Rooms were clean, room service was good. However the check in got delayed due to some AC issue in the room that was allotted to me. More or less the experience was good.

I am surprised that this is a well liked property. Most staff don’t understand English or Tamil. Property had a musky odor in hall ways. The room had a weird smell and I decided to cut my losses and checkout a day early. Will never recommend this property to anyone. On top of that, Ginger blatantly violates government order by not providing dormitory facility for drivers. I will also be reporting this facility to the Government of Tamil Nadu
