Nerea Golden Zone - 3 Blocks to Beach

The location is very good, close to the beach, coffee shops and great restaurants. My complaints would be the master bathroom had a string sewage smell which I think they knew because all home ACs were on upon arrival but window wide open in bathroom. Host did offer to have a maintenance man come over but I was ok using other bathroom during a short stay and didn’t want anyone in my place while I was not there. Also could have supplied an iron and was told there was one but couldn’t find and there is an ant problem on kitchen counters.

Plenty easy to walk to and from the clinic in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. There are great local restaurants from amazing Pizza to authentic Thai. There are great local Mexican dives in any direction. The grocery store is just 2 blocks up the street and very accessible to the beach. There's an elevator to make grocery runs easy and convinient. The host is easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. I recommend to anyone.
