Very nice hotel at a great location, good spa and nice rooms. Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but we didn't mind. Overall, good value for money, would definitely recommend.

this is my second time staying there this year and I will be definitely back with my family. Everybody is so amazing friendly and on point with their customer service there are massages are amazing as well. I do recommend everybody to stay there and I will be definitely back.

Lovely hotel clean , good breakfast , helpful staff only issue was having to use the pool etc after 6pm it’s free 12-6pm but that’s not really convenient when doing activities all day

The hotel was decent and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend. The only downfall was the gym. The treadmill didn’t work nor did the bike. Pool was decent. If you were intending a hotel with a decent gym this isn’t for you. Otherwise I’d recommend

The hotel is good overall, it’s my second time staying there. The rooms are nice but the birds on windows makes it hard to open for fresh air. Water doesn’t cost a lot so if they put one bottle in the room per day like other hotels I have been it will be convenient to the customers. One per stay is cheap. I like the personal friendly and courteous. I will stay there again and I’m referring all my friends. The hours to use the Turkish bath are not convenient at all. Visitors are busy during the day either sightseeing or for medical so late afternoon/ night it’s the best time to enjoy the spa without having to pay extra. I really did not like the hours at all. It’s the only thing that will make me go to other hotels. Please reconsider the spa time with no additional charges.

I was looking for hotel with spa. The spa at this hotel was simply not usable! The pool and jacuzzi where ice cold, turkish bath was not clean at all, there was buckets with dirty towels all over the place. The stuff extremely unfriendly, one person was smoking! Without a doubt one of the shadiest pleases i’ve ever been!

Hôtel classe avec un personnel très professionnel, très réactif, on regretta juste la poussière sous le lit (un petit tapis) et des établissements autour qui mettent la musique à fond jusqu'à tôt le matin, si fort que même le double vitrage ne vous en protégera pas.

A very nice, clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Once we got our bearings it was a nice walk to the old city attractions, mosques and bazaars and the Topkapi Palace. Pleanty of restaurant choices around the hotel.

The hotel was clean and organized, and the location was good. You can easily get to Metro and Tram from the hotel. However, I found the hotel to be very noisy night time, we experienced that music was playing outside, and we were not able to sleep...When I asked the staff in the hotel to change our room, they were nice enough to change it, but there was still a loud noise coming from outside. And we found the break-fast to be averaged. Most of the items were cheese and vegetables...Not varieties of food, we noticed the same items pretty much everyday. We stayed in a 3*** hotel for a week before Mosaic, and the break-fast was actually better than Mosaic hotel.

一開始飯店服務人員說幫我們升級房間,結果房間像是很久沒住過人一樣,浴室的桌子,浴室的地板,床旁邊的桌子一摸全部都是灰.聯絡服務員後說三樓在施工所以很多灰….可是我們是住五樓？請他們打掃後地板也還是灰…. 住了三天,只提供一瓶水,然後誒訊問後說不管住幾天就只提供一瓶水..之後要付錢…

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 20 mois pendant une semaine dans une chambre deluxe. Nous avons été bien reçu, la chambre etait propre et assez grande avec un balcon. La déco est plutôt ancienne mais ce n'est qu'un détail et sa reste atypique. Le personnel a été bienveillant et au petit soin pour notre fille, en particulier deux jeunes serveuses des petits déjeuners, vraiment très gentille. D'ailleurs les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Deux petits inconvénients mais qui reste dans la norme, la clim n'est pas fonctionnel si nous enlevons la carte de chambre. La où nous étions situés nous avions un restaurant ou hôtel en face avec de la musique assez forte jusqu'a 2h du matin mais une fois les fenêtres fermés nous n'entendions pratiquement plus rien. Dans l'ensemble je recommande cet hotel et si nous revenons un jour, ce sera sûrement dans le même hotel.

Nicely located near Metro and tram. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly. We would definitely go back.

Nice hotel in a good location close to many attractions in Istanbul. Bed was a little on the hard side for us, but I guess that is a matter of personal taste. The in-house restaurant served great food, so well worth a visit for local food.

The hotel was clean and organized, and the location was good. You can easily get to Metro and Tram from the hotel. However, I found the hotel to be very noisy night time, we experienced that music was playing outside, and we were not able to sleep...When I asked the staff in the hotel to change our room, they were nice enough to change it, but there was still a loud noise coming from outside. And we found the break-fast to be averaged. Most of the items were cheese and vegetables...Not varieties of food, we noticed the same items pretty much everyday. We stayed in a 3*** hotel for a week before Mosaic, and the break-fast was actually better than Mosaic hotel.

I was looking for hotel with spa. The spa at this hotel was simply not usable! The pool and jacuzzi where ice cold, turkish bath was not clean at all, there was buckets with dirty towels all over the place. The stuff extremely unfriendly, one person was smoking! Without a doubt one of the shadiest pleases i’ve ever been!

Hôtel classe avec un personnel très professionnel, très réactif, on regretta juste la poussière sous le lit (un petit tapis) et des établissements autour qui mettent la musique à fond jusqu'à tôt le matin, si fort que même le double vitrage ne vous en protégera pas.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 20 mois pendant une semaine dans une chambre deluxe. Nous avons été bien reçu, la chambre etait propre et assez grande avec un balcon. La déco est plutôt ancienne mais ce n'est qu'un détail et sa reste atypique. Le personnel a été bienveillant et au petit soin pour notre fille, en particulier deux jeunes serveuses des petits déjeuners, vraiment très gentille. D'ailleurs les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Deux petits inconvénients mais qui reste dans la norme, la clim n'est pas fonctionnel si nous enlevons la carte de chambre. La où nous étions situés nous avions un restaurant ou hôtel en face avec de la musique assez forte jusqu'a 2h du matin mais une fois les fenêtres fermés nous n'entendions pratiquement plus rien. Dans l'ensemble je recommande cet hotel et si nous revenons un jour, ce sera sûrement dans le même hotel.

A very nice, clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Once we got our bearings it was a nice walk to the old city attractions, mosques and bazaars and the Topkapi Palace. Pleanty of restaurant choices around the hotel.

très bon hôtel, bien situé juste à coté du métro et dans un quartier animé et plusieurs restau sympa ... le seul problème a été le comportement de certains employés comme la femme de ménage qui entre dans la chambre sans prévenir et malgré l'indication sur la porte et la femme qui fait le pain dans la salle du petit déjeuner, elle a été très désagréable et autoritaire ...

Nice hotel in a good location close to many attractions in Istanbul. Bed was a little on the hard side for us, but I guess that is a matter of personal taste. The in-house restaurant served great food, so well worth a visit for local food.

This hotel is in a good central location. A metro station is 5 mins walk and a 10 minute walk down hill to the tram stop that takes you quickly to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, spice market and Bosphorus ferries etc. although if keen, one can walk to the Grand Bazaar and others from the hotel as well. Breakfast was adequate and included but there were no other amenities owned by the hotel. There is no room service but a good friendly, useful restaurant on the ground floor but a separate business. There is no roof terrace and a small pool and spa in the basement but again a separate business i.e. you pay separately and cannot charge to your room. The pool opens at noon and after 6pm they charge €10. The spa is nothing special and there are many in the neighbourhood. Room was adequate, good beds and cleaned daily. They can arrange an airport pick up which is good. You pay for everything on arrival but they refused to post stamped postcards when asked. For a basic central hotel with breakfast this ticks the box.
