This is nice hotel for the family.Nice swimming pool open from 10 to 20,and 9 to 21..Breakfast is good,I love the Appel strudel.Good sleep quality Only the hotel lost thermal water.So not possible to drink water in the reception or have mineral bath treatment.And I still missed to make my coffee or tea in the room when I wake up.

We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged.
