Hotel is situated in the main square of Pescara (ZTL zone for access) so follow hotel instructions. Very convenient location to cafes and beach, very walkable. Good breakfast available on 1st floor in the morning, staff very friendly. Non smoking rooms were smoke free but hallways were choked with smoke from time to time. Rooms and bathrooms very tight, soundproofing variable. Offsite parking is convenient. A good choice if you want access to the main area of town.

Отель удобно расположен на центральной улице Пескары по которой по прямой до моря 6-7 минут пешком. Мы были а машине и очень удобно, что у отеля есть своя частная парковка. Она находится рядом с вокзалом. Надо ехать напрямую на парковку и не заезжать в отель. Так как отель расположен в зоне ZTL. Но если у вас много багажа, то отель решит проблему заезда в зону ZTL и штраф не придет. У нас были маленькие чемоданы и мы прошли 150 м пешком от парковки. Отель построен в прошлом веке, поэтому номера достаточно тесные и немного изношенные. При этом чисто и уютно. На пару дней можно вполне, а вот если на неделю, то не рекомендую. Например, купальник и полотенца сушить негде. Завтрак потрясающий! Горящая выпечка выше всяких похвал! Былом сыров и колбас, яичница, кофе и капучино из большой кофе машины тоже потрясающий. В целом для поездки на море на выходные этот отель вполне подходит. Соотношение цены и качества вполне нормальное. Мы обязательно вернемся в Пескару и остановимся в этом отеле снова.

We stayed here in 2017 and again in 2019 and returned for a third time this year. Still every bit as good despite ownership change. People still very friendly. One note though is that the piazza is quite noisy at night and is cleaned very early loudly, and you can hear heavy trains at all times so best to shut windows and tolerate the aircon ! Earplugs may help. Great for city centre life and hugely convenient for the Abruzzo region in general. Also has fenced off free parking.

Väldigt trevligt hotell centralt i Pescaras "nyare" del. Kunnig och tillmötesgående personal både i reception och frukostmatsal. Frukosten var fräsch och riklig. Det finns cyklar att låna gratis , både el och vanlig. Enkelt sätt att se sig om. Nära till strand och station där hotellet har gratis inhägnad parkering. Många restauranger i närheten. Hotellet har samarbete med en restaurang som ligger nästan runt hörnet, bra mat till bra pris.

Personale gentile e disponibile, tuttavia la pulizia della camera molto scarsa c'era polvere dappertutto persino sulle prese elettriche, sugli accessori bagno ecc. Il letto cigolava ho segnalato la cosa ma è stato risolto in parte. Colazione nella media anche se diverse cose del giorno prima erano riproposte.

Hotel nel pieno centro di Pescara, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale, dal lungomare. A disposizione un parcheggio custodito a pochi passi. Personale professionale e cortese. Molto buona e variegata la colazione. Camera classic non molto ampia (difficile passare con un valigia ai piedi del letto), dotata dei vari confort e frigo bar. Bagno ampio ma forse avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata. Peccato la pulizia che ha lasciato un po a desiderare (polvere su appendiabiti, bollitore e vassoio per the/camomilla/tisane, sporcizia nella illuminazione e sulla moquette dell'ascensore). Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo natalizio, se pur un hotel prevalentemente business, un alberello di Natale potevano allestirlo.

The location of this hotel was ideal. They are situated very close to the train station - but far enough that that you don't get a lot of traffic. They are centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit dated - could use a face lift. The room was small but understandable in Itay. We got free parking which was a bonus. The breakfast had good options and food was fresh. The breakfast area was updated and had more of a modern look and feel.

Hotel in ottima posizione, in centro a Pescara vicino la stazione ferroviaria comoda anche x i bus. Gentilezza disponibilità del personale ottima. Buona e con molta scelta la colazione, le camere hanno tutti i confort, solo un po' piccole ma x un soggiorno breve come il nostro direi che va bene.

The room is spacious and clean and the bed is super comfortable for sleeping. The buffet breakfast provided with many choices and delicious food and drinks. The lady (I forget to ask her name) serving the customers inside the restaurant was wonderful (efficient and polite).

The location is fantastic. A little hard to get to as the streets don’t look like you can drive down them however, once you realize you can, it’s perfect as it’s right in the middle of everything. My only issue is that I wish breakfast was communicated better as we thought we went to the breakfast location. We found an area with coffee and some bagged croissants but then later on saw the breakfast sign pointing to floor 1 which here in Canada is the main floor but in Europe floor one is actually the second floor so we missed breakfast altogether.
