The apartment was great, close to the pool and having the alfresco was nice. Parking was easy and the staff were lovely! Only thing that was lacking was the beds weren’t very comfortable but this is personal preference so hard to keep everyone happy in a large accommodation.

This place is fantastic , large brand new well equipped apartment . The pool is also large and a great spot to cool down. The staff are so helpful . Another major point is even though it’s only two stories it has lifts. You need a car , buts it’s 5 minutes to everything .

Nice and well maintained place to stay. Only thing we would recommend to the owners is to run robot cleaning pool at different times other than regular swimming times as this make swimming in the pool uncomfortable. Thank you. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at this stunning accommodation. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and beautifully presented. While the pool is compact, it was more than enough for our children to enjoy swimming each day. The shared facilities are also excellent and added great value to our stay. If we have the opportunity to visit Cairns again, we would gladly choose to stay here once more. A big thank you to the staff for being such friendly and attentive hosts!

This place is fantastic & reasonably priced. Not on a beach but so close to many as well as Cairns, Skyrail, Cattana Wetlands, etc. with Atherton Tablelands & the Daintree not too far away. The staff are delightful. Don’t be put off by the 2 story buildings as they have lifts. There are big plans to expand so hope it will retain it’s vibe.

The kitchen was in near-new condition, perfectly organised, and stocked with care. The next morning, the female staff member kindly helped me book a tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. Although the location is a bit far from central Cairns, it turned out to be a perfect base for visiting Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, and even the crocodile farm — far better positioned for those trips than staying in the city centre.

We stayed at Trinity Collective for six days. We arrived quite late on Monday afternoon, but the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and accommodating. First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so ended up having to park in the staff car park one time.

The rooms look exactly as they do in the pictures! Sleek and modern with a bright, beachy feel. The quality of the furniture and linens is very nice. The kitchen was well appointed and they provided dishwasher and laundry detergent. The ladies at the front desk were also extremely helpful and kind. I had a bit of trouble with my after hours check in, and the property manager called first thing in the morning to make sure everything turned out okay. She brought me a coffee that morning and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt at home here. Overall a fantastic experience at a beautiful place.

We have stayed in a one bedroom apartment though out our stay in Cairns. The whole place was as good as new. All the staff were very helpful. If you are at the corridor at level 2, you will be able to see some kangaroos in the mornings and evenings. Linking Netflix to the TV is a breeze and it will automatically logout once the TV is turned off. Other than WiFi, there is also a land line that can be used to call local numbers only.

Very clean but the property is only new. Undercover parking would be nice. The property won’t look so sterile if they grow lots of trees around the place. There was no power point on the kitchen bench to boil the jug. Credit card fees too high.

This is the best hotel I have ever traveled abroad. First of all, the clean side (we are relatively fastidious Japanese) is wonderful. I was very happy that the janitor who came on the fourth day found the small toys and picture books that my child had dropped and displayed them with a new towel. Above all, the receptionist's personality was the best! (I'm sorry I forgot to hear your name). They were very kind and courteous to our poor English. And they had a great conversation with us. I want to see you again. When I visit Cairns again, I would definitely like to stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Trinity Collective for six days. We arrived quite late on Monday afternoon, but the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and accommodating. The place was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the ambience was just perfect. I also loved having my little kangaroo friend around; it was always in sight and kept me entertained throughout our stay.

The property and the rooms are lovely. You are in the middle of a neighbourhood which is a nice change from being in a downtown area. There isn’t much around but it’s close enough to drive to what you need.

This is an absolutely amazing property. It was only opened in May 2024 and is one of the best places that we have ever stayed in. Google Maps can direct you to it but the corresponding photo of it is still missing. The staff are wonderfuilly friendly and helpful. They made us feel very much at home and looked after. The hotel is located in a quiet area with rainforest behind it and a view of the mountains in front of it. There is a busstop nearby for buses to Trinity Beach and Kewarra Beach beaches in one direction and Smithfield and Cairns in the other directions. The hotel provides information for tours. It has a lovely swimming pool and in coming months will open a cafe. In the meantime there are two restaurants and a cafe around ten minutes walk away. We love to walk and there are some great bushwalks nearby such as the Cattana Wetlands and Earl Hill. Normally, we like to try different places to stay, but next time we come to Cairns, we hope that we can stay there again.

Looking for a place to stay and have a car, this is a very comfortable and quiet new holiday escape on the edge of nature. It is a couple of km from the beach and shopping/restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette, washer and dryer in the room.

Everything at the resort was exceptional! I would stay there again. Only thing i would suggest is that of you dont have a car.... it can be difficult to get into Cairns as its about a 15-20min drive.. trying to get a uber or cab can be challenging.

Brand new conveniently located in a quiet location 10km from the Cairns Airport. Great welcome and a great stay. Definitely recommend it if you want somewhere a bit quiet and still within easy drive of Cairns, Smithfield, JCU, the beaches, and Port Douglas.

Very nice hotel Apartment. Super clean, only one year old building and very comfy beds. Only downside is that it is a bit far from beach, shops and restaurants, so a car is needed to get around.

Immaculate property, shame we only stayed 2 nights arrived late and out all following day to enjoy an outer reef tour from Port Douglas about an hour drive away. Everything brand new. Totally recommend for longer stay, very luxurious feel. Very spacious, washing & drying facilities, pool. Cafe on site during day - restaurants about half hour walk, dark roads as first phase of a new development. Receptionist lovely, suggested we could buy homemade microwavable frozen meals made by chef. Choice of 3 and they were delicious. Highly recommeded

This was the most comfy stay I’ve had in quite sometime. The space of the apartment style accomodation was perfect. The only downside is dining options are accessible only by car.

Excellent property. We only booked a studio, and it was great, very clean, quiet area. As the property is still new, it doesn't have any real dining or beverage services, but it suited us as we went out anyway! It's a great place to use as a base. Would definitely stay there again.

Neue Anlage mit recht grossen Wohnungen mit allem drum und dran. Schöner und sauberer Pool. Das einzige was fehlt wäre eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein Zimmersafe, ein grosser Spiegel und Halterungen für Badetücher und die nassen Badekleider. Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto innert 10 Minuten erreichbar. Erwähnenswert ist das Lokal l‘unico!

I’ve stayed here twice now. The first time was magic! The second I questioned their attention to detail. This last stay there was no milk provided in the fridge, I had a live cockroach fly out of aircon while it was turned on over the bed and other pests such as spiders were present in the room. I provided this feedback back to reception, I really hope they improve.
