Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Check in process was seamless. We really enjoyed the amenities of the property (pool, hot tub etc) and the proximity to the National Forest with hiking trails, swimming, shopping and restaurants galore. Location was perfect and our dogs, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came to Lincoln to meet up with family who were staying in the area. The condo was great for what we needed - the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates etc and the fireplace was nice to come back to when we got soaked during a hike. Who knew in July we would need a fireplace. The living room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the small deck for our morning coffee. Our teens enjoyed the exercise room though that space was run down - still good enough for our kids. Location was great - minutes drive to Main Street in Lincoln and a walk to loon mountain

What a great condo! Nice view of Loon, clean, cozy and convenient. My daughter loved the pool and outdoor hot tub! Shuttle Bus on weekends only, but the drive to the lot is about a minute and a half. Hosts communicated everything and were extraordinarily helpful.

We had a great family ski trip at loon, the condo is in a great location across from the mountain. Shuttles buses to the mountain ran all weekend. Our kids enjoyed the access to the pool, hot tubs and arcade.

We had 5 lovely days exploring the White Mountains . Lincoln, and the Loon Retreat, is ideally located for driving the back roads and hiking the trails. After long days of exploring, it is great to arrive for a swim and soak in the hot tub. We would certainly recommend this location to friends and family.

The entire complex was family friendly with plenty to do indoors if the weather was inclement: indoor pools and hot tubs and a small game room. Outdoors there were 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, playground area for small children and several paths through the woods to enjoy nature. The complex was close to downtown Lincoln with many restaurants and shops plus beautiful hiking and bike trails close by.

This is comfortable and well-maintained unit with a great location and very easy/clear logistics and communication with the owners. Just looking out the window was peaceful and beautiful, and it felt really good to slip into the hot tub at the community center after a long hike. We had a great stay and I definitely recommend it.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Clean and cozy. Tom and his family make it such a perfect place to stay. We loved the neighborhood to walk our dog and to be close to the trails of the White Mountains. We loved it so much we booked it again this year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family room has plenty of cozy seating, great gas fireplace and the view of Loon Mountain. The layout worked for us with the only bathroom in the lower level. It could use some updating of the tub and flooring otherwise it was clean. You can’t beat the location and view of Loon. The owner communicated prior to arrival and quickly responded when we had a question. I would recommend this rental to family and friends.

Overall the stay was pretty nice, the only down fall was the one bathroom which is located on the bottom floor but other then that everything was great. We were also very greatful that we could bring our dog along aswell. Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely book again.

This property has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer Although it’s not new, it was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there was only one bathroom and its located in the lower level. For guests sleeping up in the loft, you must go down and back up two flights of stairs.

The TH is very close to the Loon mountain. The unit is clean with everything you need. The fireplace is wonderful. The only concern may be the bathroom is at the 1st floor which is a bit inconvenient to get down to for those on the 3rd floor at night.

The accommodations were just perfect for our winter getaway. The fireplace was beyond cozy to watch the snowfall. Loved having the kitchen to cook meals, separate sleeping space for the kids, and being so close to the mountain.

The condo was perfect for skiing at Loon and visiting Lincoln area. King bed was super comfortable. We didn’t use the loft room but it would be great for kids. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

We had a great time visiting Loon for our wedding, and this property was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to access, there were good instructions on what to do within the unit for checkout, a highlighted map of the property etc. and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Tom was a great host. My husband broke his thumb last year skiing and we had to cancel our trip later that month to Loon. Tom was so great in letting us rebook to a future date. We finally made it to Loon this past weekend and loved his condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We loved taking the shuttle. It was really convenient. Also loved how dog friendly his place was. He had dog bowls fot 4 legged guests. We met other dog owners while walking the dog in the condo complex and just felt very welcomed. Everyone was really friendly. Thanks for a great weekend Tom!

We stayed here for a ski weekend with our three kids. Tom was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the outset. The condo is lovely and was a great place for us to feel at home while not on the mountain. Plus, access to the shuttle bus to and from loon could not have made things easier. Will definitely stay again!

Great location across the street from Loon Mountain. Clean condo, has everything you need. AC a big plus in the summer. Easy check in/check out, good communication from property owner. Would stay here again.

We came to Lincoln to meet up with family who were staying in the area. The condo was great for what we needed - the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates etc and the fireplace was nice to come back to when we got soaked during a hike. Who knew in July we would need a fireplace. The living room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the small deck for our morning coffee. Our teens enjoyed the exercise room though that space was run down - still good enough for our kids. Location was great - minutes drive to Main Street in Lincoln and a walk to loon mountain

We had a great family ski trip at loon, the condo is in a great location across from the mountain. Shuttles buses to the mountain ran all weekend. Our kids enjoyed the access to the pool, hot tubs and arcade.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It had all we needed for our short weekend stay. It was very close to where we needed to be, and being right on the Kancamagus Highway was great! Super friendly host with great communication.

This condo is well located for restaurants, shopping and a variety of outdoor activities. It was very comfortable and quiet for our family . The kitchen is well-stocked with cook/eating supplies...everything operational. We enjoyed sitting out on the tree-lined balcony. Instructions were clear for arriving and departing the condo. I would rent this again next time I am in the area.

Tom is a great host. Very accommodating and responsive to any needs. Such a great spot and close to so many things to do and good places to eat. We’ve stayed here 2 times now and love it!
