The rooms feel like you're in a hospital. A single flat pillow per person is about the width of a folded towel. Bunk beds only rated for 100kg. Check in staff was nice. No phones in the rooms, front desk will promise things and then not only not deliver but not tell you they gave up on helping you. Don't ask for towels, you will only get attitude

Great breakfast for CHF 15.00 per person. Nice common area where you can heat up your own food after breakfast. Very small, although very clean and efficient rooms. Might be good to have hooks in the toilets in the rooms, as they double-shift as the changing rooms and are the only place to change for different gender family members.

Room was basic but clean. Two very basic beds and mattress. The shower is in the room with toilet in a closet. Tram was across the street. Good location with several dining options close by. Parking is available right outside in garage. Breakfast is available for 11 francs at check in of 15 day of.

The shower leaks water outside the shower box :s and the toilet it's tall more than usual. The hotel is clean and centric and getting the parking right there is good price foro 24 hours, not just the night

I liked the Ibis Budget Zurich City West. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean and a reasonable size. Ahead of arriving, the hotel sent a number of messages which included helpful information. The Ibis Budget shares a restaurant and bar with two other adjacent hotels. I had an evening meal at the restaurant and the service and food were very good. I chose the Ibis Budget largely for its location. It is a little away from the centre of Zurich, but is only a short walk (5 minutes or so) from Hardbrucke Station from where I was able to take trains to the places I wanted to get to. I would happily stay at the Ibis Budget again.

Location was good. A tram just outside the hotel. Need more plugs for chargers and stuff. No kettle, no microwave, no fridge in room. Very tight room. Shower has very little privacy. Hard to change properly after showering, especially if you’re traveling with friends, or even family members. Toilet seat is sooo high, barely touching the floor if you’re sitting on it. The upper bed, hard to climb up for an adult. No plugs on that bund bed. Breakfast was not that great for 15 euro. Coffee was too watered down. But location for public transportation is excellent. Restaurant not much around the area. There’s a grocery close by but closes early, Sunday close.

Knew what we were getting ourselves into when we booked this but it's very basic. Don't get me wrong, clean, tidy, nice staff and friendly, but rooms feel a bit clinical and the whole shower, sink set up is random. Location wise is good for the tram and have access to the other local hotels for a drink etc so if you're just wanting somewhere to rest your head, check it out. I wouldn't say in any of the Ibis budget hotels again though. They're not for me.

Well it was totally rasonable just as the name says Budget. Breakfast was good. The Bar of the normal Ibis Hotel is also open to be used.

I like the way we were checked-in early but the bed has lots of hair (from previous occupants) and toilet was stinky … meaning the room was not cleaned thoroughly. But the consideration for an early check-in was greatly appreciated!!!

Bed sheeting was super itchy. I spoke with Dilu and Evangelous and they did their best to help the issue. I was very itchy after laying in bed after shower. I couldn't sleep due to itchiness. The second room they moved me to had ants everywhere. I took a video of each room I was in. Not proper at all

Sehr eklig auf dem Bett waren lauter Haare verteilt. Klobrille war ebenfalls schmutzig. Sehr hellhörig man hört sowohl die Nachbarn als auch die Straße sehr laut. Personal war freundlich.

Super easy to get around due to the tram station right outside of the property, and the building is overall very quiet. Some downsides are that the showers weren't in a separate room (which wasn't a huge deal for us but might be for those who need more privacy) and the doors slam, which is very disruptive to neighbouring rooms. Otherwise, a fairly positive stay.

The space is extremely tight — barely enough room to move around with a suitcase. But what really surprised me was the shower situation: it’s literally in the middle of the room, with only a frosted glass door separating it from the sleeping area. There’s no real privacy at all, which makes it uncomfortable even for solo travelers — and especially awkward if you’re sharing the room with someone. The sink is also outside the bathroom, next to the bed, and the toilet is in a small separate cubicle. It felt more like a hostel setup than a hotel room. To be fair, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is great — close to tram lines and easy to reach from the main train station. But the lack of personal space and privacy really affected my comfort during the stay. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless I was traveling alone and only needed a quick overnight stop with no expectations for comfort or normal bathroom facilities.

Staff were brilliant and room had everything you would want for a budget option. Location was good walkable from main station. Room was just REALLY hot!! Air on didn’t really touch it. Window open was noisy so not a great night sleep.

In an expensive city, this budget option is clean and convenient. You can walk outside the hotel to board the tram bringing you to Zürich City Center. The one drawback is the room size—two twin beds with barely any other space to turn around.

Room was exactly as required for sleeping, very clean, well organised, with a good shower. Evribuddies worked prefectly. The only improvement would have been more sockets for charging devices - free was only one socket in the whole double room.

First of, front desk was kinda helpful but a little stand off-ish but i can deal with that, room was too small, outside needs some TLC, very convenient though when it comes to transportation and grocery stores, but there’s a German lady who runs the breakfast area name Merlyne who was VERY RUDE to me, i understand she can barely speak english but my god to treat your customer with terrible attitude coz i was asking where the hot water was? The whole staff needs customer service training ASAP! Just because i didn’t pay breakfast that doesn’t mean you have to treat me like i was a piece of garbage, i dont recommend this hotel! They can learn a thing or two at Ibis style in Amsterdam by Schinol Airport! Holy cow its a night and day in comparison! Im coming to Switzerland next yr and you’ll never see me booking this place EVER!

Arrived at the hotel at mid night to check in only to be told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and they would send us to another hotel. The hotel they sent us to was not even in the city, so for a hotel we chose primarily based on location ruined our stay in Zurich. No attempt to offer any kind of refund other than offering a free taxi to the replacement hotel was offered. When we checked in at the replacement hotel they said that we weren't the only ones this happened to. The following day we were rudely awakened from the staff with a fiery knock on the door, apparently there was a problem with our rooms, we went down to reception to clear it up, apparently the original hotel didn't provide our passport information we gave on arrival, again unprofessional service which you dont need on your holiday.

The room was clean and comfortable. However one of the staff didn't really have a clue what they were doing We (my partner and me) arrived on Friday night for two nights to check out on Sunday. The lady at the check in desk only took the city tax for one of us upon arrival which forced us to have to wait around at check out and pay the other persons (despite the fact I paid in advance and checked in for a smoother checkout) As well as this, the same colleague who made this blunder also only activated our door card for one night so again we had to go and bother other members of staff to reactivate it because of her mistake Aside from this, the cleanliness, location and general presentation of this ibis was good. It even has YouTube and Netflix on the TV so we had things to watch in the evenings

ホテルの直ぐ近くにトラムの駅があり、チューリッヒ中央駅には10分強で行ける。チューリッヒ中央駅近辺に比べると宿泊費も抑えられるし、お薦め。ホテルのスタッフも親切で、特に個人的には自分のスマホの設定の問題なのか、入室直後はホテルのWi-Fiに繋がらなかったが、フロントで相談すると日本語表示のスマホの設定画面を見て直ぐ繋がるようしてくれたのは感激した。
