Great location

The room was very clean, bathroom lovely and looked recently fitted. Gym was great, techno gym equipment, recently updated and opened at 0630 hrs; it was much better than the usual hotel gyms, people from the community were members too. Great breakfast, helpful reception and concierge staff, felt safe. Another bonus, the hotel room window opened!!

We stayed over Christmas. The staff were amazingly friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, spotless and a pleasure to stay in. Bathroom was fab with bath and shower. Towels are fluffy! The spa was the real Jewell. Not overcrowded. Loads of different spa experiences without even having treatments. The bar was trendy, well laid out for a group gathering or a place to watch the world go by. Would highly recommend this place as a perfect spot to explore this city and recover afterwards.
