Wenn in der Tiefgarage ein Platz frei ist, ist das parken ein echtes Erlebnis!😉 Seht es euch selbst an? Wir waren am Wochenende da und waren somit nicht an die gebührenpflichtigen Parkzeiten gebunden, Aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das Parken in der Woche eine Herausforderung werden könnte. Leider konnte man das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln und wird somit von der Sonne geweckt!

Starting with the positives: the staff is friendly and try to be helpful, and the location is close to city center. Now, my stay was still terrible because :1)the hotel was shown at a special promo rate for the weekend, which turned out that it’s because it’s undergoing renovation but no mention of that on the app. 2)the daily construction work starts at 7am even during the weekend. 3) what shows as free parking is not even accessible because of the renovation, so I had to pay at a nearby parking more than what I saved thru the so-called promo. I can’t say for sure if it’s the responsibility of the hotel or the app, but it was terrible, misleading and complete scam.

Basic hotel, we parked in the car park at the hotel which was difficult due to the small area and very slim parking space - had to get out of the car and leave driver in as not enough space to open doors fully and had to remove suitcases before we could drive onto parking space ramp. Slow service. We had an interconnecting room - one kettle with coffee but no milk. Each room has an empty fridge and a hob which is a little odd…. Good location as very close to restaurants and shops but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

- Schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde mal lieber eine geraucht vor der Tür und das Handy gecheckt .., Ich stand solange an der Rezeption :-( - das Zimmer war furchtbar warm und stickig - das Badezimmer und die Dusche supereng und nicht sauber ! Als am nächsten Tag mein Safe nicht zu öffnen war, sagte man mir an der Rezeption dass sie hochkommt, sobald sie Zeit hat.. ich wartete warf dem Zimmer abends eine 1/2 h, leider war auch das Haustelefon defekt.. Als ich nach unten ging stand die Dame wieder draußen am rauchen, ich fand das ziemlich daneben.. sie pampte mich dann an, dass sie schließlich ein Recht auf Pause hat. Wow. Da möchte ich doch das Management bitten genügend Personen einzustellen, dass Zeit ist für die Belange der Gäste… - nicht alle Tv Programme - laut - Keine Klimaanlage

Für knapp 170 Euro bekam ich ein Zimmer aus den 70ern. Das Bad war unsauber, die Toilette wies Spuren vom Vorgänger auf. Ich hatte ähnliches bereits in den Rezessionen gelesen und auch die Kommentare seitens des Hotels, die Besserung versprachen. Fragt sich nur wann. Auch im Speiseraum sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden inklusive der Stoffe, mit denen die Büfett Tische abgedeckt werden sollen, sie waren wohl mal ursprünglich weiß...oh,oh,oh. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Übernachtung wäre max. 70 Euro wert gewesen. Leider gab es in der Umgebung keine anderen freien Zimmer, von daher hatte ich keine Wahl, sonst hätte ich dort nicht eingecheckt.

O quarto era bom, bonito e bem decorado. Mas os travesseiros ruins e cortinas que não vedam a luz. Secador de cabelo não funcionava. Banheiro sem ventilação, antigo e com cheiro de banheiro de avião. O chuveiro era gostoso apesar de bem apertado. Tinha uma mini cozinha com 2 bocas de fogão e frigobar. Ambos super envelhecidos, descascando e isso passou uma péssima impressão. Localização a menos de 1km do centro. Tem estacionamento mas nem sempre tem vaga disponível Dei sorte. O ponto positivo ficou por conta da receptividade da atendente no momento do check-in.

liked the view coolness convenience to tram station basic amenities friendly staff didn't like the noises of people talking loudly till 11 and cigarette smoke despite rooms with no smoking signs limited tea and kaffee supplies. No toilet rolls for 2 nights. Had to ask at reception to get the papers. No air-conditioning in rooms. Hotel writeup is incorrect. Misleading information. Overall, pleasant stay. Close to city centre, tram & train stationd, university. Recommended for travellers.

schlechter check-in....... wieder mal nur eine Aushillfe die nicht einmal die Bezahlung hin bekommen hat ! Katastrophe. Mensch liebes Managementteam ihr müsst die Leute schon ein bisschen Schulen sonst funktioniert das nicht !

leider wieder einmal Probleme beim Check-in trotz Buchungsbestätigung und vorheriger Bezahlung..... leider überhaupt nicht nach vollziebar...... erst kein Zimmer frei, dann angebliches Upgrade...... blabla....

I cannot review the room because I did not stay there. I was admitted to the hospital one week before my stay and wanted to cancel the room and get a refund. This was refused because I booked through Hotel.com. Therefore, I am not happy with the service because I lost the entire payment.

Basic hotel with good connection. Nothing too fancy, but just all what I wanted/needed. Tram stop about around the corner. Three nights due to Veterama swap meet. Easy to go to Maimarkt area. Friendly staff.

liked the view coolness convenience to tram station basic amenities friendly staff didn't like the noises of people talking loudly till 11 and cigarette smoke despite rooms with no smoking signs limited tea and kaffee supplies. No toilet rolls for 2 nights. Had to ask at reception to get the papers. No air-conditioning in rooms. Hotel writeup is incorrect. Misleading information. Overall, pleasant stay. Close to city centre, tram & train stationd, university. Recommended for travellers.

Room was good condition and clean, no fridge but we did have tea/coffee and complimentary water in the room on arrival which was nice. Beds are very comfy. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to shops/restaurants nearby and tram transport nearby

Basic hotel, we parked in the car park at the hotel which was difficult due to the small area and very slim parking space - had to get out of the car and leave driver in as not enough space to open doors fully and had to remove suitcases before we could drive onto parking space ramp. Slow service. We had an interconnecting room - one kettle with coffee but no milk. Each room has an empty fridge and a hob which is a little odd…. Good location as very close to restaurants and shops but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Sehr nette Personal die obendrein unglaublich hilfsbereit waren. Verkehrsanbindung ist praktisch gestaltet. Und preiswert. Frühstück ist such top.

Für knapp 170 Euro bekam ich ein Zimmer aus den 70ern. Das Bad war unsauber, die Toilette wies Spuren vom Vorgänger auf. Ich hatte ähnliches bereits in den Rezessionen gelesen und auch die Kommentare seitens des Hotels, die Besserung versprachen. Fragt sich nur wann. Auch im Speiseraum sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden inklusive der Stoffe, mit denen die Büfett Tische abgedeckt werden sollen, sie waren wohl mal ursprünglich weiß...oh,oh,oh. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Übernachtung wäre max. 70 Euro wert gewesen. Leider gab es in der Umgebung keine anderen freien Zimmer, von daher hatte ich keine Wahl, sonst hätte ich dort nicht eingecheckt.

Toilette war schmutzig...urinstein müßte mal enfern werden...Hotel is t sehr hellhörig... Für ein Frühstück von 15 Euro pro Person könnte man mehr erwarten...es war nur noch ein gekochtes Ei verfügbar...

Stark besuchtes Hotel, aber trotz allem sehr freundliches Personal hilfsbereit hatten inklusive Frühstück, welches wirklich ausreichend und abwechslungsreich war Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen ist sehr begrenzt. Hier sollte man einfach die Mehrkosten mit einplanen.

I think there has to be more on offer in the rooms. Not even a glass. No drinking water water no cups no kettle no tea or coffee. The corridors around the facility made it feel like a prison. The lift worked but was small and grubby

The heater was not working at all, it was very cold. A woman knocked at our door for housekeeping even though we hanged the sign do not disturb. At 5am in the morning there two drunk guys looking for their room and trying to open every door possible. I was with my wife but don’t want to imagine how scary it must be for a single travelling women… the check-in was easy and convenient (self check-in) and the room was a clear.
