La chambre était bien, le personnel courtois mais pas plus pas très chaleureux. Il fait le minimum. Pas de room service en chambre ! C'est au client d'aller chercher son repas ! Pas très appréciable.

Lobby ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber bis auf das Bad,leider keinen richtigen Wasserdruck und Kacheln lösen sich. Frühstück mit 22€ pro Person überteuert. 0,2 Colo 3,40€ total überteuert. Und als Gast pro Tag 19€ Parkgebühren geht überhaupt nicht. Wir würden das Hotel kein zeites mal mehr buchen.

Ruhige und zentrale Lage, mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rathaus/Reiss-Museum hervorragend angebunden. Ziele wie der Bahnhof oder die Kunsthalle sind so von Tür zu Tür in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist man abseits des Trubels in der Innenstadt. Der Garten ist eine Oase.

Das Hotel liegt Fuß läufig in 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, es gab leider keinen Schrank. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nachteilig war, das weder das Restaurant noch die Bar geöffnet hatte und selbst die Ausenterrasse geschlossen war. Es wäre schön gewesen darüber vorher informiert zu werden, da ich dieses Hotel auf Grund der Terrasse und des Restaurant gebucht habe.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und für uns genügend geräumig. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Besonders gut fanden wir die Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel, die in Mannheim nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in in einer Wohngegend mit Wohnblocks gegenüber. Man ist zu Fuß gleich im Zentrum. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es nette Cafes und einen Geldautomaten. Sehr freudliches Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Alles ist wirklich sehr sauber, insbesondere das Bad. Nur der überall verlegte Teppichboden mit Flecken stört das Bild. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Der Service ist in Ordnung, die Lage ist ebenfalls mitten im Zentrum, jedoch sind die Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir waren bereits einige Male in dem Hotel, aus strategischen Gründen bzw. der Lage. Jedoch war es jetzt das letzte Mal, da der Zustand der Zimmer wirklich abstoßend ist. In jedem Zimmer, in dem wir bisher waren, ist der Teppich sehr dreckig, fleckig oder kaputt. Alle Bettkästen lösen sich auf, was dazu führt, dass man sich einfach nicht wohl fühlt im Bett. Das Badezimmer ist aufgrund des Alters einfach nicht ansprechend, weil die Fugen dreckig sind, sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände sehr verkalkt und teilweise schimmelig wirken. Der Reinigungszustand lässt ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Gläser dreckig, Klobrille dreckig bzw. fleckig, Boden nicht richtig gereinigt, Bettwäsche teilweise gerissen und an manchen Stellen ebenfalls dreckig. Im Ganzen kann man sagen, alle Zimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Dieses wurde an der Rezeption auch bemängelt und als Antwort erhält man: „Sie haben Recht, es ist wirklich schlimm, selber würde ich hier auch ungerne schlafen“. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass das Management diesen Zustand kennt, jedoch offensichtlich keine Anstrengungen vornimmt, dieses zu ändern. Daher attestiere ich dem Mercure eine mangelhafte Kundenorientierung und eine sehr schlechte Qualitätssicherung. Es gibt zahlreiche andere Hotels, die ein besseres Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bieten, welches wir zukünftig auch in Anspruch nehmen.

Positiv: - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Hotelrezeption / Gebäude insgesamt einladend und freundlich gestaltet - Das Frühstück vielfältig und sehr gut. - Die Lage ist auch gut. Negativ: - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Befleckter Teppichboden auf dem man sich nicht wohlfühlt. Bad fleckig und wirkt schmuddelig. Ebenfalls sind die frischen Handtücher teils befleckt oder schmutzig. Vorallem aufgrund der Sauberkeit würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Ansonsten Tipp: Hausschuhe oder Schlappen fürs Zimmer einpacken.

Liked this hotel very much. Very nice lobby, bar and breakfast room. A short walk to Marktplatz and the trams. Rooms and bathrooms were small but comfortable enough. Staff at reception were very friendly. Uber to the train station about €7.

Had a great short break in Mannheim. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. My only issue was the heating and ventilation system. Minimum temperature in all the rooms was 18C, which is rather high for me to sleep in. Plus the system was a bit noisy. I am a light sleeper though. I left the window open until I slept which worked ok.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Garten und es war herrlich ruhig. Die Klimaanlage war individuell einstellbar, hielt die Hitze ab und funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr freundliche Angestellte, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ab sofort unser bevorzugtes Hotel für Kinobesuche im Odeon und im Atlantis weil wir eine weitere Anfahrt von 2 Stunden haben.

The room was definitely very clean. You might even say crisp, like freshly laundered linen. If I had to make one quibble, it would be that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the shower door was not watertight; we found that we needed to avoid letting water splash on the door, in order to minimize the amount of water found on the tile floor on the by the toilet. While not large and spacious, we found the room to be satisfactory for our needs; not the least bit cramped. If I had to make one quibble, it would be that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the shower door was not watertight; we found that we needed to avoid letting water splash on the door, in order to minimize the amount of water found on the tile floor on the by the toilet. While not large and spacious, we found the room to be satisfactory for our needs; not the least bit cramped. Ich habe bei der Anreise , am Mittwoch Abend, an der Rezeption mitgeteilt das die Beleuchtung am Schreibtisch defekt ist. Am Donnerstag Morgen teilte ich erneut mit das die Beleuchtung defekt ist. Am Donnerstag Abend teilte ich wiederum mit das die Beleuchtung noch immer defekt ist. Am Freitag Morgen teilte ich nochmals mit das die Beleuchtung defekt ist. Am Freitag Mittag kam jemand vorbei und wechselte das Leuchtmittel. Ich konnte den Arbeitsplatz so nicht nutzen. Das man so lange auf eine Instandsetzung, in einem Hotel, warten muss ist mir noch nicht untergekommen.

Das Hotel liegt Fuß läufig in 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, es gab leider keinen Schrank. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nachteilig war, das weder das Restaurant noch die Bar geöffnet hatte und selbst die Ausenterrasse geschlossen war. Es wäre schön gewesen darüber vorher informiert zu werden, da ich dieses Hotel auf Grund der Terrasse und des Restaurant gebucht habe.

Très bon séjour à Manheimm. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, à environ 1/4h à pieds du centre-ville. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue, mais nous avons utilisé le parking de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont relativement grandes et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est plus que correct. Rien à redire...

Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit. Meine Buchung, deren Bestätigung ich vergessen hatte, mit zu bringen, konnte nicht gefunden werden. Später sah ich, dass diese über Expedia erfolgt und bestätigt worden war. Das Restaurant hat qualitativ noch "Luft nach oben". Mein Hirschragout mit Rotkohl und Klössen war eindeutig ein Mikrowellengericht mit dem Ragout in Suppenfleischqualität, einem zerkochten, lauwarmen Rotkohl ohne Biss, und Klössen, deren Konsistenz ok war, jedoch ohne Geschmack. Mein Partner bekam warmes Pilsener Bier, dessen Krone max. 2 min hielt. Im Restaurant war es sogar für eine Bar zu laut. Umgebung, wie in einem Restaurant gab es nicht. Wegen dieses Restauranterlebnisses nur 3 Punkte gesamt. Preisniveau insgesamt: Nicht angemessen, allgemein gehobenes Niveau.

We stayed at Mercure Mannheim for one night while travelling back from the south of France, and it was excellent value for money – perfect for an overnight stop. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate, but our children ate for free, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and the lush garden provided a peaceful place to relax before another 10-hour drive. Our two rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated after a hot summer day of travelling. The only small downside was that the carpets could have been a little cleaner, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stopover.
