Artıları; oda temiz, yeterince büyük, alt katta çamaşırhane var uzun konaklama için, yakında park sıkıntısı yok, market alt katta. Eksileri; Karşınızda sadece bir bilgisayar var ve sorunları çözemiyorsunuz, resepsiyon olmaması büyük eksiklik, kahvaltı yok, fiyat / hizmet dengesi negatif, c/in -c/out saatleri arasında mesafe çok uzun . En erken 15:00 giriş en geç çıkış 11:00 çok dar bir aralık

A Little far from city center but S-bahn is walking distance 15 minutes. Negative point there are no kiosques or restaurants around. Very residential area.

There is such a thing as over-digitalisation. I dared to book the room for two people, but i turned up on my own. However, I wasn’t able to retrieve the room code until I had checked in the 2nd guest. I contacted Numa via WhatsApp and their useless chatbot told me to cancel the reservation (via Expedia) and rebook. As it transpired i would have lost the money if had rebooked. After asking 5 times to speak to a real person my problem was swiftly dealt with. Why not given the guest the option? Car park: Weird that the car park was empty, but i was told (by the app) that it was fully booked. Air condition: limited. The app tells me that they will keep the room temperature a few degrees lower than the outside temperature. Tricky when it is 30 degrees outside and the room temperature is 26 degrees ( too hot!!!). Laundry: i had to download another app to book a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Grrr. Kitchenette: Already shows strong signs of wear and tear. On the plus side: Lovely beer garden close by (very dog friendly). Ideal for day trips outside Munich and lots of green spaces for walkies with dogs.
