Villaggio Cala Mancina

Très bon séjour à Cala Mancina. Le personnel est sympathique et très accueillant. Le complexe est très propre. L' emplacement est top et la vue sur la mer incroyable. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se déplacer à San Vito Lo Capo, on peut tout faire à pied, ce qui est très agréable. L'appartement est bien équipé. Petit bémol sur les bennes à ordures qui sont plus que pleines et qui font un peu négligé. Attention le bonnet de bain est obligatoire pour la piscine, pour info, il peut être fourni par l'hôtel et est facturé 2€. Le gros point du séjour reste les voisins, très très bruyants dès 7h du matin donc l'isolation des logements n'est pas des plus optimale. Cependant, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir car très bon moment dans l'ensemble

Il s’agit d’un village vacances avec animation. Les bâtiments sont défraîchis et mériterait un très gros entretien (le béton s’effrite par endroit). Concernant la piscine, les horaires d’ouverture sont très limités (fermeture entre 12h30 et 15h puis à 19h le soir) et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Nous étions situé à proximité de la piscine et il y a beaucoup de musique forte toute la journée et jusqu’à minuit les animations sont très bruyantes (ah le karaoke…). Pas au niveau du nombre d’étoiles… Seul point positif, la résidence est à proximité du centre de san Vito et des plages, donc on peut y aller à pied facilement.

We had a lovely stay here. So close to the beach, restaurants, port and shops. The room was basic but really nicely done - just the right size for us and great value for money, with comfortable beds, pillows and plenty of towels for us. The accommodation grounds were really well kept and a very beautiful setting to relax around the pool. The only down side was that you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which was quite annoying and so we didn’t bother to use it. The bar was also not open (I think this only opens in high season) - there was only vending machines. That said, the vending machines were very handy for water, beers and snacks, as the location itself lacks supermarkets (we only found one which was not open on the Sunday). We would have like to have had coffee supplies in the rooms, as the coffee vending machine did not take card and we didn’t have cash. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely return to stay here.

Apartment like room. Nice and ample. View from the balcony was beautiful, specially at sunrise. It is close to the beach and town center. Nice pool, but didn't use it to lack of time. The property as a whole looks well. There are minor details to improve (some furnishings a bit worn out) but in general it was a nice stay.

The check in time on the web said 05:00 pm which in fact was 03:00 pm. It also said there was no onsite parking when, in fact, there was. The breakfast was ok at best. The staff were great as well as the location.
