Spark by Hilton Green Bay

Breakfast was good for a fast easy breakfast.. Staff was amazing and helpful.. Hot tub was nice and hot!!

We were a little disappointed by this Hilton brand Spark. Staff was great but here are the issues we had: 1) weird smell in elevator and hall covered up by some type of strong deodorizer 2) the toilet in our room did not flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. If you don’t, it fills up pretty high and stops and we were constantly afraid it would overflow if we tried to flush again. It was not clogged. 3) not too impressed by breakfast, muffins, yogurt, cereal and bagels. 4) the pillows on bed had a smoky smell that was covered up by a very strong odor of chlorine. This woke me up multiple times during the night. Other than these, the hotel was ok and as I said staff were nice.

Chose this as a less expensive place to stay while traveling for work. It is a renovated hotel, with some older aspects and some newer parts. My bed was very comfortable. I liked the large extendable desk. Bathroom was sufficient, new shower enclosure and sink but older toilet that was hesitant to flush. New, fluffy towels. Breakfast was basic - fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, hard boiled eggs. Liked the oat milk option. Staff was attentive and helpful. My biggest negative was noise from the very close by highway. Request an even numbered room so you'll face away from the highway. I had loud zooming cars, trucks, motorcycles etc going by at 80mph from 4-7pm and from when I woke up at 6:30am until I left. Even white noise and fans didn't cover it.

Loudest AC unit I’ve ever heard. Moderately clean room and building. The room had a funky, old smell to it.
