Hotel was a bit difficult to find initially due to the maze of alleys that make up Venice. We had a room on the top floor which involved 57 steps so not for anyone with mobility issues or sub-par fitness. Location was very handy for everything, with plenty of excellent restaurants within an easy walk. Suggest that you take the water bus from Piazzale Roma to Mercat Rialto the first time as it will make getting to the hotel much simpler.

Ausgezeichnete Lage an der ACTV Haltestelle Rialto Mercato. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zwar gibt es kein Frühstück, aber man erhält 20% Rabatt in der angeschlossenen Trattoria, die hervorragend ist und auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden kann. Wir hatten die Suite ganz oben, die einen Blick auf den Canal Grande sowie den Fischmarkt gewährt. Das Hotel ist typisch venezianisch eng und das 2. OG nicht behinderten gerecht erreichbar; bis ins 1. OG gibt es aber einen Treppenlift. Das Personal war für Anfragen vor der Anreise erreichbar und hat stets umgehend geantwortet. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

it was a clean room. it was perfect for the price as we were only in our room to shower and sleep. great location /near fish market and water bus. no elevator just stairs.

Conveniently located no-frills hotel wirh easy walk to Rialto Bridge. Big room with kettle and small fridge. Very hard bed and very thin pillows but nice clean sheets and towels. Good amenities and daily housekeeping. Pretty good value for Venice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby but located ina quiet dead end alley.

Excellent location. It is tricky to find, but once you know - it’s easy. Quiet, but handy for Rialto, and right close to Rialto Mercato, and the waterbus stop. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Room was very clean on arrival, and cleaned daily. Reception isn’t always manned, and we had little interactions with them, but when we did, they were friendly. No breakfast but there’s a delightful restaurant a 30 second walk away that does great breakfast and brunch. No lift, and rooms are all upstairs, so would not be ideal for those not mobile or who can’t take their luggage upstairs. No complaints and I would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel provides a very authentic experience. It is hidden away in a small alley close to the Rialto bridge, right next to the fish market. The rooms were cozy and clean, but not extra fancy. I give only 4 stars because there is no breakfast offer and unfortunatly the heating was broken during our stay, but the staff kindly provided us more blankets. If you are looking for sth affordable and clean in the best location, I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope to stay there again soon!

The location of the property was nicely situated near the Grand Canal. It was close to almost everything. The room was very cozy and super unique. We would have given this location more stars if the bed wasn’t so hard. Not only the bed …but the pillows too. It’s also a three story walk up to our room, which we don’t really mind, but be aware that the two rooms in what appears to be the attic, have no elevator.

Nice staff, bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Comfortable and spacious hotel suite literally an arm's throw from the Grand Canal. No lifts if you need help getting up stairs although I did see a chairlift! Quite hard to find in a narrow alley-street off a side street - and don't bring too much luggage as you will climb over the Rialto bridge several times. Overall though, highly recommended..

Cool location, fine staff. There were crumbs on the stairs and bugs in our room. The bugs came from the shower drain and were all over our room after two days. I was stressed walking around my room and I always had shoes on. I let the staff know about it so hopefully something is done!! It had a beautiful little communal balcony!!

Au premier matin, ma petite fille etait couverte de boutons et jai trouvé des punaises de lits dans mes draps. Le changement de chambre n'a pas, évidemment, changé quoique ce soit au fait que notre séjour a été ruiné, et que nous ayons dû laisser la quasi totalité de nos vêtements ! La chalbre m'a coûté de lordre de 150€ la nuit. Cet hotel ne devrait plus etre sur votre site! Impossible dajouter des photos !

We stayed here 2 nights while in venice. It’s a very convenient location, 5 min walk from the bridge and shopping areas and food options. The room’s condition was average at best- the was hair on the towel prior to using but the sheets were clean and the room was fine besides that. The shower had some mildew and could use some bleach as well. The beds are also not the most comfortable but the location and price is what we booked for and overall we were satisfied enough.

Zimmer sind sehr einfach und klein, aber sauber. Jeden Tag wurden Betten, Zimmer und Badezimmer gemacht. Es ist absolut ok um nur zu übernachten, und die meiste Zeit in der Stadt zu verbringen. Sehr zentral gelegen, gut zu Fuß und mit dem Vaporetto, sowie mit dem Flughafentransfer zu erreichen.. Wir waren zufrieden!

Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful but you should know he's only there off and on. If you have a problem you can leave him a message and he'll respond as soon as possible. Very quiet but small room. When you take your key card out the AC doesn't work therefore the room gets very hot

Nice hotel under 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants bakeries and shopping close by. Small grocery store just outside the hotel. One negative was a very hard mattress but with so other positive things about this place including the reasonable price we give it a 9/10!

運河が見える最上階の部屋に三泊した。運河が見えると言っても視界の1/4程度だが、テープルに座って窓から見ると、ちょうど運河が大きく視野に入るというベネチアらしさを味わえる。部屋はとても広く、また屋根裏部屋の作りが残されているため、古い太い木材に数百年の歴史を感じることができる。場所も魚市場のすぐそばで、リアルト橋からサンマルコ寺院までの観光に大変便利なところだった。1階の受付にはほとんどスタッフがいなかったが不便に感じることはなかった。運河の見える部屋へはエレベーターがないため、もし重いスーツケースを持っていたとしたら、4階くらいの高さにある部屋まで階段で持ち上げて行くのは、かなりきついかもしれない。独特の雰囲気のある部屋であり、価格を考えると試してみる価値はあると思う。

The service was excellent. The front desk service was so friendly. The owner, I think he was the owner, carried my 80 year old mother’s luggage up the stairs, and into her room. The room had a great view as well.

Really great location for the hotel. Close to everywhere that we wanted to visit. Room was very basic and was not the cleanest. Staff were very rarely at the reception but when they were there, they were very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel staff extremely helpful with dinner recommendation and advice regarding public transportation (there was a general strike while we were there). Excellent location. It is tricky to find, but once you know - it’s easy. Quiet, but handy for Rialto, and right close to Rialto Mercato, and the waterbus stop. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Room was very clean on arrival, and cleaned daily. Reception isn’t always manned, and we had little interactions with them, but when we did, they were friendly. No breakfast but there’s a delightful restaurant a 30 second walk away that does great breakfast and brunch. No lift, and rooms are all upstairs, so would not be ideal for those not mobile or who can’t take their luggage upstairs. No complaints and I would definitely book this hotel again.

Lovely little hotel in Venice, good location, and if you’re up early enough you can see the hustle and bustle of the lively fish market nearby. I’ve been to Venice several times and this is the first place I’d actually be happy to stay again! Staff was so nice and accommodating. We got a free bottle of sparkling wine bc of my Hotels.com level, and you also get 20% off in their restaurant. We didn’t eat there but it did look great.

Lovely little hotel, really clean, comfortable and amazing location. Had a few additional comforts such as tea/coffee and a fridge in the room, which makes such a difference. Housekeeping every day, professional staff and even offered a discount at the restaurant next door. We really enjoyed our stay there and will stay here again next time we're in Venice.

This hotel provides a very authentic experience. It is hidden away in a small alley close to the Rialto bridge, right next to the fish market. The rooms were cozy and clean, but not extra fancy. I give only 4 stars because there is no breakfast offer and unfortunatly the heating was broken during our stay, but the staff kindly provided us more blankets. If you are looking for sth affordable and clean in the best location, I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope to stay there again soon!

Our superior double room, Canal view, had a view of the grand Canal and the fish market. The air conditioning worked great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The ceilings are quite low, so I imagine someone super tall might feel a little crowded. The pictures provided by hotels.com show the room as it is. It is several flights of stairs up, so be ready for that. Google Maps helped us find this place fairly easy, and as we got close, there were signs to get us to the right spot. We took the vaporetto from the train station to Rialto Mercato and it was a short walk from there. Just walk through the fish market and cross the bridge and take a left on the next street, take the next left and look for the signs.

Great Location and Excellent Value in Venice We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, especially for exploring Venice on foot. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge, Rialto Mercato, and gondola station, with many great restaurants and sightseeing options nearby. Despite being so central, the area was quiet and relaxing, which was a big plus after spending the day exploring Venice. One of the best features for us was the supermarket and local market nearby. We could easily buy water, beer, good wine by the bottle, fresh fruit, and other items at much lower prices than buying everything at restaurants. Having the Rialto Mercato so close was especially convenient for getting fresh food and snacks without paying restaurant markups. Another major advantage is the easy airport transfer. The hotel is close to the Alilaguna station, making it very convenient to travel between the airport and Venice without needing an expensive taxi or complicated transportation. The hotel is also very close to public transportation, making it easy to get around Venice without needing a taxi. Overall, the combination of location, convenience, quiet surroundings, access to transportation, nearby affordable food options, and easy airport access made this a great choice for our stay in Venice.
