Nicely renovated hotel, very central to everything you need. Restaurant lunch and dinner was delicious. They have a little cafe corner which serves ice cream and cakes and hot and cold drinks ( cute and great idea). Breakfast did not make us happy rather a huge letdown. Shower design in their highest room category is poor and you only have hot water ( the mixer not installed properly) and no proper closure and you will have a lot of water on the floor afterwards. The interior designer needs to be fired on the spot;))And another surprise is that they don’t have phones in the room rather you have to communicate via WhatsApp which I don’t have. Why is everyone forced nowadays to use WhatsApp?! Literally everyone is forcing people to use WhatsApp otherwise you are left out of the services you are paying for.Totally inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour. Otherwise this hotel would receive solid 5 star.

Hotel is newly renovated so the design is nice. Construction in the hotel stated from 9am which is noisy.

Hotel in a great location with chargeable car parking. Clean and tidy. Had a group booking for 5 rooms but 1 was not ready on arrival even though this was 1 hrs after the allotted check-in time which affected our plans. Avoid hot drinks in the hotel lobby - £6.99 for a small pot of tea - 1 tea bag and some hot water! Extortionate!

Lovely hotel - situated great for the show we went to in the empress museum. Modern and comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant. Only draw back was the bar closed at 11pm

Very smart, recently renovated property. Room is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. Restaurant and lounge stylish and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Handy location for visiting London, rail / tube station two minutes walk away, bus stops immediately outside.

A good hotel. Breakfast is fine. You're close to two underground stations. So getting to and from the city is a breeze. The room was excellent although the airconditioning controls were a bit iffy and it didn't work that well. Staff is courteous and friendly. The fact that both a bar and a restaurant are on the premises is also a pre. Though they might be a bit on the pricey side for some.

Great job by the staff at this hotel. The newly refurbished parts of this hotel are very good. Well located and has parking.

The hotel is in lovely condition. The water in the shower was not very hot at all. I struggled with the fairly dim lighting. Also, changing the temperature on the heating system was not very well explained. I eventually worked it out after having been cold for the first three hours. Otherwise it was very good. Breakfast was very good apart from the funny tasting mushrooms. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Very efficient lifts.

I would like to begin by highlighting the VERY POSITIVE aspects of our stay.. The check-in was very smooth and efficient with very friendly, receptive and responsive reception team… who I have to say were a credit to the hotel. The restaurant and bar staff were also friendly efficient and effective at producing quality food at the breakfasts we experienced. A VERY SPECIAL mention must be said regarding the day shift security operative MOHAMMAD… he was quite exceptional and in these troubled times particularly in London made us feel comfortable, safe and secure… a fine ambassador for your venue and ideal for the front of house. The “cleaning” and the cleaning staff would on a SWOT analysis fall into WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITY & THREAT… the room unfortunately was not clean on arrival by any stretch of the imagination… when we did encounter them and were polite and friendly we were met in return with staff who seemed quite unhappy about going about their work ti say the very least…

Room was a good size and very clean on arrival. a couple of annoying issues - 1. Key card stopped working at pone point and had to go back down and get it recoded. 2. on day 2 - we left the room and asked for it to be cleaned and for the fridge to be replenished. When we returned late at night, apart from the bed being made, nothing else had been done in the room - used towels had been left in bathroom and not replaced, used mugs / glasses not replaced, empty bottles of water left on the counter, was very disappointed given that we had left the room at approx. 13.00 and returned at 22.30pm and the cleaning staff had not done their job... when we wanted to go to sleep after a long day in a clean room, but had wait. Also as there was no phone in the room to contact reception, we had to go down 11 floors each time, wait in the queue if they were serving others and come back up and wait, then had to go again as no one turned up from housekeeping, and eventually someone came up from reception and sorted out the basics themselves. did complain at the desk, but staff didn't really seem that bothered.

The sink still had toothpaste residue from a previous guest, and the bed was sunken in the middle. Guests downstairs were noisy, and the woman in the café was rude. When I asked if I could get some fresh cow’s milk instead of the UHT provided in the room, I was met with complete attitude—even after I offered to pay for it. I mentioned this when checking out and they apologised, I feel that this is a shame as check in and out staff were great.

Great location close to the station. However, room smelled weird and gross. Found out it was the carpet. Needs cleaned. Bathroom is VERY small. Shower poses a real danger getting in and out as the slope of the tub is where you must stand to get out - creates a falling hazard. Also: there was construction going on all 10 days we were there. Woke up every morning to the sound of drilling and a jack hammer. Terrible way to wake up. They said it was on the 11th floor so they put us on the 8th, but that was a lie. Sounded like it was actually on the 8th or 9th floor. Might stay here again, but there’s much better options for the price.

Dirty. Not standard I expect from 4 star hotel. Def more like 3 star. I would have stayed in ibis next door. The bed sheets.ALWAYS filled with other people hair. Every single time including towels. Made the room total about 5-6 times. First 2 days we pick other people hair out one by one. Towards end we give up. We don’t request change cause we just so tired and want to sleep immediately. We don’t want to wait for people coming up to change etc. I think the vendor they use was bad or they are washing it in house using non industrial machine. Second bad part is water pressure in shower. It’s literally like showing in rain. We take twice the time to shower everyday. It was that bad. Dustbin was also ridiculously tiny. Only benefit is there were ample front desk staff around to answer queries if any. Third bad thing was the aircon. My family room is without aircon and my room is without heater. So their room was insanely hot without ability to control (the front desk say it was centrally controlled for their room. Honestly we no idea why some room is such while others are not) and my room is cold. So they open the window each night while we requested heater. Why have a thermostat that is useless to control? It’s a game of constantly waking up to open and close window to achieve comfortable temperature. Also, for our sink, it’s leaking when in use but it’s so gradual we didn’t realise until we unpack our stuff. Overall wasn’t what I expect for 4 star.

Room was nice and perfect for two people who were just coming back to sleep. Bathroom was clean however there is no fan so the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Very lovely room and great facilities. There was some sound disruption in the morning from what sounding like building work. And there were some small cleanliness issues. But still very happy and felt very luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

Checked in late and everything was smooth and efficient. Room was as described and perfect for our needs. Loved the view over the London skyline at night

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The wifi was terrible, the connection was weak and kept getting disconnected.

Superb location for Tube from Euston and getting around London. Hotel clean, friendly helpful staff, beds extremely comfortable would definitely stay here again.

If compared to a global standard, this is a three star experience. The rooms have no minibar, no refrigerator and not even a courtesy bottle of water?? They said i was a ‘client of the day’ yet what does that actually mean? Nice enough but not a four star hotel.

I stayed at here with my wife for a couple of nights and we were blown away by it. Firstly it's within 5 mins walk of the West Brompton tube station. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We didn't eat so cannot comment on the quality of the food but whilst having few drinks we saw other people have some meals and they looked great. The only negative, and it's minor, is the water pressure in the shower, it's very poor. My wife daren't wash her hair as she was positive she wouldn't be able to rinse it out. For a couple of days visiting London i can't recommend it enough.

Very nice property in a great location. Single train access to almost every place you want to go in London via the West Brompton Underground station 2 blocks away (the multi legged District Line, Wimbledon leg). The best bed ever! Only 2 issues, the bathtub/shower is very hard to get in and out of. Place a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping, some sort of stool needed to help get out. The other is lack of Air Conditioning, standard for London, requiring the sound proofed windows open. We managed to book during a heat wave. On 2 of our 6 mornings Heathrow reversed it's landing pattern so a 6am we had a nonstop parade of jets on final approach every 45 seconds. No problems on the other 4 mornings, or if the windows had been locked. We will definitely consider staying here next time in London.

The room was very nice and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only issue was the temperature control in the room. Their system has central cooling that is turned off in the winter. When we arrived, we set the room temperature to 18.5 C and set the system on auto. In a short time, the room had warmed up to 24 C and we had to turn off the unit and open the windows. The next morning we asked the front desk to have someone check the unit. When we returned in the evening, we inquired and were assured the unit was working properly and they explained there was no cooling capacity available in the winter. We tried again and the same heating happened with the unit. For the rest of our stay we left the windows open all day to cool down the room, then closed them just before we went to sleep. The room still warmed up overnight to a point we found too warm. The fact that the bed has only a duvet cover without a top sheet did not help our sleep in a room we found too warm. Otherwise the location is very close to West Brompton tube station and there a several nice restaurants nearby.

Actually a very well located hotel and recently refurbished. Comfortable and attentive people.

the room was lovely and clean but way too warm (in Jan)- opened the windown to cool it but then there was a lot of road noise. Overall very clean. Pillows were terrible and had to ask for an extra one as only 3 supplied in the room. The bathroom design is poor - solid shower screen over a very high bath that can not be moved to reach the taps to turn on/off. I cant imagine that the cleaners have any other way of cleaning other than climbing into the bath itself which is an accident waiting to happen. The is a sensor light by the kettle which we could not switch off, so every time one of us went to the loo during the night it lit up the whole room which affected sleep quality.

Great hotel. Really central for walking and underground. Staff weren’t very friendly though. Housekeeping had to be prompted to service room.

Lobby, bar and restaurant areas were nicely decorated. Good atmosphere in bar. Breakfast was a bit hectic but food choice good, plentiful and frequently refreshed. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Ideally located within a very short walk to the underground station-into central London within 20 minutes.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, staff was kind and accommodating, and it was great to store our bags securely before we checked in to our room!

Couldn’t check in until 5:30pm

We discovered that we had chosen a handicap room accidently. The management assisted with moving us and our other family members into new rooms within minutes. They were very courteous, understanding and willing to make sure we were happy. Will return again.

Mercure London Earls Court is located in a great area with lots of amazing restaurants and bars. The subways are close by. It's very clean and quiet. It's a typical Mercure. Will come back.

The hotel is very nicely styled and well accommodated. The staff is very nice and willing to help. As for the neighborhood of the hotel it’s in a sort of remote location. There’s not a lot of food options apart from some bars. But as for transport, a metro and overground station is just a 5 minute walk. It connects you to the district line that takes you to every corner of the city. A very pleasant experience. Will book again if needed.

Large rooms with all comforts. Good intercontinental breakfast... Excellent location 5' walk from West Brompton tube station. Room cleaning done every day with towel change. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location for our stay.

The property is a short walk to the district line, so easy connections to our event in Hyde Park. I only stayed one night but found all areas of the hotel contemporary and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice too.

Easy check in. Great room and amenities. Bathroom small but well appointed. Slight smell of drains but ok if you shut the door.Good evening food, great choice at breakfast. Really good value for this part of london

Nice hotel, with refurbed rooms, let down by small things, checkin area small, and a liitle chaotic at check in/out times, one dressing gown, one pair of slippers. One teabag no sugar in the room. But the room itself was a good size, comfy bed and clean throughout, good shower and lovely toiletries too. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to shout about, all self service. Would stay again.

I usually stay at this Hotel when I attend night time Football matches at Stamford Bridge. The Hotel has everything I require, great location, Staff & an excellent breakfast.

The hotel was close to two underground stations, making it very easy to get around London and reach Heathrow Airport as well. Drinks, were wine, beer, water, tea, coffee, Coke were included in the room. The refills were haphazard though. More than a few times we were left without water. Oh, well, if no water then we drank the wine. We had the buffet breakfast one day. It was good, but not worth having every day, IMHO.
