Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! As for the stat itself, the room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great because you are right next to the highway and there’s a Tim Hortons about 2 minutes down the road. There’s also a McDonalds a CircleK and a BK within walking distance. Overall, I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for all those reasons.

The stay itself was great! The room is an apartment style with full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, however we did notice long black hair strands on the pillows. The WiFi was terrible during our stay. They have 2 WiFi services and one suppose to be stronger than the other. We tried both and it did not work. I called management and inquired about it and was informed there was an outage and was working to get it restored and will contact us. We did not receive any contact or follow up at all. I had my child with me and WiFi was needed for iPad but was able to use my phone for online viewing. There are two nice sized flat screen tvs, one in living area and the other in bedroom. They have plates and coffee maker, microwave etc there. The fitness and laundry room was clean. The front desk Manager/staff was nice and helpful. The location is in a good spot as it’s walking distance to McDonald’s, IHop and a very short drive to other restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. Overall it was nice despite not having WiFi. I will stay again, hopefully the issue will be resolved.

This is a brand-new property in excellent condition. It was very quiet in my room, and I enjoyed the central courtyard. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. It is currently one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Columbus GA.

Simply Disgusting. They switched my hotel 3 hours prior to check in and put my family including 2 infants in a disgusting environment with roaches, hair from previous guest, sheets had multiple spots and stains, structural damage was present throughout the room as well, poor cleaning conditions. I am honestly appalled, flabbergasted and will be filing a formal complaint.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and modern. It had amenities to prepare some meals in the room (complete with stove and dishwasher) but you would have to bring in all the supplies, including salt and paper towels. Still a pretty good offer for an apartment style hotel. Cons: It felt like you could hear every step the people above us were making and at times the tv in the adjacent room but not too bad. We did have to cut shot a meeting we had to check out. The first time I have ever been denied a 45 minutes extension. (No sir! No staying in! declared the front office staff)

Way more room than a typical hotel room. We were there for our son's Turning Green Ceremony. He wanted to "just chill" a lot. The extra space gave us room to watch TV, play cards, and hang out without awkwardly sitting on the beds like you have to do at most hotels. The full refrigerator was nice for leftovers and snacks. They responded quickly when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and many restaurants. I would recommend!

Electric outlets didn’t work near beds nor did the TV. Did as I was told and nothing worked in the room. Except for outlet near front door. Pull out couch had no sheets. Pull out bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even sleep. Waste of money. I complained to two staff members. No one has called back to fix the issue.

The only thing i had a problem with is w arrived early and couldnt check in. Waited 3.5 to 4hrs be able check in. Other than that over all good.

I first want to thank Darius for the great customer service. Check in and check out was very easy. They were accommodating to my check out time. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. You do have to call if you need any assistance! Darius was always quick to answer! The room and kitchen were clean. I didn’t see any bugs except for 1 tiny spider! The room looks exactly as it appears from the website photos. I liked that they included extra garbage bags inside the bin in case you dispose the garbage yourself. Minor details I did not like. No shower cap, liquid dish washing soap and paper towels. House keeping said it was corporate’s choice to not have these items in the room. I first want to thank Darius for the great customer service. Check in and check out was very easy. They were accommodating to my check out time. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. You do have to call if you need any assistance! Darius was always quick to answer! The room and kitchen were clean. I didn’t see any bugs except for 1 tiny spider! The room looks exactly as it appears from the website photos. I liked that they included extra garbage bags inside the bin in case you dispose the garbage yourself. Minor details I did not like. No shower cap, liquid dish washing soap and paper towels. House keeping said it was corporate’s choice to not have these items in the room. Way more room than a typical hotel room. We were there for our son's Turning Green Ceremony. He wanted to "just chill" a lot. The extra space gave us room to watch TV, play cards, and hang out without awkwardly sitting on the beds like you have to do at most hotels. The full refrigerator was nice for leftovers and snacks. They responded quickly when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and many restaurants. I would recommend!

Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! As for the stat itself, the room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great because you are right next to the highway and there’s a Tim Hortons about 2 minutes down the road. There’s also a McDonalds a CircleK and a BK within walking distance. Overall, I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for all those reasons.

The stay itself was great! The room is an apartment style with full kitchen. The bed was comfortable, however we did notice long black hair strands on the pillows. The WiFi was terrible during our stay. They have 2 WiFi services and one suppose to be stronger than the other. We tried both and it did not work. I called management and inquired about it and was informed there was an outage and was working to get it restored and will contact us. We did not receive any contact or follow up at all. I had my child with me and WiFi was needed for iPad but was able to use my phone for online viewing. There are two nice sized flat screen tvs, one in living area and the other in bedroom. They have plates and coffee maker, microwave etc there. The fitness and laundry room was clean. The front desk Manager/staff was nice and helpful. The location is in a good spot as it’s walking distance to McDonald’s, IHop and a very short drive to other restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. Overall it was nice despite not having WiFi. I will stay again, hopefully the issue will be resolved.

It's the people that really made thia stay worthwhile. The rooms are really great andnthe beds arr comfy. You have the option of walking to some restaurants, ordering in, or cooking your own meal. Family friendly ❤️ I'll definitely be staying there if we visit Fort Moore in the future. Also, they are military friendly and that's always a plus.

Dogs are welcome and barking throughout the day and night that was very easy to hear and communal hangout in the middle stayed oretty loud till about 10pm most every night we were there. Other than the noise it was a good place.

I really wanted to like this place. It is cute, I love the set up of the rooms, and it was comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not up to my standards for cleanliness. When I checked in, I found a glob of long hair on the bathroom floor, like it was stuck to the mop and then got stuck to the floor. There was also small hairs in the shower and a ring of pink mildew around the drain. I informed the person at front desk and he sent someone to clean it, but the pink mildew ring remained. I also kept my socks on because its still a hotel - and the bottoms of my socks were incredibly dirty from the floors. When I showered, the drain wasn't draining properly and water was backing up. I literally went and bought blankets at Target to sleep on and under because everything just felt gross at that point. Very cute set up, but unfortunately I cannot stay here again.

Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. If you are arriving during normal hours, no worries. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here next time and bring my dogs, since they are dog-friendly as well.

The reservation was prepaid. Check-in was supposed to be 3pm. We got into town at 4:15 and was told our room was not ready. We waited in the car since we were not familiar with the area and it happened to be the hottest day in GA thus far. We ended up having to drive around to cool off. They finally called us at 6:30 to let us know the room was ready. When we got into the room it smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room) and wet dog. It was a horrible experience! Never again!
