It was an excellent experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted warmly, given a room upgrade, and a bottle of sparkling wine was delivered to our rooms. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite parking was very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Alguien tiene que cambiar la descripción de este hotel en el website de Hotels.com, porque es engañosa y no está apegada a la realidad. En primer lugar, este hotel queda a 30 minutos a pie de la Plaza de Toros, el sitio web dice que está a solo 11 minutos, mentira!!! Segundo, el sitio web dice que este hotel tiene alberca (piscina), y sí que la tiene, pero hay que pagar $24 euros por persona para tener acceso a ella. No se trata de una alberca recreativa sino de una tina de hidromasaje. Segunda mentira!!! En tercer lugar, se dice ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero debido a la falta de limpieza y a la condición de algunos muebles y paredes dentro de la habitación, yo solo le daría 1 sola estrella.

Our room was large and comfortable with a big outdoor terrace. The hotel’s setting is peaceful with quick access to walking and bicycling pathways. The hotel has storage options for bicycles. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

très bel hôtel, bien situé avec Parking, chambre grande et lumineuse. Le personnel a été excellent. Belle piscine intérieure avec spa Le seul point à améliorer, serait l'équipement de la salle de sport et son l'éclairage.

Spa and pool closed but we were only informed a few days before we travelled. Reception staff cared very little re our disappointment (one of main reasons we booked it) and offered us a room with a terrace (in winter so of no use) as compensation. Asked to be refunded so we can find another hotel but they would not allow this. Terrible experience in customer service. Rooms were actually very nice hence not giving 1*.

Las áreas comunes del hotel y las habitaciones preciosas. A la limpieza y a los detalles de la habitación les faltaba cariño (las toallas mal dobladas, los papeles debajo de los vasos muy viejos, las amenities del baño mal colocadas, la cápsula de café usada en la máquina…). La ducha debería tener una iluminación independiente al resto de la habitación para no despertar cuando quieras ducharte.

Absolutely gorgeous modern hotel. Massive luxurious rooms with superb large bed. Lovely rural view with the cathedral. Delightful staff and excellent restaurant. Loved the tapas bar menu and local buffet breakfast. Close enough to walk into the city along an easy path. Best stay in Pamplona!!

Amazing room - more like a suite than a room - very luxurious. Parking was easy, breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is about 20 minute walk from the main part of Pamplona but an easy route.

El proceso de check in no pudo ser más lento. En mi reserva ya había pagado la tercera persona en una de las habitaciones y me dijeron que no había pedido la cama supletoria. Me quieren cobrar un cargo extra de 40 euros cuando ya he pagado por la 3 persona. Mis hijos han intentado entrar al SPA y el agua estaba tan fría que se han tenido que ir.

This was our first time in Pamplona and didn't know what to expect but we needn't have worried. As soon as we stepped into the hotel our worries were found less. We were greeted by one of the biggest smiles we've ever seen on a receptionist. Check in was seamless and we were also given map of the area, with recommendations. If the entrance to the hotel took our breath away our room left us speechless! It had everything thing we needed and more! It was so big and comfortable, it was a shame we were only staying one night. Every member of staff that we met made us feel so welcome and they were focused on making our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area

The upgrade to an executive suite was awesome, the wine was amazing, and the staff were fantastic. Special mentions to the young lady that checked us in and out. Also to the lady working breakfast both were fantastic!

Loved this hotel. We were there for the Running of the Bulls...its an easy walk to/from Pamplona town centre (as taxis were tought to get at the end of the evening). Staff were great, room was fantastic - quiet, good blackout blinds, good shower etc; breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night but welould definitely stay at this hotel again..

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. We got a room upgrade and a bottle of Cava. The hotel said it was because it was my wife’s birthday! The room was large and had a sitting area and a balcony/terrace with sun loungers. The only thing missing was a desk. The hotel was quiet and had free underground parking. We ate there one night and the food was OK, but the entrecôte steak was very chewy. One standard complaint. Why do hotels leave instructions about hanging towels up if you don’t want them changed and the promptly change them anyway. Greenwashing, I think, describes this practice

The room was lovely but the food and drink in the restaurant was horrendous, I have never in my life paid so much for a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of cod and then to get charged for a pint of larger that was in a half pint glass , only 3/4 full and then a 2 inch head , total rip off and will never return

First impressions are that the hotel is located very far from downtown—and it is. If you don't enjoy walking or spending about ten euros on taxi rides, you might want to choose a different hotel. But then you'd be missing out, because this is a truly great hotel where most things are well thought out, and the staff gets top marks. We chose one of the more expensive rooms and got great value for our money. They were by far the most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel, with plenty of space as well as both a separate bathtub and shower. Nothing you'd expect from an international hotel room was missing. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the placement of the sink—it was located far from the toilet. And for anyone wondering: it took 30 minutes to get to all the restaurants near Plaza de Toros. We walked back and forth twice a day without any real trouble. Wide sidewalks the whole way.
