Check in was great and the staff was very nice. Then we got to our room and one of the beds smelt like urine. We decided to just use the other bed and move on. Then we went to the pool and it was very cloudy and just didn’t look clean.. Then we saw bandaids at the bottom of the pool so we got out. The staff did end up moving us to a new room which I appreciate but definitely disappointed in the pool as that was one of the reasons I picked this spot. Hot tub looked even worse, idk if it’s the grout or what but looked rough. Ac was super loud in the room.

Beds were comfortable, shower had nice water pressure. Was safe and quiet. The hotel was very warm. The exercise room was very warm. No fans. Uncomfortable working out. Breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast. Nice they had oak milk and original oatmeal with no sugar. Fruit was fresh.

Nice hotel with an actual heated pool and long pool hours (until midnight). A lot of similiar hotels cant keep the pool with adequate temperature and pool hours are limited.

We stayed at this property on the way to our weekend camping trip- it was a nice stay so we actually cancelled our return stay at a different hotel and re-book Ed with this one. The hot tub was way below where it should have been and it was so grey/dirty we were unable to see the bottom of the hot tub. The front desk clerk advised not to use it. The hot tub is the high light of any hotel stay. When I checked back in the morning to see if it was fixed the new front desk lady was on her cell phone and told us the hot tub was not fixed. We filed for a refund since we were not able to use the facilities and advertised. The hotel denied our refund and said the hot tub was not broken. Would not stay again due to the dishonesty of the hotel. Thankfully Expedia at least gave us a $25 credit to use towards our next stay elsewhere.

Good location. Friendly staff. Room had dog hair on chair and lamp. Bed had pillow top, but very hard underneath that. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. They had nice pool and hot tub, but didn't have time to use. Parking was good and well lit. Breakfast was meh..

This property was unique because it had a large selection of very nice weights in their exercise room. That was a lovely surprise for us! The pool and hot tub area was very nice as well.

Disappointed with smoking issue and cleanliness at the entrance. I was looking forward to staying at Spark by Hilton because of its modern brand image, and the lobby and staff service were nice. However, I was very disappointed with the condition of the exterior. There were cigarette butts all over the ground, and several guests were smoking right at the front entrance — even though this hotel is supposed to be a 100% smoke-free property. This completely ruined the first impression and made me feel uncomfortable every time I walked in and out. Hilton hotels usually enforce a strict no-smoking policy, with a $250 fine for violations, but here it seemed like nobody cared. If the hotel truly wants to represent Hilton standards, management needs to take this seriously: designate a smoking area away from the entrance, keep the exterior clean, and enforce the fine for violators. I hope this feedback helps the property improve, because guests who choose Hilton expect a clean, smoke-free, and professional environment.

Probably the least impressive Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel has seen better days. The common areas were worn and dingy. The bed was comfortable but the room was stuffy and moderately clean, the toilet had remains from the previous guest and the shower had mildew stains. We don’t be back

The area around the hot tub and pool was not very clean, noisy a lot of knocking sounds, hard to sleep, I fell off the toilet when the seat completely disconnected and I let them know at the front desk and all she said was I will have maintenance look at that…

While the hotel itself was very clean, modern and room nice, our A/C compressor was so incredibly loud, we had to shout at each other to be heard. Told front desk about it when we went to dinner and were told they would look into it. When A/C kicked in later in the night, it was no better and we didn’t want to change rooms at the hour. At 4:15 a.m., it started screeching so we just shut it off. No one at front desk when we checked out to talk too - bottom line, don’t stay in room 126.

If all you want is a bed to sleep in, it’s ok. If you want any creature comforts, this is not for you. No fridge, no coffee maker, basically no nothing except a comfortable bed.

They offer the bare minimum options for breakfast. The rooms are standard as in any hotel, but the fridge is so small nothing fits inside. There was no microwave. There was a board from the wall that could be used as a desk or as a table, but no chair. We had 3 rooms. There was no coffee in the room, no ice bucket. They put us in 3 different floors.

They are under renovation, which I understood, but we didn’t have working AC in our room all night. It was 75 degrees all night which for the money wasn’t expected. The AC unit was very loud as well even though it wasn’t producing cold air. I told the front desk in the morning and the gal apologized but suggested we could one called down for a box fan. She offered us a cold water for the road. What would have been nice was working AC or a discounted stay. Also the area around the AC unit including window ledge was very dirty with maybe construction dust? The hotel is right on the highway so expect to hear loud highway traffic al night. The beds were comfy and it felt mostly clean. I still would have stayed elsewhere had I known.

Newly upgraded, rooms were excellent! Only negative is there was not a microwave, small refrigerator was great! I was there 3 days and I microwave would have been a nice option! Every other aspect of the stay was excellent!

My husband had surgery that morning and we were staying because he had a recheck the next morning and we live over an hour away. Clerk said they had a room available, but because we booked through Hotels.com and not Hilton, she couldn’t waive the early check in fee. So we had to sit in the car for nearly 2 hours until she would check us in. I guess at Hilton, it’s all about the money instead of human kindness. Please let them know.

Everything was good other than the fact that they never refunded my $75 deposit. The room was left in pristine condition and there was no reason not to get that back.

Best value of the dozen or more hotels we’ve stayed in the past 4 months. Awesome staff and tons of updates to the facilities. They even had a gift bag for our support doggie! Super convenient location … didn’t hear any interstate noise but we were on the other side of the building. 12:00 checkout and extended b’fast hours were a bonus! (But no waffle maker… hahaha! I don’t need the calories anyway) HIGHLY recommend!

Everything about the property and staff is outstanding! Five star. Would have been perfect. My room window faced the highway, and because of my floor, I was RIGHT NEXT to the highway. As a result, I got little sleep. Although the bed was very comfortable, I was kept away by the traffic. If you're going to stay here, and you are a lighter sleeper, request a room away from the highway and you will have an amazing stay!

Nice newer hotel, basic rooms but clean and updated. The pool area and hot tub were also nice. The breakfast options were VERY basic the selections were disappointing too. I would recommend this hotel for the value we got. It was priced lower than like hotels; clean and staff was pretty good. I’d book it again if in the area and if the price were the same/competitively priced for like hotels.

Overall the hotel was very good. I really would have loved to leave a five star review, but the breakfast was pretty bad… mostly dry cereal, breads/toast, yogurt dispenser, and a large bowl filled with water and peeled hard boiled eggs.

My stay was very pleasant. The room, bed, amenities were all wonderful. What I truly appreciate was the Oatly non-dairy milk for breakfas. Not many hotels offer a non-dairy option. I will be staying here again, especially if the non-dairy options continue.

The building was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, however, there is not a channel list for the TV. The bed was mostly comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Breakfast was meager -- only bagels and dry cereal available. It looked like there should have been more but the containers were empty.

Walls seem to be paper thin. I could consistently hear conversations in the hallway, room next to me, and the toilet flushing in other rooms. Staff were all kind and helpful and the location is great if you plan on attending a Packers game (which was why I was there), but $1,600 for three nights at this place, rate hiked for game or not, simply isn’t worth it. Bed was comfortable and I skipped breakfast as there was much left to be desired. Probably will not stay here again.

The property was in good shape and the room was very clean. We did not use the pool, hot tub or spa, but they looked to be in good shape. The breakfast was more limited than many hotels offer, and that was the only downside to this property. A good value for the stay.
