I would recommend this Hotel because of its convenient location right outside of train station Oerlikon. Room is an average size can open large suitcase with enough space to walk around the room. Bathroom is compact but clean, the sink was too small and it was difficult to get water in kettle. The sink counter was small too. Good that room has air conditioning and large windows. Customer service was good and attentive. However house keeping was not so good. I had to request them to change my bed linen during my 5-night day. I noticed that the carpet was dirty when I checked in, I requested a deep vacuum but it didn’t happen. Toiletries, slippers and kettle have to Bbqueen requested at reception where they will handover to you to bring to room.

Overall, the hotel was 5 out of 5. What makes me not so happy - this was my first stay at this hotel chain - were the tarot card type theme for the locks on the keys for the doors, I wouldn’t have booked here, had I known. I prepaid for my stay so it wasn’t something I could have canceled and changed. I also looked for a convenient location to my planned trips and the Zurich airport. This has made me more aware that I may want to research the company a little more prior. Other than that the hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, clean hotel, and convenient location for the train esp from Zurich Intl. Airport and the meetup points for my tours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it is staying in Central Zurich is not a preference. The property impressed us with its vibrant, colourful interiors, warm and positive atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location—it's right next to the train station (Central Zurich is less than 10 mins away) and tram stops, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within a short walk, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding with a lavish spread (American breakfast with limited Veg options). The staff were courteous, welcoming and always willing to help. The hotel need to look at providing few basic items in rooms - hot water kettle, tea/coffee/sugar sachet, glasses and coffee mugs, iron, dental kit etc. All of them were provided on request but are basic items required while travelling and to be available in rooms without request. There are open shelves for clothes and need to have closed one's. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, great service, and a lively ambience. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Reception staff lovely, friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, only issue was out the 4 days I stayed my room didn't get cleaned one of them days despite leaving a please make my room up sign on the door apart from that was a wonderful stay

One of my worst hotel experiences, in terms of service and honestly in what you are getting. In my hurry at the airport after my flight was cancelled I booked with breakfast, but was I booked the xxl family room with couch and it was not that. Two separate small rooms with lots of lost corridor space. The rooms were not even connected but there was an additional door in the regular hallway to you could close off that part of the hallway between the separate rooms. But the space was unusable. So I paid double for the one small room I could actually use. Few amenities. No coffee or the usual, just some water. Not even tissues, had to use toilet paper for a runny nose. The only solution the front desk suggested was to not accept me and have me contact hotels.com for a refund based on refusing to give me a room. This is at midnight on a Sunday with a child.
