Absolutely amazing stay. The staff are fantastic. The room was spotless and well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautifully manicured. The location is very convenient. It's walking distance from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are a lot of restaurants with great views nearby. The hotel is itself very picturesque. Wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed one night at the four seasons after staying three nights at the Shangri-La Bosporus and I have to say that the shangri-la was far better. The four seasons staff were all very nice but we expected better from the room itself and for the hotel to be more spacious. The balcony is kind of strange and if I stand on my tippy toes I can see into the other rooms balcony. Breakfast was nice but once again nothing special. Essentially there was nothing special about the four seasons and it definitely does not live up to the hype or prestige. Overall nothing special.

I’ve stayed in a lot of great hotels during my travels around the globe and would rate this one of my favorites with “Le Bristol” in Paris and “Le Sirenuse” in Positano we travelled with the family, they put us in room 314 which was over the the new discovery of Justinians palace and nice view of Hagia Sophia which the kids loved. Best Concierge ever “Sabuhi Yavuzer” let him handle all your plans, also check in was smooth welcoming great with Onur and Emrah. We will be returning soon.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. We traveled with a toddler and they went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic - fully prepared crib when we checked in along with new toys, diapers, diaper creams, baby toiletries, etc for our daughter. They also decorated our room with balloons when they found out we were expecting a new baby boy. Every day there was some special treat (fruit platter, desserts, etc) that were dropped off for us and our daughter to make our stay special. Perfect location within walking distance to everything in the Sultanahmet. The restaurants and facilities also all so beautiful. Staff were very helpful in making reservations for us to Topkapi palace and other attractions. they have a service that waits in line for you to buy tickets so that you don’t have to wait in line. One porter/bellman went above and beyond - when he found out a taxi driver overcharged us for a ride, he ran down the street and chased down the driver and got us the money back that we had overpaid, was completely unexpected. Free shuttle to Four Seasons Bosphorus with access to their pool /spa facilities which we took advantage of. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Istanbul.

Four Seasons Sultanahmet: an oasis amid the bustle of old Istanbul. Very short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and many local restaurant choices. Friendly staff, very helpful concierge, and smooth taxi and transportation arrangements. I will stay here again on my next Istanbul visit.

This property and its staff are amazing. We cannot say enough good things about it! The food we ate on the property was excellent. Everyone made us feel at home and created an atmosphere of professionalism and elegance.

My husband and I stayed one night at the four seasons after staying three nights at the Shangri-La Bosporus and I have to say that the shangri-la was far better. The four seasons staff were all very nice but we expected better from the room itself and for the hotel to be more spacious. The balcony is kind of strange and if I stand on my tippy toes I can see into the other rooms balcony. Breakfast was nice but once again nothing special. Essentially there was nothing special about the four seasons and it definitely does not live up to the hype or prestige. Overall nothing special.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. We traveled with a toddler and they went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic - fully prepared crib when we checked in along with new toys, diapers, diaper creams, baby toiletries, etc for our daughter. They also decorated our room with balloons when they found out we were expecting a new baby boy. Every day there was some special treat (fruit platter, desserts, etc) that were dropped off for us and our daughter to make our stay special. Perfect location within walking distance to everything in the Sultanahmet. The restaurants and facilities also all so beautiful. Staff were very helpful in making reservations for us to Topkapi palace and other attractions. they have a service that waits in line for you to buy tickets so that you don’t have to wait in line. One porter/bellman went above and beyond - when he found out a taxi driver overcharged us for a ride, he ran down the street and chased down the driver and got us the money back that we had overpaid, was completely unexpected. Free shuttle to Four Seasons Bosphorus with access to their pool /spa facilities which we took advantage of. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Istanbul.

This hotel delivered on every front. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was consistently top-notch. All the facilities were well-maintained and met our needs perfectly. This was my third trip to Turkey and I recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Istanbul as first comer especially if you will be staying for 3 to 4 nights. Easy access to all the historical sites in the old city, and you can then get on a free boat to other Four Seasons property, enjoy the Bosphorus with convenience Fabulous hotel, impeccable service, great breakfast, amazing Turkish bath. Small gym and no swimming pool is the only thing missing but that is the choice you are making by staying in a boutique feel. love the uniqueness Even after going to Four Seasons in HK, Bangkok, and Ko Olina Oahu for many years, this is now my favorite Four Seasons globally - Well done

Location, location, location! Staff was great. Concierge was fantastic with helpful tips and great recommendations. Only knock I would say is their private transport to and from airport was over priced in comparisons to myself getting my own transportation.
