WiFi could have been better but overall a great hotel

The property is new. Clean but did not have a proper reception area/seating arrangements. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The property has air conditioning and daily house keeping which is great.

We were so impressed with what’s included with your stay. The bed being adjustable, black out blinds and kitchenette were great additions. Especially having a smart tv to cast from our own device. The only let down was the cost of the shop downstairs, no tea or milk is provided so we had to pay a lot to enjoy a cuppa.

Easy check in, no nonsense hotel with eco friendly initiatives and comfortable room. It is small but that’s all we needed - a safe place to stay whilst busy with activities in London. Also the kitchenette was useful and made it very possible to have cheap meals if needed!

Very tiny, area is not nice at all, its in the bad part of stratford. Pretty clean room, below average for sure, a 7/10 hotel, bathroom very weird. Toaster and coffee machine there is nice, utensils fork knife kettle too, really love that. Chips and water filling station at lobby. not bad.

The room was really high quality with lots of amenities I hadn't been expecting, like a bed with a mechanism to raise and lower part of it, an ironing board, toaster, microwave, etc. I was very impressed with the room and will definitely look to stay in more Yotels. The staff were really helpful at check in and check out, though the process for those is possible as a self-service system which was great. I didn't completely love the location of the hotel, as I felt a bit intimidated walking through the area by myself late at night, but it was only a short walk to Stratford station so very convenient.

Room was small but comfortable with good facilities. Unusually no tea or milk available in the room (there was a coffee machine but no milk) altough you could get drinks in the lobby. No reastaurant but plent of places to eat around the hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Ideal for a business trip or city break. Good value with excellent facilities for modern travellers. Very clean, great bed, helpful staff, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave - who could ask for more!

Great, welcoming staff. Easy check-in and check out. Located in walkable distance from Stratford and Maryland Stations, meaning easy access to Elizabeth line which in return gets you to central London in no time. You got Westfield nearby too. Well lit up area. But most importantly for me was - soundproofing, as in many hotels in the UK they have these huge gaps under the door or old windows, but this one was great and I slept very well (and I am a light sleeper). Would stay again if I'm around.

The flies were inside the fridge and around the whole room especially the kitchen area. I don’t understand why I feel disgusted and it happened twice the first time i asked my partner to book and I stayed there twice and it was even bad. Also it looks like some of the facilities need extra work maybe. The oven wasn’t clean. The fridge wasn’t clean maybe that’s why there were flies too. In general there are flies and it can be really noisy. Other that I fell asleep and the bed was comfy. The flies were not next to my bed this time. It’s the small fruit flies. And the sink was really dirty. The drier still leaves clothes wet please give guests instructions on how to make the settings higher or maybe the dryer just doesn’t dry clothes well. I stayed here twice and it still hasn’t been resolved. The staff were great. In both visits. Please just solve the flies problem and deep clean socks so there is no limescale in the sink plug and other areas. The fruit flies problem needs to be resolved permanently please. Then I will stay here again. Thank you.

Cleaning in the rooms is not good.

Room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Sadly the hallways were unclean and the bin in my room was full with the previous occupants rubbish, and the glasses all smelt like stale alcohol. Made me wonder how well the place was cleaned.

I stayed for 15 nights during May. The bed is awesome. Lots of outlets. :) Windows don't open at all. Never refilled coffee/tea. :( Staff are fantastic. They serviced the room more often than I expected (offered almost every day) and were really clean. Only major issue with housekeeping: upon arrival, the sheets and mattress had a lot of little hairs and tons of lint. They apologized, changed the linens, and cleaned off the mattress immediately. Not a problem again. They often took the hanging towels as well as the ones on the floor. Not great for the environment and inconvenient. They should check the closet before leaving even more towels. At one point I had so many extra that that I ran out of space! The only big problems I had were with the kitchen amenities/facilities. THE FRIDGE IS NOT REALLY A FRIDGE. It is more like a drinks cooler. It's tiny, not that cold, and there is NO FREEZER. For a 2-week stay, it was really inadequate and very disappointing. It's FALSE ADVERTISING. Badly designed kitchen sink makes it impossible to keep water off the counter because it's so narrow and shallow. Water pressure not adjustable, so it's always too high and splashes everywhere. The dishwasher, while a nice idea, is terribly designed: smelled of mildew as it retains water at the bottom and inside some of the mechanisms. I ran it several times on various settings, but it always smelled bad. Lots of utensils but only 1 very small frying pan w/hot metal handle, no lid. No pots.

Great little place for an overnighter. Great location, especially for the Abba arena, which we were visiting. Loved the adjustable bed. Great use of space and the check in process was super fast and easy. My only gripe was that the TV showed the option to connect your phone to use streaming apps, but when i attempted this, it failed to connect. Staff just said it wasnt working. No big deal thought, we just watched through my phone.

This room was so cosy, I especially loved the bed. It was especially convenient having access to a kitchenette. Overall the room is a little small but since I was on my own I was cool with it. Staff were also very welcoming. Worth the cost :)

Clean, small room but well designed. Microwave. Toaster. Nespresso coffee machine. Iron. Ironing Board. Noisy outside until just after midnight. No privacy when in bathroom. Good for a short stay. Reasonably priced.

My second time staying. The under the door gap is not sealed to provide complete soundproofing, so when people were going back and forth at 1AM, that did make it quite inconvenient and troublesome to sleep, since the doors shut quite heavily.

The bathroom has glass walls!! My partner and I had to leave the room if one of us needed to use the toilet. The shower drain was blocked and kept flooding and although we were offered a new room, the problem was never fixed. No tea and extra coffee pods ( not environmentally friendly) were at an extra cost.

The room was fairly small, it was fine for what we wanted overall, but it was on the small side. For instance, if you pulled the work desk table out, you could not access the bed on one side. Fridge and microwave/convection were great, but a real lack of anywhere to sit. I mention this only in case people think they can cook an evening meal and sit comfortably. It’s not a criticism, just a fact. Nowhere to really hang clothes and no hangers. In a nutshell, the room is compact but very functional. Bed is adjustable which was great. Shower was brilliant. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s about a five minute walk (if that) to train/underground and bus station. Area is remarkably quiet considering its location. All in all we enjoyed it and would return if we needed to be in the vicinity.

I had an amazing stay at YOTELPAD London Stratford! The hotel was incredibly clean and located in a fantastic area, close to train stations, the mall, and everything you need. A special shoutout to Jack at the reception—he was so sweet, helped me with everything I needed, and was truly professional. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is modern and clean. It is in Stratford which was convenient for a trip to ABBA voyage and the reason we stayed “out of town”. So yes convenient for abba and good access to trains but Stratford is what it is. The hotel is next to a pound stretcher and a closed Wilkos and that was fairly representative of the area. The customer service from hotel was however disappointing. I had prebooked and paid for a premium pad plus for my wife and I to stay in for 2 nights. When we arrived we were put in a premium plus accessible pad which had bathroom adaptations to make the stay possible for disabled guests but less attractive than the suite we had booked.We went to reception about the room we had ordered. And the manager said that that room wasn’t in service at present. Although there had been no communication with regards to this change in availability. We then had a choice between the accessible room or a downgraded room and the receptionist said there should be a refund of the difference. We went for the downgraded room which although what we had wanted had a more special few days away feeling. Upon leaving I enquired about the part refund as wa told I had to go through the booking company which was frustrating. After going through the booking company they were told by the hotel that they wouldn’t entertain a partial refund. This has tainted my experience somewhat. So in summary a clean modern hotel in a rough borough of London. And make sure the room is available.

The Yotelpad was a great little experience..."little" being the operative word with very compact efficiency. It is well proximate to all transport, shopping, restaurants and an entertaining, ethnically diverse neighbourhood. Staff were exceptional; we had lots of questions about what to see and how to get there, where to eat, etc that Maria, Malgorzata, Anwyn and Zuhaib went to great lengths to fully, patiently and cheerfully answer.

Staff were incredible, complimentary body clock they gave us led to some incredible sleep for us. We had one issue with the room which they fixed incredibly fast, thats the sign of a great hotel. Every staff member we spoke to made us feel so at home, hope they get all the credit they deserve if this company reads reviews

Excellent, great transport links, loads of good restaurants, the hotel itself is perfect all you could need with some great tech bits too. The staff are lovely, friendly & helpful especially Maria who’s amazing 😻 would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jack helped us when the shower was stopped up. The area is safe to walk around abd some late night food options. Train is very close by too.

I fell in love with the room 502 and the hotel. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of and I've already praised the bed before - it was fantastic once again. Small updated property within close walking distance of Stratford station. Various food offerings nearby. Staff is excellent - Friendly and helpful. Cancelled our second week in London at another hotel in favour of staying at this one.

New hotel, close to railway/underground/overground/DLR station, next to two shopping malls, very clean rooms, although very small, as is the bathroom, my room had a view to a white painted brick wall, so no curtains needed... Very comfortable bed. Man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Quite a lot of homeless people around in the area,

Excellent property & facilities for overnight stay near office. High Street location not in nicest part of Stratford. Very clean, quick check in & check out, friendly staff, room compact but great to have microwave, kitchen sink, fridge & utensils/crockery.

Our first trip to London and we found the hotel perfect for our stay with just a short walk to the station and shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, with a great knowledge of the area and transport links. Already looking at booking our next trip for 2026.

Really nice and modern hotel. Staff were super helpful storing my bags before check in time so I could head to the football. Nice restaurants and bars nearby and under 10 minute walk to the station.

The room was modern and clean. Really minor things that disappointed (hence still scoring well) were: - The water in the en-suite basin wouldnt get hot (it was tepid) for a face wash - There was no space (shelves/hooks, surface areas) to place your toiletries in the toilet/basin area - There were only 2 instead of the advertised 3 coffee pods and no tea bags, perhaps housekeeping just overlooked that shelf on room preparation It was a good location for nearby Westfield and the gig at London Stadium we visited for.

Nice hotel with small but comfortable room. No Tea or Milk in the room though, you have to buy it from the reception which is a bit tight. Otherwise a great hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

An excellent find and within walking distance of The Abba Arena with a bonus of some good restaurants very close by.

The hotel has a great location and the room was great. However, the hotel is stingy with the coffee and NO tea. Also had to buy own milk. Paying these prices it shold be bog standard. In addition, the IT side of the reservation and check-in is NOT up to what it is required - and for me very frustrating and unbelievable for a chain of this size, etc. Never say never again - but quite unlikely to book a YOTEL ever again.
