Being a 4 star hotel, the room did not happen to have slipper, bath robes, nor bath tub. The toilet did not have ''sanitized'' cover so was a bit skeptical and had to clean the toilet by myself. There was no telephone in room to contact the front desk. The bathroom did not have an air freshener or diffuser to fight back the odour as their extract fan was poorly working. The pitch view was nice though. The room had 2 chairs but maybe add a table as well for convenience...? The housekeeping staffs kept opening my door although DND sign was put on which was annoying. I dont think there are any housekeeping staffs that works for evening or night because nobody's rubbish/trash were cleared until next day morning 11am. It was an okayish stay, not complaining, but hope this helps the company to improvise.
