Baymont by Wyndham Jamestown Conference Center & Water Park

I had 0 hot water. Called at 6am for help on the matter no one came so I called again at 6:40 and was told I would just needed to be patient and the was hung up on. By 7:10 I gave up waiting and washed my hair in ice cold water then used to coffee maker to at least have so hot water to wash my hands. I needed to be on the road so I couldn’t wait any longer. The whole point of me staying here was to have somewhere to sleep and shower. In the middle of my 36 hour drive! I was only able to achieve 1 of those things.

The pool was closed and this was not disclosed at time of booking. The room was ok, but the bathroom needed serious repairs (sink faucet, towel handle), and carpet was torn. Spacious room for 6 people.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, but the pool area wasn't great. The floor was rough on barefoot and the pool even though it was warm it was yellow up the sides and there was a scum on top of the water in the hot tub. The floor of the pool was very rough too. There is a nice bar and grill on the property. If you don't care about using the pool it was good.

Exceptional breakfast; roomy; quite clean; EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED pool area was closed for cleaning on a Saturday night. We had people dressed in swimming suits walk down to pool only to find it was closed. It was a family celebration of a graduation and was a large let down to have pool unavailable!
