The parking lot is honestly the worst part of this place. The parking spaces could be a bit bigger to accommodate getting luggage in and out of the car. Otherwise, the hotel isn’t hard to find, close to the instate as well as a good selection of gas stations and restaurants. The room is comfortable and the staff is always friendly. I’ve stayed here 3 times and will continue to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Comfy beds, clean and neat. Pool and hot tub are well cared for and open long hours. Gym has everything you need on the go. Great breakfast every morning! Pet friendly with a great walking area in front that is well kept and clean.

Have stayed here 3 times with my dog. They are pet friendly and even have a large grassy field in front of hotel just for dogs. The area is clean and well mowed. The breakfast is always delicious and fresh. Staff has always been very nice and accommodating.

While the staff were helpful and charismatic, the facility has seen better times. From the towels stuffed under the ice machine to the (frankly unnerving) shuddering of the elevator ceiling upon arrival at the second floor, it's apparent that the building and its amenities need an upgrade.

We were welcomed warmly upon entering and the lobby was very clean. Check in was easy. The whole hotel looks newish or recently updated, however a closet look reveals a lot of little issues with the room. At least in ours. Nothing that would ruin your stay but you can tell they don’t really fix issues or fix them properly. We did like the room and it was very clean and smelled nice. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was large which was weird because the bathroom was small. The toilet was so close to the sink that you could not stand between so only one person could be in there at a time. The Dove soap for everything was nice. My wife especially enjoyed that. Everything from the iron and fridge worked as expected. The one major scare we had was the elevator. It shook so much and made a lot of weird sounds. The continental breakfast was a C at best. On Sunday they had a pancake machine that didn’t work, dry turkey sausage, and overcooked cheese omelets. The options overall were lacking. We might stay here again. The only reservation I have is that elevator. It really needs to be maintained.

Very nice room, clean and the bed and pillows super comfy. Lot's of hotcwater and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly too bad the pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay there again as the rate was also reasonable.

This property needs serious cleaning. Get rid of all the carpet. It’s wet and smelly. And you can actually see that the carpet is not vacuumed. The tv remote in our room was covered in what I hope was food. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes. The elevator was frightening, it bumps and jerks along, then stops abruptly, jarring. This was our second visit here. Will be our last. Sad, because IHG properties are our favorite

Loved seeing the lobby decorated for Superman. Room was quite comfortable except there was a bad odor in the bathroom where it seemed like it had not been cleaned throughly from the last guest. Breakfast setup was delicious each morning.

Everything was updated and clean. The beds have very thick memory foam toppers if you like that kind of thing. Good shower and breakfast. The bed was the only lost star as I had a lot of trouble being able to get onto it, being on short side

We didn’t eat breakfast there. We stayed in a suite. And one thing, we feel that the bathroom sink and shower area could be bigger. Reason, while using the toilet you should not have your knees hit when someone comes into the bathroom.

We liked the staff from chexkin to breakfaat to cleaning crew. The breakfast was fine..room clean and bed very comfortable. We stayed in room 321 and seriously not sure how this building was inspected and found safe. Dips in the floor in bedroom and bathroom. Weirdest thing. Never encountered this before in a hotel. .

Modern hotel but quite small, especially the bathroom. However the bedding was premuim, climate control no problem, and quiet until about 650 am when people start to stir for the 7am breakfast. Breakfast was quite good with many options for food and beverage.

The bed mattress was terrible! I felt like I was sleeping in a hole! It needs a new mattress. I stay at Holiday Inn express almost exclusively. I was very disappointed with this one.

Upon arrival we were told they had overbooked and they may not have a room available. Then we were asked if we needed the 2 beds which is what we booked. Finally get checked in and the room had an odor. Got some refreshing spray from the car and sanitizer to get the room together. The water pressure was a joke. It was a little bit more than a slow leak. Overall we were very disappointed.

Got 2 rooms POOL closes too early - 1) TV didn’t work and was told to fix it ourselves. Room 2) smelled like mildew, and floor by ac was soaked. BUT the management in morning gave me back the cost of 1 room. Which is why I gave stars!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns, they are usually a nicer brand of hotel. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good as usual. The staff was nice. The only negative is the pool was a little grungy, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a single woman or young females. It is located right on the exit- trucks park and can walk over. I had my husband with me and was glad. I would say if all the holiday inns I have stayed at, this would be my least favorite, but it was still nice.

The breakfast food was limited, unhealthy, cheap and gross. They are very wasteful with unnecessary plastic and other containers. They ask you to bus your own tables.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and quick. So, I rated service as good. Our room was large with a lot of unused space but the bathroom was so tiny it was difficult for one and impossible for two people to be in there at the same time. The shower was not the cleanest with hairs present from the previous tenants. The shower never got hot, just warm at best. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. We were disappointed for the price they charged.

It was fine, the breakfast was the most disappointing since I don’t eat meat and a little more option would have been fantastic. Have your chain a try but that was the part that left me most disappointed since it was a good start but then didn’t finish for a home run

Check in was smooth, hotel is clean & the breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff at breakfast were very friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub as we were not there too long. But if ever in the area I would for sure choose this hotel again.

In room 209, there were noise from the outside throughout the night, when I checked out, I found the pole for a flag just next to that room window.

While the room was clean overall, apparently the a/c unit must have had some sort of leak because the room had a strong mildew smell to it. There were no instructions on how to operate our TV which was frustrating. However, the staff was prompt and polite about helping us to get it working. The breakfast was good, but there was very little seating which was difficult because we had one in our party who had mobility issues. So it was hard to get around the busy breakfast area. Since the area was small, lines were long. The on-demand coffee machine was cool and made good coffee. However it wasn't really practical because it took so much time for it to grind and make a cup of coffee that people were waiting in line for that too. Not a terrible place to stay, but it has some issues that need to be addressed.
