No issues whatsoever. One of the nicest places we have stayed in a month in Europe. The facility was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable with good sheets. Perfect location to catch the train to Zermatt. Excellent food in the restaurant as well. Two complementary drinks (orange juice or prosecco) and discounted parking

Very convenient location for trips to Zermatt. Great front desk staff and shuttle service. Everyone was very helpful. Room is very spacious with high ceilings. Very new with USB and USBC charging. Need better lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast needs better stock on food items since they ran out of 1-2 items daily.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else for access to Zermatt. The hotel is impeccable. This year there is a new shuttle service to Zermatt. Immaculate vehicles with very friendly and very informative drivers. It made a huge difference to the shuttle train and less expensive.

Great stay in Taesch! New hotel with underground parking, approx. 3min walk from the train station. Hotel restaurant offered a good variety of food and very tasty! Overall great hotel stay for skiing vacation in Zermatt at a reasonable price.

This newly opened hotel is clean and quite , the staff at reception was nice and helpful! The location is just about 50 meter to the train terminal to Zermatt, the hotel has onsite underground parking with fee which is convenient for car driving traveling

The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel.

新しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。 到着した日は夜遅かったのですが、翌朝は山が部屋からも見えて、周辺を散歩しました。 ウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあり、ラウンジでビールを頂きました。スイスのビールが美味しかったです。 お部屋は洗練されていて、スリッパがついていたのが良かったです。記念に持って帰りました。1泊だけでしたが、また訪れたら利用したいと思います。 笑顔で接してくれたスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig und an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, allgemein machte das Hotel noch einen recht neuwertigen Zustand. Der Checkin war schnell und es gab die Möglichkeit Online einzuchecken, vor Ort am Terminal oder an der Rezeption wir haben die Variante an der Rezeption gewählt auch das ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel lag nahe der Bahnstation und war einfach Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig und an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, allgemein machte das Hotel noch einen recht neuwertigen Zustand. Der Checkin war schnell und es gab die Möglichkeit Online einzuchecken, vor Ort am Terminal oder an der Rezeption wir haben die Variante an der Rezeption gewählt auch das ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel lag nahe der Bahnstation und war einfach Fußläufig zu erreichen.

We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite room and the views were amazing. Surprisingly the room has a full kitchen with utensils and stove along with a large fridge....This hotel is also conveniently close to the train station

We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English.

My room has a small kitchenette fully equipped w electric stoves/oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates and bowls, knifes and cutting boards, almost everything to cook a quick meals. Very clean and safe area. Hotel is about 5 min walk from Tasch train station. Zermatt is 1 station away from Tasch. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zermatt.

We had the “family room” which was really nice because it had two rooms adjoined with a little hall that was separate from the main hall. Very modern and new. The rooms were a little hot and we didn’t have a thermostat. We opened the windows but it was a little loud outside to sleep. Check in was great. There’s paid parking on site but that was the cheapest thing we had in all of Switzerland and they give a discount with a validation which was nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train that takes you to Zermatt. They even give you free drinks at check in. All of that was great. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast was also great…including mimosas!! The only negative was the restaurant for lunch and dinner. They just really weren’t nice. We sat down where other people had just been sitting and then they told us we couldn’t sit there. I was given the same dirty plate not once but twice (and I mean there were pretty large pieces of croissant on the plate) with no apology. My husband and I were going to share a pizza and they only brought me silverware. I said he was eating too and they brought the silverware but no napkin. They didn’t offer us water or anything. We had two different waitstaff on two different occasions and both were rude to us. So, although the food was good, it put a damper on the mood.

Great stay. Rooms have 2x usb (2 and 3) sockets as well as with pin sockets. Unsure if air con is working in room 36 as the dial next to the door doesn’t seem to achieve anything. Lovely hotel and would recommend. Kettle and fridge plus coffee maker and pods supplied.

I LOVED this hotel. At first, I thought I had misbooked because we didn't pay that much (our stay was around June 14th), but it was a beautiful hotel. The wood floors, Nespresso machine, window overlooking the Alps, and spacious, beautiful bathroom were amazing. Now, as far as the town itself, there's not a lot to do, but we slept in, trained to Zermatt (15 min) and saw the Matterhorn. At the end of our day in Zermatt, we trained back, slept in our beautiful hotel room and paid a very good price. Personally, because it was chilly at night and in the morning anyway, we didn't go out until about noon. So for us, it was perfect to stay outside of Zermatt for a much lower price, great room quality, and a quick and pretty train ride to Zermatt. I really didn't feel like we missed out on anything by not staying in Zermatt. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this property! Hotel is located right across the train station. Rooms are beautiful, modern but give you chalet feel! Staff is very friendly and helpful! We were going to be late and called the hotel, they had our checkin package ready for us’. Alexandra was very helpful!

We had the “family room” which was really nice because it had two rooms adjoined with a little hall that was separate from the main hall. Very modern and new. The rooms were a little hot and we didn’t have a thermostat. We opened the windows but it was a little loud outside to sleep. Check in was great. There’s paid parking on site but that was the cheapest thing we had in all of Switzerland and they give a discount with a validation which was nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train that takes you to Zermatt. They even give you free drinks at check in. All of that was great. The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast was also great…including mimosas!! The only negative was the restaurant for lunch and dinner. They just really weren’t nice. We sat down where other people had just been sitting and then they told us we couldn’t sit there. I was given the same dirty plate not once but twice (and I mean there were pretty large pieces of croissant on the plate) with no apology. My husband and I were going to share a pizza and they only brought me silverware. I said he was eating too and they brought the silverware but no napkin. They didn’t offer us water or anything. We had two different waitstaff on two different occasions and both were rude to us. So, although the food was good, it put a damper on the mood.

Overall very comfortable stay. We book family room so it was spacious. Breakfast was good quality and taste good. The only problem was the noise from the construction next door but the hotel informed us the day before our check in about this and we decided to proceed.

Great hotel but there’s not much to do in the area. You would have to take the train or a taxi to get into Zermatt, which is the main attraction for the area. The hotel did provide a taxi transfer to and from Zermatt. If you’re looking to save money and don’t mind the extra step to get to Zermatt, then yes, consider this hotel. But in hindsight, I think I would’ve tried to find something in Zermatt.

This is a new hotel with spectacular contemporary design and great attention to guest comfort. Although the county road and rail line to Zermatt are close, the soundproofing is excellent and my room was totally quiet. Mountain views in all four directions. Direct elevator to parking. Two upscale supermarkets nearby provide lots of affordable healthy meal options. Transport connections to Zermatt are as convenient as if you were staying in Zermatt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig und an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, allgemein machte das Hotel noch einen recht neuwertigen Zustand. Der Checkin war schnell und es gab die Möglichkeit Online einzuchecken, vor Ort am Terminal oder an der Rezeption wir haben die Variante an der Rezeption gewählt auch das ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel lag nahe der Bahnstation und war einfach Fußläufig zu erreichen.

The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel.
