Apartahotel Quo Eraso

Ficamos surpreendidos com a organização do apartamento, que contava com tudo o que necessitávamos para uma estadia confortável. A localização é excelente, facilitando muito a locomoção por todo o centro de Madrid. Uma ótima experiência, que certamente recomendamos!

La habitación limpia, el personal del mostrador atentos, la cocineta suficiente para la estancia, buena cafetera para expresso, el aire acondicionado bien regulado y el espacio del inodoro estrecho.

HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE – DO NOT RECOMMEND! Our three-night stay at this hotel in Madrid was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel advertised air conditioning, but upon arrival we were told it was shut off for all guests due to winter and environmental reasons. The room was unbearably hot and stuffy, we sweated every night, and we had to sleep with the windows open. As a result, construction noise outside woke us around 5:00 a.m. every morning. My family and child barely slept. On checkout morning, we woke up to NO RUNNING WATER. We couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth before catching our flight. Nobody notified us directly; the hotel claimed a notice was posted in the elevator. The room was also in poor condition, with a cracked closet mirror covered with tape. I have photos and videos documenting everything. The worst part was the terrible customer service. Every time I complained, the response was simply, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Hotels.com was contacted from day one, yet no meaningful solution was offered. We stayed because traveling with a child and luggage in an unfamiliar city made leaving and finding another place extremely difficult. Now the hotel refuses a refund despite failing to provide advertised amenities and basic necessities. We are longtime Hotels.com customers and trusted the platform when booking. This experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I strongly warn other travelers to think twice before booking here.

The room was clean and had everything in it that we needed but we wouldn’t stay again. The bathroom had a very strong sewage smell constantly and the aircon would only blow out hot air but the worst thing was the noise. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything,people just talking in there room or outside in the corridors but the worst is from outside. It’s off the Main Street on a side street but the windows don’t bloke anything out you hear bin men through the night and every other noise possible. If you’re a light sleeper you will definitely struggle.
