Stayed in rental for a family event. Very clean, most comfortable beds, air conditioned. Had some issues with a broken toilet and shower head, but owner was very responsive and fixed it promptly. The area outside is not the best, but the inside is spotless.

Well maintained, well equipped, private, and a very cozy place to enjoy family vacation and family get together. Great amenities nearby for shopping, and entertainment. Phoenix mall one of the largest in Chennai is located very close to the property. There are bus facilities and shopping facilities right around the corner. I love tender coconut, there is a tender coconut vendor at the end of the road which made it convenient for me to enjoy my tender coconut every day. My family, and friends and me enjoyed the stayed to the utmost. Charles
