundry room on ground floor, but you need to pay extra for it.

First off I would like to say it is really nice to have this option to stay here when traveling with a cat. My mom and I were staying in the area for a few days and then heading back up Highway 101 back to olympia. My cat is a well seasoned Traveler but most places won't accept him since he's not a dog. This location accepted him with a small fee which was totally fine. Check in with super easy, the staff was friendly and quiet as we didn't feel we needed to interact with them every time we came in or out of the hotel. As a couple of introverts, that was much appreciated. The room was super clean and inviting as we walked in, it was spacious, and provided plenty of room for us to unpack everything. The divider between the beds was great, as I like to sleep super cold and my mom does not. It definitely kept it a little warmer on her side. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were pretty decent. There are some well stocked vending machines and washer and dryer available to use as well. Parking was very easy and safe. Breakfast was grab and go with a decent variety of options. I would definitely stay here if I came back to this area.

We had an extremely bad experience during our 3-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property were appalling. Over the course of just three nights, we saw three cockroaches in our room, which was unacceptable and deeply disturbing. The room itself was not cleaned properly at all. The floors were dirty, and it was clear that attention to basic hygiene was lacking. It made us feel incredibly uncomfortable during our stay. The breakfast was another major disappointment. It was poorly organized and offered very limited and unappetizing options. For the price we paid, we expected far better service and amenities. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The lack of cleanliness, pests in the room, and subpar breakfast made it a truly unpleasant experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

Oddest hotel I've been in in a while. Very spartan--feels like they went out of their way to cut corners. Cleanliness was suspect, with hair and dust gathered in the corners of the room. Noisy rooms--and I don't mean from the nearby 101, but just no noise damping: the hard flooring makes the room echo. No amenities in room other than a bar of soap, you need to contact the front desk for anything extra. "Breakfast" limited to a granola bar or beyond-their-prime oranges. All that said, the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I regret staying here when there are other, proven alternatives available in the area.

The room upon entering seemed clean enough. No obvious uncleanliness. But after settling in for the night, noticed that the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, in a way that hindered any smoke detection- called the front desk at discovery, and was told that there was nothing they could do until 10AM the next day when there was someone from maintenance there. When I asked about moving to another room, they did not have anything available because they were sold out. Unfortunately we didn’t have a choice and stayed. The next morning I asked to speak to a manager, the lady at the front desk was the kindest, I did not catch her name though, and she took note of the issue and had the bag removed asap. The breakfast wasn’t what one would call a breakfast, more like a coffee and or packed Hostess style granola and patries. Which for someone with dietary restrictions, that’s not really breakfast. It’s sugar, but we had the ability to cook in our room so I don’t make anything of it. On our second to last day, the elevators went down without notice- I was in the 5th floor and have a disability. I can’t clins stairs, defending them is difficult. I defended the stair way, and informed them- the front desk person who also happen to be the maintenance person, took some kind of key to the elevator box and started it. That left me feeling uneasy- because it shouldn’t be that easy to have an elevator malfunction. Also, mold in bathroom. The laundry facility is really clean.

The cleanliness of my room was poor! The floors were filthy not sure if the e tire tub was dirty or just some spots like the fixtures in the tub. I didnt recognize the floors until the morning and was beyond disgusted. At first i thoughy oh its just stained in there unt my wet sock was disgustingly filthy so i used a wash cloth and ewwwwww!!! I was getting ready for a meeting so i didnt take any pictures. The lighting in the batjroom was horrible. Only 1 light by the bathroom sink. It was spacious tho so thats a plus. Expedia lied saying the place i needes to get to was 2.7 miles away and it was 4 miles away A big difference when im thinking about timing!! The 2 stars is soley on the cleanliness of my room. I appreciated the breakfast items available 😊 The staff was super frieny and nice :)

When we arrive the whole place needed to be Lysoled down and then we had a cockroach in our shower, felt like the room was dirty and grimy. Other than that the place was easy to find , ample parking , quiet neighbors (full time residents there) and nice staff. Not sure if we’d stay at this location specifically again but would stay at another property or hotel in the same area.

Place was dirty. Woman hair in the bathroom sink, kitchen and bed. This hotel raves about their cleanliness and they are far away from something acceptable. I thought they would offer something for the inconvenience but nothing else other than “we apologize about this”. Their apologies do not take away my inconvenience but whatever. I stayed at the Lia Hotel before and even though is maybe a bit older, at least is cleaner than this hotel. Disappointed in all fronts

My room was not clean, there were crumbs and hair on the floor of the bathroom when I arrived. The furniture was scuffed and tattered and the chair had patches on it. Walls are paper thin and my neighbors were up talking loudly until 2:30 am so I got very little sleep.

Convenient location to freeway, friendly check in and out, hotel smelled horrible in the hallway and room. The smell of wet dog/BO and weed. Dated furniture with zero amenities. I paid for 2 nights, couldn’t stand the smell, only stayed one night.

The refrigerator in room 203 was so loud and clunky all night. Loud neighbors.

It was good to stay overall. The place was very quiet at night, and service from front desk was good. It was a bit noisy when the heater operated.

Decent stay but extremely thin walls. Can hear neighbor snoring, rattling dishes and the upstairs person stomping around. Good shower pressure.

Very very noisy, the hardwood floor is not good at all, not clean and I actually had to drive to Target in San Mateo to buy a pair of slippers since I don't want to wear my regular shoes in the hotel room the entire time. Shower pressure was good, it's the only positive thing. $140 per night for this place is a joke. Hallway is very narrow and has bad smell, the room doesn't look clean at all when you first walk in. I turned on the TV and picture was all blurry with weird colors so I turned it off. Everything looks old. This almost look like a dorm at a college but each room has bathroom and shower. The younger Indian girl at the front desk is the only great thing during my stay. She was very sociable and polite. I would not recommend this place. I only stayed one night and that was enough for me.

Basic accommodations.

Way too expensive for a plastic coated mattress pad that was so uncomfortable. Old, run down, bad neighborhood, old rooms, smelled and very expensive.

this was a perfect budget friendly hotel. we unexpectedly stayed over in belmont and just wanted somewhere clean and safe to sleep and shower and received just that. it can be impossible to tell if a hotel is truly clean just based on pictures but this place was!! my only 2 complaints are 1 the bed wasn’t really comfortable. could feel the springs and 2 the breakfast wasn’t good. wasn’t bad either, and it was free so shouldn’t really complain but it was just muffins and grandpas bars

I got to the hotel late at night and there wasn't anyone there to check me in or let me in, so I was unable to stay. It's hard to describe the facility without having gotten the chance to stay there. I would like a refund.

we asked for late check out we did not get it they told me the computer did not let him do it so we check out at 11:30 also he said that they clean the room one's a week To eat you mus take your food to the room no area for dining also not bathroom in the lobby.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay although I have spent little time in hotel due to a business trip. I want to emphasize the friendliness of the reception and helpfulness that contributed to most of my satisfaction.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was great having a kitchen to make our own meals. Ashlyn was very professional and greeted us with a smile when we came in to check in to our room and did everything she could to accommodate our requests. I wish every hotel had an employee like Ashlyn that greeted their guests like she greeted us when we checked in but unfortunately that’s not always the case. She deserves a raise for sure. We definitely will be staying there again

I was stacked in traffic the other day and I called the front desk and Nas and Kirsten were able to work with me for my ch check in they’re so helpful in every way possible

Everything went smooth. The staff was very nice and moved very quickly since I checked in late.

This is a quiet part of town even though it’s close to Hiway 101. Very good value for the quality. Full sized refrigerator and stove top for those that want to do meal prep. I wish they had shampoo in the rooms. Kinda strange that they don’t.

The staff was nice enough, but the place is dreary and near nothing. It's the type of hotel you stay in and say -- "I am not going to do business travel any more."

Expedia advertises breakfast included. A few pre-packaged muffins, granola bars & oatmeal. I would not call breakfast. That was disappointing Coffee & tea available no non- milk substitute and no sugar free options

According to Extended Stay America, Premier Suites are supposed to feature an "elevated experience" with "fully equipped kitchens" and a "free healthy breakfast" among other things. However, this hotel is extremely basic. They have a completely unstocked kitchenette, you have to ask for cups, dishes, silverware, pans, etc. and walk down to the desk to get them. There is one small bar of soap, but no shampoo, cups, coffee, or any of the things you get in a basic hotel. They only provide housekeeping once a week and won't come sooner even when asked. If you ask for more towels, they tell you to bring the used ones down to the front desk before they will give you more. The provided "breakfast" includes coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins with a few yogurts until they run out and there is nowhere to sit and eat it. Coffee is also only provided during that short window when "breakfast" is set out, there was none when we left at 5am for the airport. Our room was clean, but not amazing with almost no water pressure and a bad leak in the shower.

The room is fine but “breakfast included” means coffee and nothing else. If they cannot offer breakfast at this rate, don’t say “breakfast included”.
