Staff is excellent! If you don’t understand their policies and services offered vs. what services are not offered, you will be disappointed with your stay here. Not your typical hotel. It is intended for extended stays. So your room is not cleaned daily. Dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are free. But you have to get them from the office. Staff was great and the location is convenient to everything. Price is about right for what you get. Will stay there again.

Floors could’ve used cleaning, we had to wear socks the whole time inside the room, and the bottoms of the socks were filthy after just a day or so. Property is older and is showing it swear, but was still functional.

Very expensive for what the hotel provides. "Breakfast" is quite poor, the room was dirty and the TV did not work. If it's a hotel for a few hours, it might be worth it, but it wouldn't be a pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed slept great. The price was definitely right. The quality of cleanliness was above and beyond. Thank you Extended Stay America Suites, I definitely recommend.

I don't think this place have a parking area for checking-in. You're forced to block in other visitors during peak seasons. And some rooms have pet odors. Besides these, not bad.

i didn't like the fact that your night auditor removed our reservation and after being informed of our late arrival time, we phoned from the airport to your toll free phone number. they were able to get someone to the front desk to unlock the door were not allowed to check-in . we had to go to the marriott to get a room in the wee hours of the morning after being dismissed from your property, we traveled from california to mobile for a wedding and was very very very inconvenienced by this action. .affter having followed your late checkin procedure, we were very unhappy with those actions, and intend to seek legal advice on this matter .

The stay was okay. It was the fact the hotel charged me again at check in, and I had already paid when I booked my room. The girl at the front desk that night couldn’t explain why, or why the rate was totally different from when I booked the room. Hotels.com is refunding me and I still don’t know why this issue occurred. I’ve never had an issue with any other booking with Hotels.com, so hopefully this won’t happen again.

We had a random man trying to enter our hotel room an hour before checkout. He didn’t knock to come in, used a key. Luckily we had the latch locked and he could only open the door just only a few inches but when we said something he slammed the door and ran away. When i told the girl at the front desk about it at checkout, she was rude and had the worst attitude. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I got ripped off by Extended Stay America and Hotels.Com said there was nothing they could do. When I arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk for over thirty minutes. I called the 1-800 number, but Extended Stay still could not locate any human to come to the front desk and check me in. I had to book another hotel because I couldn't get checked in! Extended Stay refused to honor my cancellation request. Hotels.COm LIED to me saying thy would handle it, but they emailed a few days later to say "Too bad, so sad." Now I am filing a dispute to the charge with my credit card. I will NEVER use Extended Stay America or Hotels.Com again.

Aside from the breakfast and not being able to get extra pilliows (there were only two small pillows on the bed) everything else was excellent especially the staff I totally recommend staying here.

If I could give triple 000’s it would be still be too good. I had 3 confirmations (2) by email, & 1 confirmed ph call to actual person again confirming all info & giving them approx time of arrival & was told then, no problem everything was already set & waiting for me. When I arrive as discussed, they have office locked & lady comes walking toward office only to tell me they do not have a room for me. I sd it was confirmed 3 x’s since 2:00 n room was already pd for. She sd well there is nothing so I had to look for another hotel even though they had already chrg’d my card for entire stay. There on business & was told everything was in place & they would be there to greet me up till midnight ( I was there @ 10:30). Will never,

I consistently return here because of its location and the full kitchen. This time was a little subpar. The room really needed a humidifier, the ironing board was broken and i had to get it replaced and the tub was coated with some weird substance. I haven't had this experience in previous stays so i hope this was just a one-time thing. The other issue I have is that the rooms feel incredibly dark. The light bulbs must be the lowest wattage possible. I have to iron mext to the window so I can use the sunlight. Even still, I will probably stay here again because it meets my needs.
