Heel comfortabel hotel, inclusief ontbijt en gratis parkeren, direct in het centrum. Mooie schone kamer. Aardig en voorkomend personeel. Echt een aanrader. Eetgelegenheden te over in de omgeving. Het restaurant van Mercure zelf niet bezocht.

Das die Tiefgarage nur 1,90m Einfahrtshöhe hat könnte man auch vor der Buchung wissen wollen. Parkplin Saarbrücken unverschäumt teuer Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert Umgebung zu laut um ein Fenster zu öffnen

Die kleine Tiefgarage war voll und wir mussten auf ein sehr entfernt gelegenes Parkhaus ausweichen. Nur weil das Parkhaus einen Vertrag mit dem Hotel hatte. Ein anderes Parkhaus wäre sehr viel näher gelegen.

Top hotel in het centrum van de stad. Alles op loopafstand waardoor de auto in de parkeergarage van het hotel kan blijven.

Das Hotel ist von außen nicht sehr schön, aber der Eindruck täuscht. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Saar und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone. Es gibt ein paar kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und zusätzlich eine kostenfplichtige Tiefgarage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück hatte alles was wir uns gewünscht haben, inklusive einem guten Cappucino, der leider nicht überall selbstverständlich ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus und liegt an der Flusspromenade sowie am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Staatstheater und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Excellent confort pour cet hôtel très bien placé de surcroît. Très propre, silencieux, bonne literie. Proximité immédiate avec la gare, le centre des congrès, les commerces et les bords de la Sarre. Parking sécurisé et payant dans les prix pratiqués à Sarrebruck centre... soit 13€ une nuit. 5-6 places dispo en extérieur et gratuites.

It's a nice hotel, so let's break it down: Parking: Tricky. We were only in the Nissan Micra. If you're in a biggger car or SUV, you might find it challenging. Reception: We checked in on a Friday. Everything was fine. We were advised that the restaurant was full that night (large coach party of Swiss tourists) but Anthea was more than happy to recommend alternative dinner options. I believe the hotel restuarant is also closed on Sat/Sun evening for dinner. Room: We went for the Privilege Room. Twice the size of a normal room but well worth the extra cost. Totally recommended for the extra space. Free mini bar/snacks included. Bathroom: Modern and clean. Breakfast: Meh. Basically cereals/cold cuts. We skipped it on our last day even though it was included in our room rate. Location: Excellent. Walk out the hotel door and look straight ahead for Europa Galleria. Walk 2mins up that road and your're in the centre of Saarbrücken. Left takes you towards the train station. Right takes you towards the main shopping mile. Great places to eat whichever direction you chose. Special mention: Anthea Neuhaus. She checked us in professionally and politely. She then had to deal with me continuously forgetting my key card every time I came down from the room to smoke outside, and issuing me with duplicates. I think when we checked out I handed over six key cards. Every embarrassing for me, but Anthea was a star and a credit to Mercure hotels. Nice hotel, great receptionist.

Het ontbijt was erg goed. Erg fijn ook om de auto in gerage voor €13,- te parkeren. Enige mindere ware de te zachte kussens en zacht matras, maar wel goed in kwaliteit, maar niet mijn ding

Friendly welcome, nice and clean, room was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful.

Leider nur 2 Sterne. Rezeption bemüht aber etwas zu wenig kompetent. TV funktionierte nicht. Rezeptionist kam und stieg mit Schuhen auf den Zimmerstuhl um am Gerät nachzuschauen. Nach dem duschen der ganze Boden überflutet da die Türe nicht schloss und das Wasser daran herunterlief. Temperatur im Zimmer kaum regulierbar. Viel zu warm im Zimmer. Dachte, heizen ist teuer.Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr viel Lärm von der Schnellstraße. Lage ist OK.

Hotel bzw. das Zimmer war in Ordnung, auch wenn viele Flecken den Teppich verzieren, was nicht so einlandend wirkt. Ob ma im Bad ein Wanne braucht, ist relativ, eine schöne Dusche reicht aber i. d. R. gut aus. Klasse was das Frühstück und das Personal dort, die wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter auch, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Das Zimmer: sauber, guter Zustand, Bad sauber, Standard Ausstattung, alles funktioniert. Rezeption: freundlich, zügig, geduldig. Bei Bedarf wird weiteres Personal an die Rezeption geholt. Bar: sehr freundlich, kleine Karte aber gute Qualität Frühstück: Reichhaltig, gute Qualität, schmackhaft. Freundliches Personal.

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel. We were greeted politely and the lobby was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the room was quite different. Spacious but dated. There was no air conditioning and it was very warm. We opened a window and found the curtain torn and ratty. The bed was fine but only 2 old pillows. The rug was stained by the garbage can and desk area. The amenities were less than expected in a 4 star hotel- only a hand and body wash. I would classify this as a basic 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star as described. It was fine for one night.

Prima hotel, schoon en redelijk goed restaurant. Ruime kamers. Tv in onze kamer had defect en hele avond bovenburen die lawaaierig te horen waren (schuiven met meubels?) en ook in de ochtend te horen waren.

Die Zimmer sind gut und ausreichend groß… minibar gibt es nicht auf dem Zimmer, wer nach 22:30/23 Uhr noch etwas möchte muss den Automat in der Lobby nutzen. Das Frühstück ist gut, nur der Kaffee recht dünn

Even though the hotel was not fully booked we were giving a room next to the elevator and had the "pleasure" of its continuously heavy noise when it was used. Having an important business meeting the following day combined with the hassle of getting up, and getting a new room was not optimal. As the receptionist said please make a note next time when booking at our hotel that your will prefer not to have a room right next to the elevator ! Who would ever prefer that ? Other than that experience the hotel was fine.

Très bel hôtel super bien situé, proche du centre ville à pied. Très bon accueil lors du Check-in. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, belle vue sur la Sarre. Très bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol: il faisait vraiment trop chaud dans la chambre même si nous avions coupé la ventilation. Il y avait trop de bruit le soir pour dormir la fenêtre ouverte. A part ça tout était parfait!

Bien, mais pour un hotel de ce standing et frontiere française, personne capable de parler Français. Vraiment dommage surtout que la plupart des clients sont Français !!

Deuxième séjours dans cette hôtel, très bien passé, un bémol sur l’accueil, personnels d’accueil peu souriant et discussion difficile à cause de la langue et un effort plus que limité sur notre demande de parler anglais moins vite. Poir info accueillis par la même personne pour les 2 séjours, à ne pas prendre pour une généralité de l’ensemble du personnel

Toller service, sehr leckeres Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer Mit Badewanne!! Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel ind exzellenter Lage, wo man gut nach einem hektischen Arbeitstag entspannen kann.

駅やからそう遠くないので、重い荷物を持っている時は便利です。朝食の種類が物足りないのは、仕方ないかな

Wir haben uns in dem Hause sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren beim 2ten Frühstückstag keine dunklen Brötchen oder dunkles Brot mehr zu bekommen. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder dahin fahren.

C'est notre point de chute quand on va à Saarbrücken. Hôtel à proximité de la gare et de la grande rue. Chambre et lits confortables. Personnel à l'écoute. Petit-déjeuner un peu cher mais avec pas mal de choix.
