Stayed for a week and checked in after hours was a breeze. Location was convenient to Dick’s Sporting Goods Complex. Most of staff was helpful and friendly except one employee at front desk during stay who was disrespectful rude and lazy. Laundry detergent dispenser didn’t work. CO2 battery alarm going off in hallway for hours then after reporting it came back hours later to it still going off and was told maintenance was never notified. The people above would wait until 10pm to start running around and moving furniture for hours making it hard to sleep with all the noise. Door to bathroom in room was very loud, 2 broken outlet covers and mystery red blob near bathroom light switch.

Worst place I’ve ever stood in. Freezing cold water you can’t even shower because the water will never get hot. You talk to staff and they don’t care how you feel so it’s best just to give them a horrible review.

For a full day I did not have a working key. Their system was down. Customer service was hit and miss.

For the price it was clean and well maintained and had a full sized fridge and microwave. But we were surprised it didnt have a coffee pot or even a spoon or can opener. There were just 2 towels in the bathroom. No washrags or handtowels. No shampoo. Little things that are in most hotels. The elevator was broke. And no breakfast.

Manager was rude, elevator and internet didn't work to many homeless people running around, all outside garbage cans were always full and garbage around the bin,

Water didn’t stay hot ended up taking cold showers in the middle on January.

The room was clean, and the hotel relatively quiet. We were traveling with a dog, so it was to find a pet friendly hotel. We were disappointed there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchenette in the room was nice even though we had a quick stay and did not use if. It would’ve been nice to have some type of bakery items available for breakfast instead of just coffee. It would also be nice to have the option of tea instead of just coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This was the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. I had it booked for two weeks and left after one night and would've left sooner if I could find another hotel so late at night. The entire hotel smelt strongly of urine and cigarette smoke even though it's a "smoke free" property. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the only upside to this hotel- and she warned me that the area was not safe for a female staying alone. She recommended parking my car where I could see it out of my window in case anything happened to it and said there were "sketchy" and unsafe people around that may give me a hard time, but that "they usually don't get inside". The floor in my room was heavily stained, there were several different colored hairs in my bed, and there were toenail clippings all over the floor. I ended up having several bug bites on my arm (they appear to be bed bug bites). I asked for a refund, and it was denied. Extremely unsanitary and just overall disgusting hotel, and I'd warn anybody to never make the same mistake I did in booking this location.

My room was dirty, sheets had not been changed, there were hairs all over the sheets. The shower was dirty with hairs all over the bottom part of the shower.

Pets are allowed. There is no separate area for those of us without pets. Therefore the halls reek of animal and there was often dog urine in the halls. This could be a really good place if they were considerate of those of us without pets. Keep an area for people without pets.

Located in an industrial area, which was known when booking, so no problem. However the hallways to the rooms were littered with trash and debris. The property is in need of more frequent cleanings in the public areas.

The stay was good. We stayed 7 days. The beds were a little hard but okay.

The walls are wafer-thin - although, perhaps this is a function of very rude and noisy guests: doors slamming all evening and well into the night (so much so, that I thought that there was a back door to the parking lot adjacent to my room that was constantly being slammed shut.) The guest above me seem to have led feet as he stomped around the room, and I could literally hear the person in the next room, cursing at people slamming doors. No b’fast, only watery coffee.

The staff was nice when they were open, the room had nothing in it - not even clothes hangers. I had to go to the front and sign for a borrowed hair dryer. The bed was OK, the walls were paper thin so heard others most of the night. The floor was so dirty though we had to wear our shoes in the room (it turned our 1 of 2 wash cloths black). This place seemed like it was located in such a high crime area that they couldn't leave anything in the rooms w/o getting stolen. Sad actually.

The room didn’t have shampoo or body wash so I had to go buy some. There was no blow dryer and when we called to request one at 7 am they said we could get one at 11 am (which is check out time) because they won’t open the front desk until then. We could hear people all night long - terrible wall insulation. The bed was uncomfortable and had a noisy plastic sound anytime I would turn in bed. This was a frustrating stay.

So this is a new motel but they don’t even offer little shampoo or conditioner, no iron or board, nothing to use for the kitchenette, when I asked for our room to be cleaned I was told 25.00 Was the fee unless I was staying an entire week. When I asked for a plastic knife I was told No. The walls are super thin and noisy

Clean room with kitchen and great rates

The shower had no pressure so wasn’t able to shower. Staff acted like they had no idea. They were still furnishing and finishing rooms. My room felt unfinished.

Easy checkin, almost no necessary human interaction (just check-in, any amenity re-stocks, and check out), even without having to talk to the staff, they're very friendly and kind, i enjoyed occasional chatting with them, I had no problems with the room, infact its the fanciest hotel room ive ever had and I only bought the basic room! Verg cozy, bed is fantastic and great for physical relief after a long day, only complaint i have that was a little frustrating but I worked around it was that, the bathroom light is motion activated, and even if you're on the toilet (or atleast for me im not sure if its a height thing or not, im 4'11) the lights will turn off, and i had to raise my arm to get them to activate again, my only other complaint is the odd wall plug placing, one side is at the wall by your head, which is fine but the bed is so big its a little far and if you don't have a long charger its frustrating, the other plug on the other side of the bed is about half way down the length of the bed, i don't think i need to explain why thats frustrating, not all chargers are long and will reach all the way to your head so having a plug that far would either make you lay oddly, or just not use it at all, i didn't use it obviously, but despite those two inconveniences I really enjoyed my stay, residents and staff are a joy and I can't wait to go back to the hotel, a place I called home for the best week of my life, thanks for the fond memories with the love of my life. I loved it

Awesome staff allowed us to check out an hour later. This is an extended stay type of place so there wasnt soap but there is a store nearby so easy fix. It was quiet and the area was clean and felt safe. Was very close to dicks sporting stadium which is why we spent the night. The room was very clean. I also like that to get access to the area where the rooms were you needed a key card.

I like this place, the staff were the best! I ended up being charged twice on my credit card, but management handled it. Great communication! Clean and nice place to stay. The best in Commerce City.

The manager was a real headache to work with. I had friends who had stayed there earlier in the week who I had helped to pack up her stuff because she travels with a lot… I had nothing to do with their reservation whatsoever but when I booked my room for check in the same day that my friend checked out, the manager insisted I pay their late check out fee on top of an early check in fee (total $55 extra) for a 3:30 pm check in. When I had called from their room and inquired about a two bed room for myself and my fiance, and had offered my friend the second bed in our new room, the manager literally begged me not to book the two bed room because she wanted me to stay in my friend’s dirty one bed room. She would not accept that I was not affiliated with their reservation at all, but that I was simply there to help them actually to expedite my friend’s check out by helping her pack up to leave on time. I paid for my room plus their fees just to make the back and forth complaining stop. The next day I inquired about a one hour extension for check out at 12 instead of 11, and she declined it because my friend had checked out late with a late check out (that she made me pay) but it wasn’t my stay! Not to mention, she was banging on our door at 10:50 rushing us to check out when we had no issues at all during my stay. It was a quiet night (although the hotel is loud). Bad customer service. I bet she will read this review and will try to charge my card for some made up incidental fee.

Overall the service is great. Hotel employees are great and they always have us a great service.

The person at the front desk when I checked in on a Sunday was awesome! She made me feel welcome immediately and verified I made the right choice. Room was clean and well maintained.

Well really bad,,first day when we arrived, we got late and guess what? They left us in the cold at midnight even though we had paid in full for the staying they sold the room to someone else. They have no respect for people and they don’t care about them.

Great price and location, location, location.

This entire region smells from the industrial area around it, especially the nearby pet food production facility, seeping into the hallways, rooms and HVAC. Also, the longer term stay guests are "questionable". Rough surroundings.

Unfortunately, as a single female traveler, I did not feel safe at this location. I terminated my stay early by one night and wish I hadn't stayed at all since I was unable to relax. The rooms offer no amenities..but mine was clean enough. There are two homeless encampments that the building is sandwiched between and that's about it other than some huge industrial building, a McDonald's, grocery store and a highway. I was immediately warned upon check in that I should not be alone outside at night and to always be aware of my surroundings. Maybe for folks tougher than I, this place would work, but I felt unsafe and was unable to sleep, as the other guests were in and out of their rooms all night, doors slamming shut everytime. Not my vibe.

The area around the hotel just wasn't very welcoming, empty lots, and the whole hotel area, including the parking lot, was surrounded by a chainlink fence.

Excellent location ! They could be more efficient in clean blankets and towels ! Black coffe wasn’t every day ! The rest was very good ! Personnel so kind and friendly !

This place provides nothing- there is no shampoo, no soap, no conditioner, very limited coffee availability in the morning.. the doors at the entrance are not very easy to get a luggage cart through without help, there are limited ramps on the sidewalks to get to the front door.. it seems like there was very little thought given to provide value to the customers. Honestly it seems like this was a hotel built to house the illegal aliens that are invading America. There were limited staff available to assist during the day- and none after like 4-5pm.. it was clean b/c it’s brand new but I expect that will not last long.

While the staff were very friendly, our stay overall felt very overpriced and underwhelming. The hallways were really dirty and there were essentially no amenities - only 1 bar of soap was provided in the bathroom (no shampoo, conditioner, etc), as well as one roll of toilet paper. There wasn’t coffee for guests available except for a very limited window. For what was provided, the price felt VERY high.
