Environmentally conscious and clean, walking down the hall to our room felt like a stroll through a Brazilian rain forest, complete with jungle-themed wall paper and the piped-in audio track of exotic birds. We did not order breakfast as we had a friend cooking for us, but the buffet looked plentiful and tasty. Lots of young families and single young adults. Parking was in a lot across the street. Lift was out of order and walkway had broken glass. If you take your ticket inside and pay at registration, you have in and out privileges. Room was good size with refrigerator and automatic phone chargers. To turn on the lights, insert your room key and leave it there. Towels are small. Two per room. Front desk agent was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Only nervous moment was walking back to hotel at night from bus stop … walked through an overgrown pathway with high grass and lots of foilage … no street lights. Otherwise had a great stay!

Das Hotel liegt (wie viele andere Unterkünfte in Konstanz) in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die Zimmer sind modern und bieten eine kleine Küche inkl. Geschirr, Spüler, Kochplatte und Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis von knapp 20 Euro pro Tag/Person nicht reichhaltig genug, Zutaten waren aber hochwertig. Dafür gibt es rund um die Uhr eine Kaffeemaschine zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Die Dachterrasse ist chillig und bietet einen Blick auf den Rhein und die Schweiz. Mit dem Bus (Bodenseecard gibt es dort gratis) ist man schnell in der Stadt oder auch auf der Insel Mainau. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße (unbedingt nur in gekennzeichneten Flächen parken!). Direkt gegenüber von dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Parkhaus für 10 Euro pro Tag. Ob Konstanz selbst eine Reise wert ist, muss man selbst entscheiden. Für uns waren nur Mainau, Reichenau und eben die Bodenseelandschaft Highlights. Die Stadt selbst fanden wir nicht ansprechend.

Sehr gutes Hotel das allerdings auch nicht sehr günstig ist, wenn man gerne in einem Appartement wohnt ist es perfekt und die Dachterrasse ist auch cool. Einziges Manko, es gibt nur einen Aufzug.

Hôtel très bien dans l'ensemble. Petits bémols....check-in et out à faire soi-même, le roof-top n'a pas de bar il faut donc aller au rdc ou ramener sa propre boisson et un peu petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. Sinon rien à redire.

Super fanden wir den hervorragenden Zustand des Hotels, die Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder sicher im Innenhof zu parken und die Möglichkeit, zu jeder Zeit Kaffee/Tee zu trinken (kostenfrei).

Es war sehr schön, auch das Wetter passte Super, die Dachterasse lud morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee und abends mit einem Glas Wein zum Verweilen ein.

The room was clean and thoughtfully arranged. There’s a parking lot right across the street, including some hotel-designated spots, but you still need to pay the standard fee. Unfortunately, there’s no parking discount for hotel guests. One downside was that the water wasn’t draining properly in the bathroom, which made taking a shower a bit difficult.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There are complimentary hot drinks at the lobby for guests, simply take a cup and fill up your coffee/tea. The only downside is that the cleaning of the room will only be done in every 3 days. Overall, i enjoyed the stay.

Ein neues sauberes Hotel, das mit einer voll eingerichteten Küchenzeile, einer Ferienwohnung gleichgestellt ist.

Das Hotel und das brasilianische Konzept des Hotels hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und das Flair das Hotels im Dschungelstil mit Vogelstimmen ist schon eine schöne Idee. Alle Zimmer haben eine Küchenzeile und sind eher als Apartment als ein normales Hotelzimmer. Im Bad gibt es eine Regenwalddusche, die, wenn sie ordnungsgemäß funktioniert auch entsprechendes Flair vermittelt. Die Rückwände der Dusche sind als Regenwald gestaltet und der Boden vermittelt den Eindruck, auf Holzplatten zu stehen. Leider ging das Konzept jedoch nicht auf, weil der Duschablauf verstopft war und die große Glaswand nur mittelmäßig gereinigt war. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine Rooftop-Terasse. Sehr schön – leider jedoch ohne entsprechende Bar. Auch vor der Aufzug leider nicht ins Geschoss mit der Terasse, so dass man die Getränke, die man sich im Erdgeschoss an der Theke holen konnte, dann das letzte Geschoss über Treppen und eine schwergängig Brandschutztür auf das Dach tragen musste. Vieles war schön gedacht – aber in der Ausführung dann doch nicht ganz durchdacht. Dennoch hat uns ganz gut gefallen – mit den erwähnten Einschränkungen. Beim Housekeeping wäre sicher noch Luft nach oben - eine Duschrinne und eine Glasdusche ist etwas schönes, aber es muss halt auch regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit es schön bleibt.

Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Ambiente, Zimmer optisch auch nett plus Balkon. Parkhaus gegenüber auch gut. Jedoch überall der Essensgeruch. Insbesondere im Zimmer roch es nach altem Fett. Die Herdplatte der Küchenzeile war verklebt und der Fettfilter stank nach altem Fett. Die Seife am Waschbecken war leer, der Duschkopf total verkalkt, spritze nach allen Seiten.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem "Büroviertel". Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig.

Alles soweit ok, Zimmer von der Ausstattung sehr gut. Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein, unter Sofa lag noch eine ausländische Münze, wurde also nicht sauber gemacht. An der Rezeption geht es nur mit Englisch. Frühstück für 20 € könnte auch besser sein.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were gorgeous and very thoughtful put together. It was like 4 Star lodging with a 2 star price tag! Would definitely stay again 😃

Great apart hotel quite a way out if central Konstanz. The place has just been finished, the glass on the balcony had not been installed was a lump of wood. AC did not work in room. The whole place was super clean and the staff very friendly. The area surrounding is being developed so building work.

Wirklich, sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, alles sehr neu, und sehr sauber, wunderschönes Bad und kleine Küche dabei Ein und auschecken war im Eingangsbereich ohne Mitarbeiter möglich . Sogar einen Hängesessel (Achtung bis ca. 90 KG)... Zu einem wirklich tollen Preis

The design of Rioca hotel is so beautiful and inviting. Our room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful, Patrick especially.

Die Küchenzeile ist komplett eingerichtet, kostenlos Cappuccino, Schaukel, sehr bequeme Betten, sauber. Das Hotel ist immer international besetzt und wirklich hundefreundlich, nicht wie andere Hotels, die das nur vorgeben. Es ist immer sehr angenehm bei den Riocas.

Wir hatten ein wirklich tolles Zimmer im 5. Stock mit schöner Aussicht und Balkon. Sehr bequemes Bett und durch das aus der Couch umfunktionierte Bett, war auch genug Platz für unsere zwei Kinder. Tolle Küchenecke, die auch einen längeren Aufenthalt lohnenswert macht. Es wäre schön gewesen, hätte man vorher noch mal gründlich Staub gewischt…der war leider überall präsent. Sonst war alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns Essen aufs Zimmer geholt (die Zubereitung brauchte Zeit), geschmacklich in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch ist es hilfreich, wenn man selbst Englisch spricht (oder portugiesisch)…sie verstehen Deutsch nicht so gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder ein mal.

Rioca Hotel offers a wonderful immersion into Brazilian culture. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, with the sound of birds in the halls and plenty of lush greenery. The rooms, decorated in green and black, feel like a unique escape. As a newly opened hotel, there are a few areas that still need improvement. The balconies, for instance, are yet to be furnished, and the air conditioning system could use some adjustments. It’s automatic and often shuts off after just five minutes, which made it difficult to keep cool during hot times. A few small amenities were also missing from the room, Rioca offers hand wash and hair/shower gel, which does have a beautiful scent. However, it would be nice to see the addition of shower caps. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need and some excellent coffee, but it would be great to have a few tea bags and some sugar available as well. Breakfast was delightful, However, I felt that the breakfast selection could be expanded. While gluten-free bread was available, I would love to see more gluten-free pastry options. One of the highlights of our stay was the coffee—it’s truly first-class, with a natural sweetness. The atmosphere in the reception and lounging area is so relaxing that you can easily spend hours just sitting and enjoying your coffee. Overall, I recommend Rioca Hotel. Despite the small improvements needed, which are understandable for a newly opened hotel, the experience is truly unique and worth every moment

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre und die bequemen Betten.

INADEQUATE AIR CONDITIONING- - the unit is above The room door at the furthest point from The bed. It’s under powered making it impossible to sleep in the heat. We had to use a fan we had while we were camping earlier in our trip so we could sleep. Check in poor - provided all the details beforehand only to have to re input them again when I arrived. Apart from the above the room is nice, clean and well equipped. Good shower

Excellent value for the price, studio modern and clean, friendly staff. Marcos F was very helpful with advice on local restaurants. They have a place to store bikes but as it's not locked they were fine with us keeping our bikes in our room.

Wir haben bzw. hatten Zimmer 130. Das Zimmer war noch unvollständig( Es fehlt diese von der Decke hängene Schaukel und ein zweiter Nachttisch ) und die Klimaanlage/Lüftung ging nicht, aber ansonsten war es top! Der Service leider nicht so gut, denn es wird in diesem Hotel konsequent Englisch gesprochen. Wir sind maximal genervt, weil wir Urlaub in Deutschland machen und nicht irgendwo im Ausland. Wer also da keine Lust drauf hat bzw. nicht so gut Englisch kann: FINGER WEG von diesem Hotel! Das Frühstück war aufs wesentlich beschränkt: Brötchen, Croissant, etwas Marmelade, 2 Sorten Käse, Salami, die üblichen Getränke und etwas Obst. Dat wars auch. Reicht um satt zu werden 👍. Aber, dass es alles gab, was das Herz begehrt, können wir jetzt so nicht bestätigen, wie in anderen Bewertungen. Es war halt nur ein sehr kleines Buffet. Aber es war ok. Es gibt vor dem Hotel Fahrradständer, leider zu wenig und sie sind nicht fest fixiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet, aber mit dem Fahrrad kommt gut und schnell überall hin. Mit dem Bus der Linie 6 ist man in knapp 10 Minuten am Bahnhof bzw. Zentrum. Wer mit dem Englisch kein Problem hat, der kann hier gerne einkehren. Uns nervt das nur…dieses Hippster gequatsche. Daher kommt dieses Hotel, egal wo in Deutschland, nicht mehr in Frage!

Grundsätzliche empfehlenswertes Hotel mit tollem Zimmer. Aber: (1) Das im Voraus über einen namhaften Reiseveranstalter im Voraus bezahlte Zimmer musste ich vor Ort zunächst nochmals bezahlen, weil zwar meine Reservierung, nicht aber meine Zahlung im System gefunden werden konnte. Statt meine vorgelegten Nachweise genauer zu prüfen, ggf. den Reiseveranstalter zu kontaktieren und den Fehler im eigenen System zu suchen, wurde ich mehr oder minder zur Zahlung genötigt. Hätte ich mehr Zeit gehabt, wäre vermtl. die Einschaltung der Polizei sinnvoll gewesen. (2) Zudem geht es m.E. überhaupt nicht, dass die hauptverantwortliche Hotelmanagerin kein Deutsch spricht. Zwar spreche ich Englisch und konnte mein Anliegen darlegen - wo kommen wir aber hin, wenn ich in Deutschland als Gast in einem Hotel Englisch sprechen muss?

Leider kaum deutsche Kommunikation möglich, aber das Personal ist dennoch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das angebotene Frühstück ist sehr übersichlich und teuer. Man hat aber eine kleine Küche im Zimmer und kann die gut ausgleichen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Schön ist die Roof Top und das es Kaffee kostenfrei gibt. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und zu Fuß braucht man minimum 30 min in die Innenstadt. Öffis gib es aber auch. Die sehr dunkle Innenausstattung könnte für den ein oder anderen gewöhnungsbedürftig sein und zieht den Staub an. Ansonsten ein junges frisches Hotel mit eigenem Flair und für das Geld top.

L'hébergement est moderne et typique de style brésilien. L'accueil est très sympathique, sauf l'enregistrement, horrible, par informatique incompréhensible. Les chambres sont bien équipées et très agréables, confortables et décorées. Un seul reproche : il n'y a pas de chaîne française à la télévision. L'hôtel offre des boissons chaudes pendant le séjour dans un grand hall très accueillant où l'on trouve un bar.

There was plenty of people for check-in and service, however the service was unbelievable slow and not really professional. We wanted to do a bike tour and wanted to have breakfast at 7 am. The coffee machine was not up and running and we only could start at 7.15 am and therefore missed the ferry and had to wait for an hour ...

We were very warmly welcomed by Jose N.! It was my wife’s birthday, he and the team sang happy birthday and even gave her a goody bag! Such a nice surprise! The breakfast was great with Brazilian treats and cakes. This is the 2nd time in a Rioca Hotel, we are very happy with the services. We will be back!

We loved the character and the brasilian decoration of the hotel. The staff beeing brasilian were nice and friendly. It is walkable to the center. There is a bus around the corner and in 10min you are in very center of Konstanz.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Apart Hotel sehr genossen. Das Hotel wurde Mitte 2024 erst neu eröffnet und dementsprechend hatten wir ein sehr modernes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal spricht leider nur sehr schlecht deutsch (die meisten kommen wohl aus Brasilien, passend zur Aufmachung des Hotels) aber war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber gibt es ein Kostenpflichtiges preiswertes Parkhaus aber wir haben immer auf der Straße einen Parkplatz gefunden. In Konstanz gibt es die Gästekarte für Urlauber mit der man auch Kostenlos Bus fahren kann. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, weshalb wir das Auto auch oft nicht brauchten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden wieder kommen!

Hôtel très agréable, propre, récent, calme. Les appartements sont très bien équipés et modernes. Personnel accueillant. Check in et check out simples et rapides. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart de la ville dans une zone plutôt commerciale, il est préférable d'être véhiculé. Places de parking gratuites dans la rue, sinon possibilité de se garer dans un parking couvert juste en face de l'hôtel (10€, et il faut en informer l'hôtel au préalable).

L'hotel, la camera e gli spazi riportano a Rio de Janeiro, con la sua musica e colori della foresta amazzonica. Anche la colazione è ben curata, con prodotti e piatti tipici. Bell'ambiente e personale sempre disponibile. Parcheggio a pagamento, comodo, con colonnine x auto elettriche.

Lage in Ordnung, Zimmer super und Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen (20€ für das geringe Angebot).

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Das einzige was preislich nicht gepasst hat war das Frühstück. Das war OK, für das gebotene aber viel zu teuer. Für knapp 20 € hatte ich in anderen Hotels deutlich besseres Frühstück.

Das Konzept des Hotels war gut.Das Personal war eher gleichgültig,das Frühstück bei weitem keine 19,50€ wert.Die Auswahl hier war eher bescheiden,es fehlte an grundlegenden Dingen,z.B.Servietten.

Zimmer wird nicht jeden Tag geputzt, Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und banale Qualität. Ambiente ist sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotzdem viel zu teuer wenn es kein Angebot gibt
