The hotel is well situated and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There are a couple of cafes downstairs with good food and coffee, as well as a clean supermarket. The pool area was under heavy construction, and they did nothing to separate the construction activities from the area occupied by hotel guests. There was dangerous debris around the pool and it didn't feel safe for the kids. In addition, no food or drinks were available poolside. In addition, the security guards at the front entrance pestered us for tips, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Very good new Hotel apartment . We had a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Breakfast very nice and quiet . very nice playzone for my kids beside the Hotel. WE took Hotel Shuttle bus , it was very easy to reach the Hotel

we had a great experience. It was their first week to be open, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially Karim and Amir, they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Rooms were very clean, location is ideal close to many places in heliopolis. We cannot say enough good things about the place and moreso the great staff.

Good sizes rooms, decent location and close to the airport. But that's all that is good about it. Poor b'fast food, not great at all. Service is terrible and for 3 days the staff couldn't arrange something as small as a dental kit. When the staff is informed about it, they just smile and don't do anything else about it. AC is freezing or off. Fit and finish of the rooms looks like there is still work left to do.

We thought it was a hotel but it’s apartments. Most people stay many nights and not just one even though it’s by the airport. Huge rooms, nice staff but boring area.

Beware of the constant security surveillance and harassment, they will watch you and bother you daily especially when you leave the hotel and come back for any reason. Would not recommend this hotel to any one. They also change the conditions and rules about your reservation and it depends on the person who is working and how emotionally unstable they are.

Hotel was great, security not so much they didnt help me with my baggage or gift bags when they saw me coming. Overal hotel was great very modern great for families. Very good new Hotel apartment . We had a very nice 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Breakfast very nice and quiet . very nice playzone for my kids beside the Hotel. WE took Hotel Shuttle bus , it was very easy to reach the Hotel

We thought it was a hotel but it’s apartments. Most people stay many nights and not just one even though it’s by the airport. Huge rooms, nice staff but boring area.

Good sizes rooms, decent location and close to the airport. But that's all that is good about it. Poor b'fast food, not great at all. Service is terrible and for 3 days the staff couldn't arrange something as small as a dental kit. When the staff is informed about it, they just smile and don't do anything else about it. AC is freezing or off. Fit and finish of the rooms looks like there is still work left to do.

Hotel was great, security not so much they didnt help me with my baggage or gift bags when they saw me coming. Overal hotel was great very modern great for families. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient. Located very well in Cairo Complex in the middle of Heliopolis. The reception was very helpful and friendly

The hotel is well situated and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. There are a couple of cafes downstairs with good food and coffee, as well as a clean supermarket. The pool area was under heavy construction, and they did nothing to separate the construction activities from the area occupied by hotel guests. There was dangerous debris around the pool and it didn't feel safe for the kids. In addition, no food or drinks were available poolside. In addition, the security guards at the front entrance pestered us for tips, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Staff was kind and upgraded us to a bigger suite which was large and very clean. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of items. It should be noted the pool is under construction.

De kamer was schoon, heel ruim met heerlijke bedden. Er is nog wel wat afwerking nodig in het hotel voor de puntjes op de I. Maar het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam (vooral de conciërge) en het zwembad en de ligbedden heerlijk. Met een gezin een hele fijne uitvalsbasis en een stukje rust in het drukke cairo. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk

Book somewhere else! Yes its next to the airport but thats all there is. We had an expedia reservation there for months, we arrived at 5:15 pm (check in is as of 3 pm) we waited 2 hours for our room. Thats only after going several times to ask them what is wrong and why its taking too long, never got a straight answer. Always some boggy answer about why its not ready yet. We get in the room and there is a toxic smell like they just cleaned up a mess from water on the walls with some high grade glue. Yes the manager offered me another room but we would have to split the family in the non connecting rooms- which is far from my 2 bedrooms suite reservation. Also when we arrived they pretended they upgraded us to a 3 bedrooms suite but it was a lie, they just had booked our reserved room and the only room in the hotel that would fit us and available is that one that wasnt ready and unfit to receive guests. They seemed overwhemled and not knowing how to manage multiple situations with other guests as well - i regret booking there for my one night in Cairo. Never again!What a disappoinment for a Radisson!!

We had an exceptional stay at Radisson Residences Cairo Heliopolis. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were generously upgraded to an amazing suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.. such a wonderful surprise that made our trip even more memorable. The property itself is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with a calm and luxurious feel throughout. The level of hospitality we experienced here was outstanding, and it’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority. We are so grateful for the incredible service and would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.
