The hotel was immaculate, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. Every member of staff I spoke to was approachable and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to return. It’s easy to see why this hotel has such a good reputation. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend Hilton Northampton to anyone visiting the area.
