Great experience overall and deserves the 5 stars. Only downfalls were the inability to swipe your card from the drivers seat to get into the garage and the loud, intermittent buzzing from the bar fridge in the room (310). It also would’ve been nice to have been advised that the spa cannot be used after 7pm. No secure key return. It wouldn’t be too hard for someone to retrieve the keycards from underneath the reception counter shutter.

Great new hotel in a easily commutable location ( busy stops outside ) only thing missing was the Bar wasn’t open ( opening soon, apparently ) the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Amazing place to stay. Clean room and place looked fabulous. Swim Spa was very nice. Staff were amazing and loved to have a chat which is nice. Easy check in and out. Felt like home. Will be booking again if we return to Sydney.

Rooms were very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the rainfall shower was a lovely addition. The underground parking was very secure. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were helpful at check in. Parking and breakfast (limited options) included in tariff. Rooms were very clean. The flooring is wood laminex so very hygienic. Bathroom was excellent. Windows open. Newish property. Quiet. Small kitchenette and a Nespresso machine. A supermarket is in walking distance and a bus stop is outside the hotel to take you to the city in about 20 mins. Small spa pool.

The room was great, comfortable, very clean and the bed was super comfortable, best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel itself is well kept, quiet and in a great location. City 15mins away. Woolies 5mins walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with so many people at breakfast it looked like there was only 1 working, too much pressure.

Overall, I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly until my boyfriend told me their was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to go see and saw it running out of the bathroom and go underneath the cabinet by the mini fridge. When we brought this up to the front desk a worker, Jackie, stated we arent the only people who saw them and they are the "good" cockroaches. This is the second time someone has brought up this problem. She stated they are going to have pest control come out and spray the premise again. She related its normal for Australia to have them, that all houses including hers have them. Then asked if we wanted to extend our check out time. When we requested for some sort of refund for the night, she chuckled and said no. Thank god we saw this roach on the last night or we would have left days ago. Roaches weren't the only problem, I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet paper due to the lack of refills when the room was cleaned. Towels were changed everyday when left on the floor and the bed was made. The pros were that the hotel was clean overall. There was a grocery store right down the street and a huge shopping center about 10 minutes away. Location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to the highway or you could walk 10 minutes down the road to an area with different shopping and food if you have no car.

Ground floor room, was clean and new and wasn't cramped. Lino floor, not carpet. Decent range of quality appliances in the room. New quiet, efficient and discreet reverse cycle heating/cooling - just takes a few moments to kick on. However the window leaked cold air and busy road noise from around the panels and particularly through the louvres' lever hole even when closed up as tight as they go. The room door also did not block any noise, and faced the dining area and entrance so a lot of noise came from there, too. The shower screen glass panel didn't do much to stop water getting all over the bathroom floor and even out into the main room. The shower itself was great though - lots of volume, pressure and plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature, unlike the hot/cold/hot/cold of a lot of hotels.

Great Hotel near bus stop and woolworth. Friendly staff and quick check in. Room has all needed to stay short or long term. Curtains is not blacklight cover so still strain of light coming in. Aircon inconsistent but as winter time so not too bad. Overall is a great and conformtable hotel

Staff and rooms where great. But it’s very loud due to the busy highway and hard to sleep. They need to update their windows bad even though this place was just built. It sounded like the window was wide open all the time.

Modern and tidy. We missed breakfast so can’t rate it. Our bathroom had signs of wear and tear (shower seat coming off wall, broken toilet brush - minor things) ... importantly the bed was comfortably firm and the pillows were good. Mercifully quiet too, given proximity to parramatta road.

Great clean hotel, we had a really nice time there. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Locations is pretty good with easy access to public transportation and plenty of parking space.

Very dishonest. Terrible reception/communication. Poor “breakfast”. I’d never stay there again, not even if the hotel offered a free stay. The hotel took a deposit from my debit card (which I agreed to) and only refunded part of the deposit three days after checkout. No explanation provided by the hotel. The amount of money is not material, it is the principle, so I enquired and was told it was because a pillow was missing. I have never stolen anything in my life - this is a huge insult. I told them to check CCTV of me entering and leaving the hotel and how it was impossible for me to remove a pillow without it being obvious on the CCTV. No response. No refund. I’ll never stay there again as I’m concerned about what else might be taken from my bank account or possibly my room when I’m not in it. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and the first time in my life I’ve ever left a negative review about a hotel. Never again.

I always stay here when visiting my family, my only disappointment was when I checked into my room there was left over food from previous guests, I asked at reception next morning fur cleaners to remove, that evening it was still there , asked again she apologised & said it would be removed today, it was still there when i returned. It wasn’t till the 3rd day that it was finally removed, not a big issue but should have been addressed. Staff were always lovely, I don’t know how they dealt with so many people at breakfast it looked like there was only 1 working, too much pressure.

The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!

The staff was amazing. I did a solo trip for two weeks and felt so welcomed and they told me all the best local spots. It is right on a major bus path so traveling was super easy. Excellent service and can’t wait to visit again.

majority of staff were friendly and inviting, especially Brooke, Maddy and Chancy.. the one disappointing aspect was the Manager Jackie, very full of her own self importance and like to speak down to customers and staff alike.. The swim spa was lovely, however a rail to help getting in and out would be very helpful

The room was great, comfortable, very clean and the bed was super comfortable, best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel itself is well kept, quiet and in a great location. City 15mins away. Woolies 5mins walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Mostly good. Great staff at reception, clean and fresh rooms. Parramatta Road is not the ideal location for a hotel, but it suited our needs for this particular weekend.

The staff were helpful at check in. Parking and breakfast (limited options) included in tariff. Rooms were very clean. The flooring is wood laminex so very hygienic. Bathroom was excellent. Windows open. Newish property. Quiet. Small kitchenette and a Nespresso machine. A supermarket is in walking distance and a bus stop is outside the hotel to take you to the city in about 20 mins. Small spa pool.

It is a brand new hotel, well located and connected by bus to the city and other suburbs. Haberfield is itself a most charming suburb with a strong Italian community. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything is great apart from complimentary breakfast and advertised indoor pool. The so called continental breakfast is virtually just a selection of cereals with yoghurt, milk juices on the side. Apart from that you can help yourself to bread with pre packaged condiments such as honey jam or butter. That's literally it nothing else. No eggs, bacon, sausages or pastry nothing. The advertised indoor pool is actually an outdoor pool surrounded by gondola and walls. It's technically not even a pool but a hot spa. Otherwise everything else is amazing from the general look, cleanness, staff, rooms and parking.

A nice room with what you need if you were having a night in Sydney. The bed was comfortable, the staff were lovely and accommodating. The free basic breakfast was enjoyable, just the basics but enough. I believe it to be very reasonable for what you get for so close to Sydney.

Near new hotel, stylish and comfortable. Would stay again. Nice, basic, complimentary continental breakfast and they just started doing bacon and eggs on toast for $14 which was lovely, well cooked...but only Sat Sun morning for now. Bus stop right out front for a trip into town, about35mins.

Haberfield is a newer hotel establishment and so clean! The staff are all friendly as well 😊 Breakfast is included and (delicious) coffee is available so you can save some money in the mornings. Overall such a pleasant stay and not too far from everything central.

Well priced with easy public transit access to the city center via a bus stop that stops directly in front of the hotel. If you take the train it is a 15-20 minute walk. Breakfast was simple start your day cereal and toast, nothing fancy. The location is a bit isolated in terms of food options. Most things are at least a 15 minute walk or a bus ride away. The on site gym isn't much, just one treadmill and a single weight machine. I was there for the Sydney marathon. In terms of running options there is a very nice "bay run" a little less than a mile away with a foot path that goes for several miles.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to eateries in Haberfield and also an easy drive to the city. The parking is great. The beds are comfortable and the included breakfast is simple and perfect for getting you ready for the day. The staff are cheery and helpful. We’ve stayed twice and will do so again.
