Friendly staff and nice sized gym with really good weights

I pick this hotel based on its walkable distance to Eurostar. Most hotels in this area are quite small and without a gym or proper restaurant. Wesley has comfortable rooms, a fantastic gym and most importantly, a wonderful bar and restaurant. The staff is great and my most favorite part of my stay was Arianne’s excellent service and kindness. She made my stay fun and me feel at home even though I’m miles away from my place.

The room was very clean and adequately appointed. The gym was the best hotel gym I've ever seen. The public spaces were pretty clean but were well warn and really need updating. The staff were swamped with early arrivals but were gracious and helpful.

The gym was great - very well equipped indeed and to be honest one of the best hotel gyms I've found, certainly in central London. The massive negative for me: I'd booked a Superior Room, but the room didn't actually have any windows! I'd have thought that would be a basic expectation in a Superior Room - some natural light. I'd suggest there should be two tiers of this level of room: Superior Room (no windows) and Superior Room (windows), and the former should be cheaper than the latter. Overall though, not too bad and a decent price for central London. If I go back, it'll be for the gym, not the room!

The breakfast is very healthy with reduced salt and oil I like the room heating and warm water Though i wished the pillows were a tad firmer The gym is new and very well equipped.. even with a squat rack , ski machine, and kettlebells!

Nice people at the desk, well equipped gym, room was small but functional. It was a bit noisy with the trains close by and one of the mornings there was very loud noise as the local city council came to drill something (on sarurday) which was not the hotel’s fault but annoying nonetheless. Overall good hotel for London and decent location.

On arrival thought we would try food in bar only to be told restaurant shut.Then ordered a pint of draft beer to be none available.Went back in the evening now serving draft.Hotel basic for 4 star.All staff throughout welcoming and friendly

The hotel was tired, and needed complete refurbishing . It was neglected and unloved. The gym had no mats, water or hand towels - it was dark and gloomy. Staff seemed mainly bored and did not say good morning to passing guests. Bar and dining wasn’t open and I was told it’s closed at weekends. I was advised not to eat breakfast here due to limited vegetarian options. This was a far cry from a four start hotel and the ongoing construction around Euston made the whole area quite rough- at this time a hotel should be going out it’s way to show value for money but at nearly 200 pounds a night, this was rather poor.

Advertised a carpark but had none and no solutions.

Euston station hotel. The room was ok for a one night stay. The bathroom did have some mould in the shower area but the rest of the room was spotless. The heater was all on 32 degrees or off. Was fine in terms of a nights sleep.

The room was small but the beds comfortable. It was very damp in the room and the bathroom was horrendous. No shower door. Water everywhere andmildew in the bathroom and dampness put us off.Staff were lovely.

Hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness. I liked that it was very close to the Euston train/subway station so it's easy to get anywhere from the Hotel. The only concern I had was that guests and cleaning staff kept coming and going on my floor and the corridor/hallway doors kept slamming so I had a difficult time sleeping from 7am on.

Room was good value for money. Stayed for two nights, however the room could have done with some renovations. Such as the carpets really needed steam cleaning as there were lots of stains , general wear and tear in the room itself(chips scuffs etc more than you could normally expect) and things like the walls being stained and dirty plus the shower cubicle needed grouting and general updating. We didn't find the rooms too noisy however train/tube noise was present. the air conditioning is controlled by reception rather than by indidiiduals rooms which is odd

Many areas of the property are outdated and need some work, stained duvet on arrival, mouldy shower - cleanliness definitely needs some work! Not 4 star standard

Staff were fairly helpful assisting with digital check in. The room was clean and tidy and a decent sized comfortable bed. The only issue was the heat in the room which had no a/c and we couldn’t open the window. This made for less comfortable sleep and by morning condensation had built up on the window.

The room was clean, spacious and peaceful. The gym was also very clean and quiet. Reception were also polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very small room. Furniture was old and worn. Shower was moldy. Noisy. Main dining area was closed for renovations. Garbage sat on the sidewalk for the five nights we were there. Location was good.

Clean and in a good location, but if you are a light sleeper then not for you as right above the underground line.

Overall the property was good, only issue is the Wifi wasn’t working.

The room was very small, had no air con although a fan was provided. We didn't spot this in the listing. Bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle so we kept rolling into it during the night. Bathroom was not as clean as other hotels we have stayed in. For the price we paid, we would've expected it to feel more comfortable. Despite completing the pre check in information, i was asked all the same information on the check in machine then it didnt even work and the staff had to step in to do it manually (and ask all the same questions again!) Generally, staff were very friendly. Lifts need servicing, they were very very slow to respons once buttons were pushed.

This visit however was a challenge as the building work for HS2 is going on 24 hours a day and I could barely get any sleep due to the noise and vibrations on the windows etc . It drove me mad and I stayed for two nights with no more than an hour sleep each eve and it really annoyed me . So until the work has stopped or is more limited would I ever consider staying again . Sorry as it’s a great hotel

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Had to switch rooms 3 times. No AC in the first two. Weird smell in the first one. Other hotels in the area are better value for money.

Staff were nice, breakfast good, quiet and clean, but what was advertised as a standard double was astonishingly tiny (bed mainly, but room was tight too) which definitely affected sleep for two not-tiny humans.

Good accommodation for the price. Comfortable room, although internet wasn’t very reliable.

Love staying here - home from home! I stay here 8 times a year and always great value and location. Warm friendly staff and Francis the manager is excellent.

The front desk staff were amazing! So pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my room. There was a lot of construction around the property but that’s not their fault. Hotel was clean and the restaurant was good!

The receptionist where rude and lied about the prices, I didn’t get my money back from the break fast I’ve been paying double to. The cleaner didn’t clean the room Dirty floor and carpet

By far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, & have stayed in 300 or so in N America, UK & Europe. Safe doesn’t lock, backed-up plumbing (already like that when I arrived) even after their plumber ‘fixed it,’ WiFi off & on (& think hack was attempted), elevator button didn’t work so elevator didn’t come, at bedside had to unplug lamp to charge phone, low water pressure in shower couldn’t get soap out of my hair-worst of all staff made it clear THEY DO NOT CARE! Don’t bother to call front desk cuz they don’t answer! I had broken foot & when asked what to do for toilet issue I was told to go from my 3rd floor room to lobby then up a flight of stairs. If u don’t drink tea or coffee good luck, I bought a soda elsewhere but had to wait 15 minutes in their ‘cafe’ for to-go cup 1/2 full of ice, also needed ice for swelling in foot (join us in 21st century & provide ice). Were even more problems. Chose it for location by Euston but access is blocked & staff thought me & my broken foot should walk alone at nite thru deserted maze thru construction zone. (I’m female & in my 60’s). Did I mention THEY DO NOT CARE? They were given chances to address all these issues but couldn’t b bothered cuz THEY DON’T CARE! Why their rating is ‘good’ is a mystery! One final thing: THEY DO NOT CARE!!! FYI: I have videos of every 1 of these problems…but of course they don’t care.

The hotel is fine. What you might expect for the price in London. I would not recommend them though. I booked a Standard Double room. On hotels.com the room type is offered as 1 double bed or two single beds. I was told this was an error. As the room rate was non-refundable I was either looking for a new hotel at 10.30 pm in London and losing the money I had already paid, or paying £80 more to change the room. The staff were rude about it too. This was a mistake by the hotel, not my mistake. I am not happy at all. I will not be back.

Convenient location for access to Euston-Kings Cross St Pancras. Price for a Monday night is competitive. Comfortable and clean. However, the decor is looking a little worn and dated. Helpful staff. Quick check-in and out. Breakfast bar offers a wide range of foods.

A comfortable and conveniently located property very close to Euston station the ambience is marred by the ongoing work around HS2 and the constant noise from the tube line beneath: both these are beyond the property's control. The staff are friendly helpful. Rooms clean and well-appointed.

Great location

Perfect hotel next to Euston Station in London's, Zone 1 and found it very comfortable. The area was convenient for getting around, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice for a London visit.

I do stay here quite often as it is a good hotel BUT whilst the work for HS2 is on I had noise all night long and it vibrates the hotel and I go little to no sleep. I am here again this eve and dreading it to be honest. But it’s not the fault of the hotel but I would not be running back until this work is nearing completion which is a shame

Very handy to Euston Station. Girlfriend and her daughter don’t know London so handy for stay for a concert.

Hotel was fine and so was breakfast. Expensive for what it is. The area around the hotel is majorly under construction so accessing the property was difficult and not mentioned in any communication. Garbage all over the street in the area and the neighborhood felt unsafe. If you don't really need to leave the hotel it would be fine.

The offer to continually fill up our water bottles was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a bit pricy, so we found local options.

Great location for getting underground and trains. Limited restaurants near but walk 6 or so blocks up Euston and there are plenty. Breakfast is only buffetso rather expensive if you only eat a bit.

Overall nice room and decent value, let down by self service checkin with little staff interaction for information and a terrible breakfast

There was no heat in my room so I had to wear a winter coat in the room for the first day and a half. They did provide a space heater but I was not able to run that while sleeping. I could not order a light meal after 3pm even if I went to the restaurant. I was forced to leave the property to get dinner.

Weren’t told bar was shutting even though only 4 in there!
