The loft is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want a comfortable and functional place to eat, by the sea, in a quiet, safe, and airy location. With an equipped kitchen and a building with a swimming pool, restaurant, gym, sauna, and nearby shops, you won't lack anything during your stay. We provide bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron, and hairdryer. 24-hour concierge service and extra services are available such as laundry, cleaning service, crib, among others. The garage has limited spaces and is on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee parking, but the street is very safe and has numerous parking spaces. - Electricity and internet supply in the city are subject to interruptions due to poor service, especially on rainy and windy days. In these cases, it is necessary to wait for the companies' deadlines, and we will not provide refunds. - Water supply is intermittent. We always deliver the property with all tanks full, but in case of excessive use, we cannot guarantee immediate replenishment. - We provide instructions on how to use electric showers, refrigerators, and air conditioning. If they appear or cause any mess, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot completely control this situation. The loft has a king-size bed and a sofa that opens into two single beds, a wardrobe, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential items for cooking.
