Nice place, but not in a central area. Nice kitchen and front room. Bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Gym could be bigger. But overall it was a nice stay with no headaches. It's easy access to the highway so you can get everywhere fairly quickly.

The design of the property is great. It has secure entrances and all rooms open to a courtyard. The layout provides a window on each side of every room. The room itself was very spacious. It felt very much like an apartment. The room and property were very clean with the exception of the elevator, which had a strong pet odor. This is an excellent stop on the way to Florida and I will be back!

Location was off the beaten path. A oasis for the working man. Very quiet. Mainly gas station food nearby. Bring own food to cook in. Nothing fancy. No pool, no breakfast. Clean & comfy & roomy

This hotel is excellent. Clean, quiet and setup for family and fun. It has an outside seating area for enjoying the evening, grills,fire pit and more. The desk staff is so nice. Very accomidating and helpful. I will be back.

Didn’t realize this is more like an apartment. After hours too have to call someone to come to the front desk. Used the laundry serivxe and someone had both dryers with clothes that had been there for awhile and emptied out.

Very nice brand. Newly built hotel/ apartment extended stay type. They have full Size 4 burner stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, nice couch and chair. Two big screen TVs. It's a security building so outside people or people who are not staying there. Unless you have a room card you can not even get past the the doors that opens to get to your room. Nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel with barbecue grill and tables and fire pit with chairs. Just an overall really nice place. When I go back to Madison I will definitely stay there. It was clean. The general manager is great. The employees are great. It's just a good place

This was perfect for a week stay. Super Clean. It had everything we needed. The separate room for sitting with a chair and sofa was super nice. The FULL SIZE Appliances in the Kitchen were perfect for cooking and heating meals. The beds were super comfy, and the black out shades really made sleeping- in a luxury. It was quiet and peaceful and had coffee in the lobby that was delish. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises. Truly a great experience.

The FULL SIZE Appliances in the Kitchen were perfect for cooking and heating meals. The beds were super comfy, and the black out shades really made sleeping- in a luxury. It was quiet and peaceful and had coffee in the lobby that was delish. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises. Truly a great experience.

I didn’t see a single bug in or outside. It smells amazing in the rooms. The quality of the rooms was fantastic. Cleanliness 10/10 (No Notes) No trash in or around the property. The staff was super friendly. my dog felt safe I felt safe. I had to take my dog out to use it at 2am and I felt very safe walking around.

Stayed 3 nights. It was like a two room apartment . Full kitchen with dishes etc. it was missing a few dishes as it looked like they intended 4 place settings but you did not have 4 of everything. It is a newer hotel. It was clean except for the floor did not appear to have been mopped recently as you could see footprints on the wood look floor and when I wiped up a little water in the bathroom lots of dirt showed on the cloth. Still a big plus to have that type of floor over carpet. I would definitely stay there again.

I love the convience of this hotel. Something has changed of late, since I stayed last month. The outside trash cans were overflowing and trash was everywhere. It smelled so badly. Something needs to be done to correct this.

Property condition was clean and neat but the rooms are way to pet friendly. My room smelled like a large dog, my floor was a little in one area maybe from dog urine, an I was itching like crazy. They should offer rooms that are pet-free due to allergies.

Check-in was horrible. Room was not ready and we had to wait for an hour. Once inside the room we noticed that housekeeping did a rush job and had to reclean the room. Food on countertops, trash on floors! Walls are paper thin. Residents were outside in the patio area all night playing ping pong! No rest at all! Some people got locked out of the room. Front desk closes early. Don’t do it!!

I love the apartment style hotel. Great for families. Nice staff, clean and comfortable spaces. Only downside is you will need to travel out about 10-15 minutes for walkable shops & restaurants.

This place is fairly new, and definitely worth the $. I liked the beds, hubby didn't, he said they're too soft. The door was very difficult to get into, ended up being a loose hinge. It has a nice kitchen, and there's a courtyard area. Just be warned, there is no one at the desk from 8 pm to 6 am so plan accordingly. aheaccordinglsoft).

We stayed here for almost 5 nights and had a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth, and the manager was friendly, but we weren’t told the Wi-Fi was down until after unloading our things. From Saturday to Sunday we had no internet, and one of our key cards stopped working. Despite the lobby being advertised as open, no one was available to help. The room was clean and had nice amenities like a stove, dishwasher, and towels. However, I found a moldy coffee pod in the coffee maker and a broken outlet that looked like a fire hazard. The bathtub faucet wasn’t sealed properly, and the shower made a loud squealing noise. Noise from the guests above us was constant—stomping, running, and thudding late into the night. We reported it, but nothing changed. At checkout, the manager said she had spoken to the upstairs guests and advised us to request a room not under a family “next time.” That would’ve been helpful to know at check-in—or we should’ve been offered to move. The noise really impacted our stay, and we likely won’t return. The location is convenient—close to Huntsville and near the interstate. There’s also a cute courtyard with a grill and outdoor seating. We wanted to do laundry but found no detergent available for purchase, and the front desk said they had none to offer, so bring your own. This place has potential, but the lack of communication, unresolved noise issues, and small maintenance concerns made our stay disappointing.

Property is very nice and clean. Sits pretty well in the middle of nowhere. Beds were “OK”. Biggest complaint is there is very little water pressure for a shower. I have thick wavy hair and had to skip the conditioner (thank goodness for leave in). Also no clothes hangers or drawers to put your clothes in.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. After the search and speaking to staff she located my watch and called me to let me know that they found it. I thanked her so very much and for this reason every time I come to the Huntsville/Madison area I will be booking my room there. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my engagement stay a very memorable one. See you all in a month or so!
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. After the search and speaking to staff she located my watch and called me to let me know that they found it. I thanked her so very much and for this reason every time I come to the Huntsville/Madison area I will be booking my room there. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my engagement stay a very memorable one. See you all in a month or so!

Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience

We stayed here for almost 5 nights and had a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth, and the manager was friendly, but we weren’t told the Wi-Fi was down until after unloading our things. From Saturday to Sunday we had no internet, and one of our key cards stopped working. Despite the lobby being advertised as open, no one was available to help. The room was clean and had nice amenities like a stove, dishwasher, and towels. However, I found a moldy coffee pod in the coffee maker and a broken outlet that looked like a fire hazard. The bathtub faucet wasn’t sealed properly, and the shower made a loud squealing noise. Noise from the guests above us was constant—stomping, running, and thudding late into the night. We reported it, but nothing changed. At checkout, the manager said she had spoken to the upstairs guests and advised us to request a room not under a family “next time.” That would’ve been helpful to know at check-in—or we should’ve been offered to move. The noise really impacted our stay, and we likely won’t return. The location is convenient—close to Huntsville and near the interstate. There’s also a cute courtyard with a grill and outdoor seating. We wanted to do laundry but found no detergent available for purchase, and the front desk said they had none to offer, so bring your own. Checking in was a pain, we arrived after the lobby closed, downloaded the ap like it stated in email to get a digital room key, wouldnt work! There were multiple parties there also trying to check in, ones room wasnt even available yet and it was almost 9pm!! Thankfully someone came out to give me a key card for my room. Liked how it was secure, nobody could get into the main area where the entry to the rooms were. Room was clean and the outdoor seating in the middle was nice!

When i finally checked my sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I went to the lobby to request fresh linen and the doors were locked. There were no employees. I tried calling and nobody ever answered. Also, there was a man downstairs smoking a cigar that was so loud and smoky, it lit up the entire first floor. And nobody was here to check that. I'm from our of town and was not familiar with this type of management or lack thereof. But very dissapointed and can't even slurp because my linen is dirty. The positive is the rooms are nice and i had good customer service over the phone when i called earlier in the day.

I'd highly recommend that travelers, even seasoned travelers, be wary of this hotel. In my view, one of the most essential services a hotel provides is accessibility/communication for their customer. This hotel has a partially staffed front desk and relies on you calling a phone number for assistance in the hours in which no one is at the desk. The issue I had was that I accidentally locked my hotel room key inside my room when I headed out to get coffee on the Saturday morning of my stay. Upon returning to the hotel, I called the "after hours" number for assistance. I called over 20 times for almost an hour and no one ever answered. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to have no one available either on-site or a phone call away. I will never stay at these hotels again. I will say, credit to the cleaning staff as the roof was nice and clean. The bed was decent. But that lack of assistance in a simple moment was unacceptable. I highly recommend not staying here.

This is an excellent property. The only negative is the lack of transparency regarding availability of service for check-in. We had no idea that the front desk closes at 5 pm on a Saturday and we arrived around 6. Had no idea of how to check in, even with the general posted instructions. I tried calling the emergency service number, no response, I finally did figure out the fact that my key was in a safebox. With such unusual (to me) hours it should be pointed out more clearly upfront that hours are 'very' limited for live check-in, and give clearer more direct instruction as to how to self-checkin.

Nice place, but not in a central area. Nice kitchen and front room. Bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Gym could be bigger. But overall it was a nice stay with no headaches. It's easy access to the highway so you can get everywhere fairly quickly.

Staff was helpful. Facility was nice, though the location was miles from where I wanted to be. If I were moving to the Huntsville area I would strongly consider staying here while I arrange long-term housing.

They have a security building so you don't have to worry about feeling safe during your stay. The staff are all wonderful. People very nice and courteous and helpful The place is out a little. Not in town but it has Mexican food, chicken pizza, gasoline, diesel all within walking or driving distance. Overall. When I come back to Madison, Alabama I will stay here again

Nice property, only complaint really is tgere is 2 gas stations around and highway is close which is good. But as far as food goes, you gotta drive like 10 minutes down tge road..its not horrible, just not convinient.

Not much to do in the immediate location. However, 10mins away is the Toyota stadium and Walmart and others activities. It’s 18mins away from Huntsville and MidCity and about 6-8minutes away from the airport. If you want to be in a location away from a lot of activity. This is the place to be. The pictures are a true representative of the suite

I love the apartment style hotel. Great for families. Nice staff, clean and comfortable spaces. Only downside is you will need to travel out about 10-15 minutes for walkable shops & restaurants.

The unit was spacious, and pets are welcome. They even had a bowl of dog treats at the door. The hotel opened July 2024, and everything in the unit was new and sparkling clean. The personnel were all friendly and very accommodating. Down side is there is not much around the hotel. Walmart Superstore is about 15 minutes away. The unit had a full kitchen, so we bought groceries there and ate in the unit. They do have free coffee in the lobby every morning and it was very good.

This was perfect for a week stay. Super Clean. It had everything we needed. The separate room for sitting with a chair and sofa was super nice. The FULL SIZE Appliances in the Kitchen were perfect for cooking and heating meals. The beds were super comfy, and the black out shades really made sleeping- in a luxury. It was quiet and peaceful and had coffee in the lobby that was delish. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises. Truly a great experience.

This place was excellent for our nearly month-long stay. The only drawback was the distance to food options. However, there was a nice little taco truck at the local gas station that was very good. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great .

I was charged a $100 deposit upon arrival. There was no heads up about this prior to my booking. I was told it woud be released upon my checkout. It was not. I called the property and I was told it would be up to a week before I get my $100 back. Other than that, the property is great. It is not near anything tho, if you are looking for a stay near Huntville or near shopping etc.

The hotel was easy to get to off of the interstate and parking was very well lit and convenient to the door. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was more than enough for one night! With the the kitchen and the eating area, this would be perfect for a multi day trip. The workout room was clean and had enough equipment to do what I wanted to do. The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The property could be so nice but..... The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty all of our socks were black by the time we went to bed. There was " something" on the wall by the tub, the sofa had big stains on the cushions, tried to flip over but it was on both sides. There was ants in the kitchen area. We had no wifi, it kept telling us our room didn't exist, we went to the front desk to see and they said that the system went down earlier and must just not be back up yet, it still didn't work when we left the next morning. We luckily one stayed here one night but if it would have been for longer we would have looked for a different place. It's a shame since it looks really nice from the outside but they have really let the rooms go downhill or at least ours was.
