AC Hotel by Marriott Penang

良かった点 1.空港から近い。 2.駐車場が完備されている。 3.近くにセブンイレブンがある。 4..歩いて五分くらいのところに、モールがある。(マクドナルド、ケンタッキー、ミスターDIYがあるが、それ以外は全く利用価値がない) 5.朝食会場のメニューはそこそこあり、毎日微妙にメニューも変わるので良いと思う。 改善すべき点 1.チェックイン&アウトレセプションに二人しか常駐しておらず、また、一人当たりに対し時間がかかり過ぎ、かなり待たなくてはならない。年末年始の繁忙期であるにもかかわらず、「人手がないから仕方がない！」と女性マネージャー？らしき人に言い切られた。この女性マネージャー？にwhatapp 対応の件も聞いてみたが、皆忙しいからWhatsApp での対応も出来ないと言われた。 2.客室内からのフロントダイアルも繋がらない。繋がっても自動応答に切り替わりその後自動的に切られてしまう。 3.WhatsApp にて対応とあり、電話をかけても一切繋がらないし、メッセージを送っても全く既読にならない。全く機能を成していない。 4.朝食会場の卵料理を作るスタッフが、オーダーしても返事もしないし無表情であり、かなり対応が酷い。 5.クリーニング対応がいい加減であり、掃除をして欲しい際にドアの外に付けるサインボードがない。

Reception & Service is good. Hotel is clean and pleasant. Areas falling short are (i) water supply is only warm barely reaching human body temperature (ii) TV reception is poor.

Hôtel à 30mn en voiture du centre Georges town mais tres simple avec grab. Excellent petit-déjeuner, personnel tres agréable. Literie tres bien, piscine propre avec possibilité de transats. Excellent choix à 4 pour bénéficier d une suite avec 2 chambres séparées.

Nice hotel right in the airport. Well sound proofed, could hear no planes. Buffet dinner was exceptional. Definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel at about 5 pm and was attended to by Staff Rimon at the counter, he is exceptionally welcoming and therefore making my check in especially pleasant. As I had make the booking just a day ago and it seems that the booking has not reflected yet in the system, he kindly explained to me and assured me that it would not be an issue. Additionally as my return flight is pretty late, he also try to accommodate my request for late check out as well as a high floor unit. The hotel also had a shuttle bus that operates in the evening to the nearby Queensbay mall and Rimon as well kindly did a reservation for me to and fro just to make sure that I have a seat on the shuttle. From the hotel is about a 15 minutes drive on the shuttle to the mall :). Just outside the hotels, there are stretches and plenty of food places. My stay here has been exceptionally pleasant and felt very welcoming especially because of Rimon, it nice to see him at the counter with his alway wide and warm welcoming smile :) The hotel booked is a family unit and is 94 sqm in size. It has a nice view of Penang island and that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathroom as well as a study room. It comes with also a balcony and also a living and dining area. Both of the bedrooms window have very good city view. We also managed to catch some fireworks on the night of the 28 June :). The decoration of the executive family suites is very modern and it really have the feel of home :).

Clean room, staffs is very polite and friendly. Nice area to stay with many different dining options as well!

乾淨的客房，下此還會住

チェックインしたときの部屋がコネクティングルームだったため、隣室の声が筒抜けで、五月蝿かった。フロントに連絡して部屋を換えてくれるよう頼んだが、満室だと断れた。ホテルはジョージタウンにあると思っていたら、タクシーを手配しなければならず、当初の予定が狂ってしまった。

TV channels not clear. Noisy aircond compressor.

Newly renovated room, great shower, good breakfast, and friendly staffs. Nothing to complain. It was such a shame that I arrived so late and didn't have enough time to explore and enjoy more. Hope I can visit again.

Overall is good, only strange sound comes out continuously from the AC, also the windows cannot block out the noise from the street.

The executive suite is wonderful, the staff is nice and serving very well. Would like to stay for a few more days to enjoy the environment.

Room AC (air-condition) not cold

Hotel is clean and quite, staffs are friendly. However, my room AC (Air-Cond) wasn't cold, tech team came and fixed and later at night, it still not cold, that is the only disappointment.

We checked in at midnight after driving 8 hours from southern Malaysia, we were tired and appreciated the quick check in and friendly staff. Concierge man was quick and so nice! Breakfasts were good with nice variety of east and western cultures. Sidewalk restaurants were yummy for dinner and nearby. Reasonable price for laundry service by hotel that was expedited and delivered to room same day. Stayed here because close to Penang airport.

Customer service was superby in terms of reaction time, friendliness and professionalism. Kudos to the AC Hotel Team!

A standard Marriott hotel, clean, modern and good services. Close to the airport so convenient for catching up the early flight next morning.

Not alot to do or see in the area.

すぐ近くにセブンイレブンがあって便利です。22:10にペナン国際空港に到着し、23:00前にはホテルに入れました。空港からホテルはタクシーで10分程。帰国日は5:30にチェックアウトでしたが、スムーズでした。

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応もとても良かった。近くにコンビニがあり便利だが徒歩圏内に日本人が食事を取れそうな場所がなかった。それ以外は問題なくお勧めできるホテル。

Confortable, spacious room. Kind, attentive staff. No room service, surprising for a full service hotel. Extremely difficult to even do this review-no internet connection. Wifi was extremely poor, making it impossible to work and to manage issues that required internet connectivity.

We stayed here one night after flying in to Penang fairly late at night. The breakfast was excellent.

We were only here for one night enroute to the nearby airport. Nice breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with good service by always friendly staff. Just the breakfast food selection could be a bit more diverse.
