The tv wasn't working - new batteries in the remote? And the hairdryer is the most annoying thing ever having to hold that button down with my arthritic hands whilst using it, almost impossible. The spout that fits on there also kept falling off.... Other than that perfect, thank you

Location and cleaning were good. However, the hotel should clarify economy apartment is low level ground during the booking and website, not after the confirmation which can not be cancelled.

We had a pleasant stay. Good central location, very easy access to transit. We were on the top floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to carry luggage up one floor - but not a good deal. Clean modern building and stay. Had an issue with the safe being locked.

Brilliant apartment in an amazing location extremely close to the underground and Elizabeth line (to Heathrow) Very clean and well appointed. Amazing air conditioning and comfortable beds. Secure and peaceful area with very close amenities and tesco. Would love to stay again
