Wir haben nur übernahctet und Abends in der Bar ein Getränk gehabt, weshalb ich über Frühstück, Wellness keine Aussage machnen kann. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und speditiv und das Zimmer tip-top. Die Bar muss unbedingt besucht werden (gute Getränke-Auswahl und schöne Aussicht)

Very nice hotel in a cute town. Half of the parking is under some very active crows. So you might need to pay for parking if you are not willing to get a dirty car.

I had an excellent stay at H4 Hotel Solothurn. The property is very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient and everything is easily walkable. The only challenge I encountered was that parking can be limited when the hotel is fully booked but street parking can be found. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Sehr netter Empfang. Beim Frühstücksservice gab sich das Personal sehr viel Mühe (waren nur zu Zweit!) - waren aber komplett überlastet, da sehr viele Gäste anwesend (Planungsfehler?). Das Buffet war reichhaltig und das Angebotene sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Riss im Waschbecken, Toilette naja, Türgriff Badezimmer knirschte laut. Und leider entging der Aufmerksamkeit des Reinigungpersonals, dass beim Leeren des Abfalleimers noch zwei Schokoladepapierchen am Boden kleben blieben. Die Rooftop-Bar ist etwas lieblos gestaltet. Ein paar Deko-Kniffe und schon wäre es gemütlich. Da wir nach längerem Warten nicht bedient wurden (wenig Gäste anwesend, aber das Personal war mit sich selbst beschäftigt), verliessen wir die Bar wieder. Zweite Chance? Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in super Lage direkt an der Aare. Phantastischer Blick im Deluxe Doppelzimmer. Sehr gut arbeitende Klimaanlage (es hatte 38 Grad bei unserer Ankunft). Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und kostenlos!

Wir waren anläßlich einer Familienfeier im Kanton Solothurn. Das Hotel H4 war eine super Unterkunft. Sehr gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und man kommt aber auch gut zum Ortskern. Ausstattung des großzügig großen Zimmers mit Blück auf den Fluss war gut. Zum Glück kein Teppich sondern hygienisches Parkett/ Laminat. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür hatten wir keine Zeit. Daher haben wir auch nicht nach den zwar beim check-in zugesagten aber dann doch fehlenden Bademänteln gefragt.

Il n’y avait que deux coussins pour deux. Le fauteuil de table était tout usé et le fond des WC entartré ! C’était la 4ème fois que nous venions et constatons un manque certain d’entretien, alors que le prix de la chambre augmente.

Modern and clean hotel with beautiful views of the Old Town of Solothurn. The location is extremely convenient to the train station and also to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable room and nice size. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there And hope to return!

The attitude of the staff is not appropriate for a four-star hotel. The room is very basic and in our case, it was not quiet either (even though we specifically asked for a quiet room). It's a road hotel and not a vacation hotel.

Cool building along the river with quite ample rooms. We had a very poor check-in experinece; probably one of the worst ever. But, the Manager was a very positive force to mitigate the negatives which make for a better review.

I had an excellent stay at H4 Hotel Solothurn. The property is very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient and everything is easily walkable. The only challenge I encountered was that parking can be limited when the hotel is fully booked but street parking can be found. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Das Hotel ist sehr leicht vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Es war sauber, das Personal war freundlich und versuchte immer so schnell wie möglich zu helfen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Sogar vegane Optionen gab es, was mich als vegan lebende Person sehr gefreut hat. Positiv zu erwähnen sind auch der Wellnessbereich und die Anwendungen. Die Teilnahme bei "To good to go" gegen die herrschende Lebensmittelverschwendung finde ich persönlich sehr gut. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr netter Empfang. Beim Frühstücksservice gab sich das Personal sehr viel Mühe (waren nur zu Zweit!) - waren aber komplett überlastet, da sehr viele Gäste anwesend (Planungsfehler?). Das Buffet war reichhaltig und das Angebotene sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Riss im Waschbecken, Toilette naja, Türgriff Badezimmer knirschte laut. Und leider entging der Aufmerksamkeit des Reinigungpersonals, dass beim Leeren des Abfalleimers noch zwei Schokoladepapierchen am Boden kleben blieben. Die Rooftop-Bar ist etwas lieblos gestaltet. Ein paar Deko-Kniffe und schon wäre es gemütlich.
