I’ve stayed here twice and I’ve had a furniture problem twice. I let it go last time. A couple of years ago, there was no desk at all. There was a spot for it with sockets, but they hadn’t installed it. This time, the couch had a crooked leg. On both occasions I didn’t care hugely, but it annoyed me in the moment and these things aren’t trivial for a hotel. The elevator announcements can be heard from in bed and woke or kept me up a few times. I don’t know why they’re needed or why they’re so loud. For a fairly big hotel, the gym is small but not usually busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service menu is very limited and would be improved if food from the lobby cafe and other restaurant were included.
