Love the pool!! And the room was so comfortable, clean and just what the doctor ordered. 😊 I also appreciate the convenience of location and being able to have a room available on short notice. Staff was very friendly and considerate. Thank you

Staff was spectacular, especially Sol in the kitchen - ensured our mornings were spectacular. We plan on returning just from this alone, Sol really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Front desk staff was also attentive and caring. Pool was nice, and clean. Amazing hotel overall

Really comfortable beds. Offered free cookies but the container was always empty. Had only one EV charger and nothing to control if someone just parks there without using the charger. Breakfast was ok as far as options, nothing special. Milk was sour one day though. Non smoking hotel but someone was clearly smoking cigarettes in the rooms or stairwells. Heated pool was never warm. There was poop smeared on the toilet paper holder and roll in the women's bathroom. Rooms with two beds were really small and not conveniently organized. Had to scan a bar code to get the channel guide for the TV. Ran out of clean washcloths and they gave us hand towels instead. Smoking section in the front was too close to entrance and you had to walk through it going in and out so you'd smell like cigarettes.

I found myself in need of a last-minute hotel stay for work. It was a surprise bonus to see that the hotel had an EV charger for my truck. I particularly liked the ambience of the room. I enjoyed reading a book and getting a good night sleep in a comfortable space. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and interactive. I hope to stay again sometime!

The room was fair at best, I wouldn't describe the breakfast as anything more than snacks - this was a major disappointment, the hallways smelt of someone smoking weed, the workout room light was on a timer and went off every 5 minutes and I had to get off the treadmill and reset it each time. I will not be returning to this property

Staff were helpful. Front desk gave me access to the dining area when I was looking for napkins. They also pointed out that I can get juice and coffee any time. They mentioned that when checking in but I was preoccupied during check in. Love the free cookies.

Newer property, checkin was quick. Free coffee, juice and cookies 24 hrs. Working elevator and pool. Rooms are remodeled, however, carpet had dirt and needed vacuum. Bathroom floors had hair behind the door. Washbasin outside the bathroom and this will disturb your partner if used in middle of the night. Title floor area at entry was very sticky. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, toiletries were well stocked, amenities like refrigerator, oven, iron and board were available.

Love the Beds, very comfortable! It wasn’t the cleanest- I had to plug in the lamp and it was disgusting behind the bedside table!! The TV was older and their cable provider didn’t have very many channels and no guide. Didn’t use the pool or workout.

The hotel was beautiful. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best and wish the water was hotter. The beds were so comfortable. The room was big and spacious. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Excellent staffs and service. Breakfast room was kept neat and tidy. The property is new and kept in good shape. The only downside is the walls between the rooms are so thin that you can hear the neighbors all the time.

Very pleased with my stay. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and upon checkout they asked how my stay was. I shared one tiny concern I had with my room, and the staff member immediately apologized and wrote down the room number and my concern. I felt heard and that they were truely going to look into it. It was minor, and didn't take away from my stay.

It was very clean and friendly staff. The pool was nice and clean. The rooms facing the highway have traffoc noise. The fan/air unit helped.

Good place to stay on overnight trip into Chicago. Our event was over by 10 so drove out of city half hour to avoid morning traffic and pay less than half of downtown rates.

Really comfortable beds. Offered free cookies but the container was always empty. Had only one EV charger and nothing to control if someone just parks there without using the charger. Breakfast was ok as far as options, nothing special. Milk was sour one day though. Non smoking hotel but someone was clearly smoking cigarettes in the rooms or stairwells. Heated pool was never warm. There was poop smeared on the toilet paper holder and roll in the women's bathroom. Rooms with two beds were really small and not conveniently organized. Had to scan a bar code to get the channel guide for the TV. Ran out of clean washcloths and they gave us hand towels instead. Smoking section in the front was too close to entrance and you had to walk through it going in and out so you'd smell like cigarettes.

Staff were helpful. Front desk gave me access to the dining area when I was looking for napkins. They also pointed out that I can get juice and coffee any time. They mentioned that when checking in but I was preoccupied during check in. Love the free cookies.

Easy to find, clean, good breakfast options. I enjoyed the lemon poppyseed mini muffins. I appreciated that cookies, juice, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, water is available 24/7. It's a very nice touch.
