Cà Bèla - Susa

Lätt att ta sig till o från lägenheten med buss eller metro. Lite krånglig incheckning som gjordes via nätet o vi hade lite dålig täckning där vi satt. Annars var vi väldigt nöjda med rummet. Ett fantastiskt badrum.

This is not a hotel! The best, is a bread and breakfast without breakfast. Stars are given based on services. Stayed 3 nights, the only service was someone made the bed. There is no reception, communication is extremely poor. This is an apartment, but not a hotel, so should not be sold as a hotel.

Estávamos em 4 pessoas. Havia 1 cama de casal, colchão ruim e a outra um sofá cama que foi até desumano colocar alguém para dormir naquele local. Era praticamente em cima de uma madeira, horrível. Travesseiros ruins e o ar condicionado geladíssimo sem controle para aumentar. Não indico e não pretendo voltar.

All perfect everything was very smooth and I enjoyed my stay

I stayed at Ca Bela Susa in Milan and had a very disappointing experience. The check‑in process was extremely complicated, with no staff on site. Guests must enter all personal details and scan passports/ID via the property’s website, which felt insecure and uncomfortable. The listing suggested a private kitchenette and dining area, but these facilities were shared with all guests on the floor. This was misleading and did not match the booking description. Most importantly, the sofa bed was not safe or usable for sleeping. The lower part sinks so much that the legs rest directly on the hard frame, causing discomfort and poor sleep. A technician confirmed it cannot be fixed, and staff acknowledged the issue, yet refused to provide a solution unless I paid €50 extra. At one point, the only “solution” offered was to place pillows over the broken part, which is unacceptable. Communication was slow and inconsistent, with promised callbacks never happening and messages arriving long after agreed times. Overall, the stay did not match the description, the sleeping arrangement was unsafe, the check‑in process felt insecure, and the service was inadequate. I cannot recommend this property.
