Two words.... NO WINDOWS.Located at the end of an industrial park.Units have poor sound deadening. You can hear every footstep above you.Otherwise modern unit and clean. Has storage for Mountain bikes.

Great place to base adventures around Moab very quiet and super dark for sleeping due to zero windows in this unit. Downtown is definitely a full 10 minute drive and this is mostly a small business warehouse District
