i liked the vintage look of the place, however.. there hair dryer tried to spark at me, the microwave button was weird, the fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep things cold/frozen, and the parking space was crowded.. other than those issues, i enjoyed it:)

We had people screaming down the hallways at 4 am, very loud. The people hanging around outside building seemed to take up residence in the parking lot. The area was creepy and will not go back

Very small & tight parking lot is my only complaint. Room was clean, cool and quiet and staff was attentive & friendly. They allowed us to check in early which was nice!

For the price, okay....Room was clean bed comfortable, bathrooms clean but had sewer odor. Hall, stairwells and common areas smelled. Parking lot dirty, broken glass hotel storage of overflow furniture stored out side looked trashy. parking lot very hard to maneuver vehicle into parking space. worried about others dinging door because spaces so tight.

We chose this place because it was cheaper on a last minute booking. The staff were kind and helpful. The place itself is old. The key cards only work sometimes. The parking lot didn’t feel safe.

The week that we were in Helena, the cost of hotels was crazy. We stayed here for $150 a night, the first night. The general manager discounted it because we showed up 2 o’clock in the morning. Extremely friendly general manager, feel bad for him however because he’s been working 24 seven since they’ve been shortstaffed. The bedding was very dirty in our room, but the general manager clean it out with brand new within 10 minutes of the request. Some lingering marijuana smells in the hallways and staircase, but I think that’s par for Montana. The rooms were not perfectly clean, but was fine for me and my boys who are there for sports. Overall hotel prices were crazy, this was an affordable option.

We reserve no smoking room, then when we got there they have one smoking room for us and we travel with 2 little ones. Shower was plugged, the floor and the bathroom was very dirty (even with used soap and garbage from the last person) sink faucet didn’t work. Bed liners were dirty and very strong smell of cigarettes.

I thought other reviews of this place talking about how dirty it was were just people exaggerating or being dramatic. Nope. This place was disgusting. Mildew in the shower, hair all over the bathroom hall, etc. Pay a little extra and find a clean place.

Excellent value. Everyone was accommodating. Even though it is an older property, it is clean and kept that way outside as well . Good location for my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, had clean linens and towels. There was a strong smoke smell throughout the motel. It wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had, but I think it’s overpriced. Icr machine wasn’t working during my stay. It’s on a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy. Felt uneasy at times as a solo female traveler walking my dog around the area, so just need to be extra vigilant and conscious. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Location is very small parking lot, no amenities. All you get is coffee, no granola bars, no fruit no nothing, and if you are pulling a trailer of any kind, any size no parking for you anywhere around and very unsafe parking on the side of the road,people living in back corner of property in a motorhome and random locals hanging out in vehicles. For a single person Mail preferred for safety would be an OK place to stay on a whim, but if I was a family or an older couple.
