I think the Staff was nice and helpful. I loved how I can walk right outside to the beach and the view was beautiful. I would recommend labelling the umbrellas with a sticker or but the logo on them, because it seemed like random people would take the chairs and umbrellas that were immediately in front of our room. I would stay there again. Maybe just set my towels on the chairs we would plan to use I guess. Thanks!

Awful experience. Do not be fooled by the photos. This hotel is wildly overpriced for how bad it actually is. Upon arrival, I found out my room was assigned to one of the rooms upstairs. The listing is a little misleading. They don’t mention anything that your room may be assigned upstairs but they are huge. I had the opportunity to stay in both rooms because my room door was broken so it couldn’t lock. Besides being bigger upstairs, it has a walk-in closet and shower. The downstairs room is connected to the patio which leads to the beach. The room is more small, almost more than half, and the bathroom is extremely small. I guess the trade off is the patio. Staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Property is beautiful. The location is perfect especially if you have little kids the easy access to the beach is very convenient.

If you’re looking for the ultimate beach experience in AMI, this place is it. The location is unbeatable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The access to the beach is phenomenal we were able to go into water multiple times throughout the day effortlessly.

The location is great. Right on the beach. Parking is very limited. Getting in and out is hard. Busy road can make it tough. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom. Not a single clock in the room either. A broom in the room would be nice. Being right on the beach makes tracking sand in inevitable. Aside from that, everything was really good. Staff was beyond helpful when needed. The view was worth it all.

I absolutely loved my stay and experience from start to finish. I arrived in the morning, check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m., but Karol T. checked to see if my room was available and allowed early check-in. She was very positive, energetic, and a very good listener as I told her it was my first proper vacation in over five years and at the end of check-in gave me a bottle of wine on the house! I received at text from Karol T. the next day checking in to see how everything was going and I happened to be having a minor issue with the hot water heater in my room. Ivan, from maintenance arrived in 20 minutes and took care of the issue quickly and with lots of care and concern. A walk outside right onto the beach, my own table and chairs on the deck, and beach chairs and umbrella. Just perfect for the restful vacation I was seeking. Last but not least, the comfiest bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I will return. I found my little slice of heaven.

Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.
