Très propre, bien situé, conforme. Communication préalable hasardeuse (pas simple de se faire confirmer la réservation du parking) car trop automatisé. Accueil humain sur place très agréable.

Really lovely place to stay, apartment had everything that we needed. Have stayed at other Erik Vokel apartments and they are always a high standard of accommodation. There was however something that we found quite bizarre during our stay. When we checked in we were told that the host would arrange for our towels to be changed on the 3rd day at 9am in the morning. I set an alarm to make sure we were up and not still in bed for when the cleaner arrived, but by 11am when we were getting ready to go out for the day they still hadn’t arrived. We went to reception on our way out just to check that someone would still come that day and was told that they didn’t come at 9am as we were in the room and they wouldn’t change the towels whilst we were there. I was unsure how they would know we were still in the room as you don’t pass the reception or anything when you come in or out of the entrance. The receptionist told me that they monitor the sound in the room and thats how they know if you are in or not. I find this quite bizarre and have never experienced anything like this wherever else I have stayed. I obviously don’t think they are listening in to your conversations or anything, but it just seemed a strange process to avoid someone coming into your room at a time you have agreed.

the location and the space itself were incredible. but when we arrived late at night, and the automated 24/7 check-in kiosk was out of printable cards, the check in process with my three children became extremely stressful. a staff person did arrive and after close to thirty minutes was able to let us into the apartment. no other staff followed up with us. ever. never saw or heard from another eric vökel professional at all. which was disappointing given the stressful circumstances of our first night.

Greit leilighetshotell. Fint soverom. Kjekt kjøkken med vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og oppvaskmaskin. Bra Aircondition. Terrasse med solseng som ikke vi brukte, men spiste frokost ute på terrassen. Brukte ikke bassenget i bakgården. Kort veg til metro og butikker. Selve bygget er litt stusslig og området er ikke så kjempespennende.
Greit leilighetshotell. Fint soverom. Kjekt kjøkken med vaskemaskin, tørketrommel og oppvaskmaskin. Bra Aircondition. Terrasse med solseng som ikke vi brukte, men spiste frokost ute på terrassen. Brukte ikke bassenget i bakgården. Kort veg til metro og butikker. Selve bygget er litt stusslig og området er ikke så kjempespennende.
